This place has great service the workers are so friendly as well as the owner. I've been coming here for over a year and drive 2 hours each way just to get my fills and Felix pedicure from them. The best ever! Always available for me 7 days a week and late hours too! Highly recommended!

Very rushed. While getting them done the guy seemed very rushed and didn't look at the inspiration pic more than a few times and that was before he did the design. The vibe was off they didn't even try to make conversation. Would recommend to people wanting a solid color but not for designs. Even the solid color looks a little streaky.

I have had my nails done in salons all over the country. Rose's has hands down been the BEST manicure (acrylic fill) ive ever had. I absolutely love it. I am here for work but am seriously considering drivimg 4 hours for a fill anytime i need it... Its pricey as far as fills and pedicures but it was worth it. At least aa far as the manicure.. Loved the way my nails were shaped.. although these are my nails i fill with acrylic because of work and most salons just can never make them look natural... Rose's did.. Thank you!

Love this place! My mom and I went here and each got a full set with pedicures too for fall. They looked beautiful, they were perfectly shaped and all even, (the last place we went to sent us home with crooked nails)! The whole experience was very relaxing and the basic pedicures even came with a hot stone massage.

I know I just started seeing rose she is TRULY amazing. she was considerate, super nice, really personable! i came in on monday because i had broken two of my nails and did not want to go back to La Belle. she welcomed me in, had me sit down in the chair. a guy (i can't remember his name for the LIFE of me) started talking to me and started working. I know when you get your nails done, it shouldn't really hard and this time, in a very long tome i was in pain. he was gentle, did my nails HOW I WANTED and was very nice! they're reasonably priced. i definitely recommend.

I had THE BEST gel manicure here. It last FOUR weeks with barely any chipping! Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular customer. The salon is quite small but they make the most of it. The ladies were nice, without an appointment I didn't have to wait too long. I highly recommend Rose's hands down amazing work! read more

Walked in on a Saturday asking if anyone had time for a pedicure. They took me in right away even though I was expecting to have to wait at least a few minutes. It's a small shop, but it's really cozy and has a lot of natural sunlight. The gentleman worked on me today and he was very quick yet thorough. He was also super kind and took good care of me. I got whatever their most luxurious pedicure package is and it was absolutely worth every penny. read more

Yesterday was my second time in this shop. The first time was good. I was happy with the service and my nails looked great. Yesterday the manicurist was texting!! Weirdest experience ever!! She just stopped my fill, started texting, stopped and started twice more. I sat there for 10 minutes watching her text. Now looking at my nails, she filled with a lighter color than my last fill, and it looks unfinished. read more

The team was wonderful and did a great job! I been doing dip manicures for years and am definitely picky about the final product. I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure, both looked great and lasted weeks. Rose is hilarious and goes out of her way to provide wonderful customer service. The salon is small so make sure you call ahead, even without COVID restrictions they don't have a lot of chairs. The only negative, they have a very limited amount of dip nail colors, so if you're going with a specific color in mind, it might be hard to find with what they have available. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've been going here for a couple months for chrome nails, the ladies are really nice and I've tried to make it work! Unfortunately the chrome coating consistently lasts only a few days. I've let them know and they said they'd buy the special coating to make it stick, but this last appointment was the worst yet. The photo is from 3 days after my manicure. They also raised the price to $40 for a chrome gel manicure...which is ridiculous if they won't even buy the products to make it stick. Won't go back unfortunately. read more

I have been going to Rose's Nails for quite awhile and have ALWAYS been pleased with my nails. Their service is wonderful and they really pay attention to what I want and try to make my "nail vision" come true. They place is clean and I've never had to wait more than 10 min for my appointment. Making my appointment 3 days prior was expecting them to be ready to help and offer a professional service. Instead they stack up multiple customers and ask me to wait a FEW minutes.. 40 minutes later still sitting there no one says anything. It did give me a chance to observe the uncleanness and lack of professionalism to their customers. I was there with a gift card but no longer have interest in using it. Not sure how much time they think people have but this establishment I run beyond poorly and I will no longer recommend it to ANYONE. read more

This is the happiest I think I've ever been with my nails. The establishment was super clean, the two ladies working there were very friendly. And they exceeded my expectations with short acrylics. I don't like long nails for myself and they also made them thin so they aren't bulky and super fake looking. Love them!! I had been a regular customer since moving to Ukiah in Late 2017. Although I did not have the money to get my nails done I was in every two months for waxing which came to $15 for eyebrows and upper lip. I always left a tip as well. At my last place i would be worked on for anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 depending on how much i needed and the style brow I wanted. At this small hut they never spent more than 10 to 15 minutes which if you do the math is a dollar a minute. Something would look quickly in the mirror and it seemed alright and there was always a rushed feeling of them wanting to get back to a pedi or nails which is only $15 more and takes 4x the time. After not being satisfied I would return the next day and ask to please thin out the middle and they would do it with attitude and very uncomfortable feeling, not even taking me in the room but just sitting in chair in main room with no light to see professionally. Rushed again !!! The next time I took my boyfriend with me since he splurged on it this time and he has Down syndrome and has been living in his truck which he parked in their lot, all the while they were staring out at us because he had luggage on top of his truck covered with s tarp and I guess this was something they had never seen? Idiots!!! They kept looking at him as if he was a monster and rushed me out faster than ever. I asked if they could please use the prioroom so he didn't see it done, I like to keep some of my beauty secrets but her two boys were playing in the room. Here comes the ugly part, as we left the little bitch told me never to come back again. For no reason but they were racist about my boyfriend and his looks to him were not the norm 4'1 height man with no personality. He is 6'2 , long beautiful brown hair and has a small speech impediment. They should be ashamed of themselves and I'll make sure they are. read more

After my extremely bad visit to a previous nail salon (Pro Nails), I was very skeptical of any other locations in Ukiah. After a few weeks I decided to take a longer time looking at review's for a different nail location and found Rose's nail salon. I made a last minute appointment and Rose took me in at 7 pm! (They close at 7:30 pm). When I arrived, I was kindly greeted by Rose (the owner) and April. April did my gel nails. she was super gentle, took her time, and was very detailed making sure the paint was even and smooth. I can imagine how hard it is to paint on a white color, but she is such a pro at it. They did not know I spoke thier language and the whole time I did not hear them speak badly of myself or other clients (which was the problem at Pro Nails- Don't go go there!!). These people really care about thier clients, listen to what they want, and are very patient with each person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ask for Rose or April!! They will do a SUPERB job on your nails!! I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THEM!! read more

Do not hesitate to come here! Best nail spot in town. April did my set of ombré nails. She was extremely gentle and made my nails look natural. I'm very picky about my nails and now, I am happy to find my go to nail spot in Ukiah. Heip and Rose were also there and they are so incredibly friendly and have great customer service. Any one who does your nails here you can not go wrong with. I also loved the hot stone massage with the pedicure! read more

We had a wonderful experience at Rose's. They were very busy when we arrived and we were asked if we could come back at another time. They were very apologetic. We returned at the appointed time and we're greeted with friendly faces. Seated right away. Don't let the size of this establishment turn you off. It is very clean and we got a fantastic pedicure. Clean tools sterilized where they can be seen by patrons. Fresh files and scrub sponges. Comfortable chairs. The staff and owner were very friendly and welcoming. We very much appreciated that the staff spoke to each other for the most part in english. Quality service. Thank you Rose and staff for a great experience! read more

Best $35 I've spent all year. I got the basic mani-pedi and seriously got move than an 1.5 hours of the most serene lovely pampering. I usually paint my own nails and feel guilty about going to a salon, but...what's the opposite of regret? I'm going again!!! read more

Even when I provided proof of the harm the next day, including photos & that I'd had to speak to a nurse through my insurance for help on what to do, she didn't care. Wouldn't simply refund my money, which is honestly more than fair considering I wasn't asking her to compensate me for the damage done to my corneas. Said she doesn't refund money "as a small business." I'm shocked & appalled. Please PLEASE go elsewhere, for the sake of your eyes!

I got there a little early and he was finishing up with his other client. It's a very clean space and full of plants which I loved. I came in wanted to do basic white gel nail polished but he suggested a natural white tip look. I agreed and he did them a way I had never seen before. They turned out soooo good! I will definitely be coming back. I am so happy with the quality and the way they look. Just keep in mind that this is appointment only place and the parking is very tight.

I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years, primarily getting my nails done by April. Rose is always a pleasure to interact with, and I've appreciated the service overall. However, I've noticed a recurring issue with being overcharged for refills, which has been frustrating. I typically come in every two weeks, occasionally extending to two and a half weeks. On 8/23, Rose scheduled me for a 9 am appointment. I arrived on time, was seated, and waited for April, who arrived 30 minutes later. I had already informed Rose that I wanted a new full set, which she was aware of. When April arrived, she asked me what I wanted, and I showed her a photo of the design. She seemed surprised that I didn't want a refill and questioned it. I reminded her that during my previous visit, she mentioned that if I wanted a different acrylic, I would need a new set. April then paused, did some calculations, and discussed it with Rose in their language before telling me the total cost would be $85, including a $15 charge for a black French tip. This was significantly higher than what I was charged two weeks ago for a similar service. When April kept insisting on a refill despite my clear request for a new set, I decided to just have my acrylics removed. Rose, it's important that your staff respects customers' decisions and doesn't push services we don't want. Additionally, I've noticed that when I point out mistakes, the staff seems unhappy about making corrections. As a customer who consistently gives generous tips, I expect a level of service that reflects the value I bring as a loyal patron. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of valuing customers, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others. read more
