For the first time ever all my toes are actually shaped the same perfectly, and as for my acrylics they are a bit shorter than I expected but they still look soooo pretty and Kathy my girl gave me a free chrome since my nails were so short. 10 outta 10 and I will be coming back! My feet were soaked briefly, polish removed, nails clipped (but not even filed), and a quick scrub on the bottoms of my feet. Someone else stepped in for the leg massage, which was so underwhelming it felt like my cat making biscuits did a better job. The polish was applied, and that was it. I have previously seen Kaitlyn, who always has been absolutely spectacular. Perhaps it was my own fault for assuming that everyone would be able to replicate Kaitlyn's work but after I got home and tried to settle it myself I realized it was not at all what I had asked for. I wouldn't even say it was necessarily a bad cut, but very different than I was looking for. I don't want to name the stylist as I think she did try her best, it just wasn't a good fit for me. She was kind and friendly and I think for other people she would probably do some great cuts, it just wasn't good on my hair or what I had hoped for. The most frustrating part was that I did call to try and see if I could get in to have somebody fix my hair, because it was not what I asked for. I called twice. The first time the phone disconnected, which was probably nothing to do with them. I was calling from Ukiah and service there is patchy sometimes. However, I did call again the next day and left a message asking for someone to return my call and never received one. I didn't leave a whole lot of detail in the message, but I did leave my name and phone number and let them know that I just gotten my haircut and I would like to have some thing redone. I would've happily paid to have Kaitlyn fix my hair, but I never got a call back. I will say that the person I went to at another salon confirmed that there were no layers as I had requested, and that my bangs were not even as the stylist had barely brushed them out. Sassy's Salon was able to get me in fairly quickly and did fix my hair in under a half an hour which I was incredibly grateful for.

1st appointment, won't come back. Waited 40 minutes for appt. I was barely acknowledged upon…read morearrival. Kris was more concerned that her previous appt. To mine was able to get to her next appt. On time. Stylist Kris hadn't had said she felt a bit tired so I encouraged her to get some water and/or food, which she did. It was over 80 degrees in the shop, so I asked if she had A/C, she said yes and then she turned it on. She started to brush my hair and do haircut and her hands were shaking. I asked her if she would like to reschedule, she snapped at me and said she had reserved this time for me and just let her concentrate on haircut. I felt trapped so I let her proceed with haircut. First time in 30 years had a stylist cut hair dry. By time she was finished with haircut she said best to do color another time since she wanted to rest before her next appt. Frankly I was relieved, one of worst haircuts ever had, still growing out. I'm only writing this review so others will read before going here and having Kris as their stylist. I had read previous reviews and ratings and thought this would be a good salon to try as I was new to this area and based decision soley on ratings. Upon further examination saw that most of the ratings are from years ago. She may once have been a good stylist, now maybe time to retire.
