So, when a few of my friends recommended Crystal at Ink & Wink to me, and I saw her work, I knew she was ganna be my gal. I am so, so happy I made the 8 hour trek up to see her!!! I LOVE my brows. I'm currently going through the healing process, which Crystal was so great about explaining what to expect in detail. Had she not explained so well, I'm sure I would have been a little worried, the healing process is lame, but knowing what was to come made me fully prepared. The actual process was so simple, no pain at all, and Crystal was just a joy. I loved that she took the time to really craft my brows specifically for me, taking my face shape and size. I have a rather small petit face, so while I wanted new brows, I knew real large brows wouldn't work. Crystal knew exactly what would work best and listened/welcomed any feedback. I went to Lost Coast for my very first pair of lashes, done by Renae. I didn't want them too full…read moreand they ended up turning out almost perfect. One side was slightly fuller than the other but nothing too drastic. The appointment took 3 hours! I was laying there for 3 hours and one time she hurt my eye, idk what she did but it felt like she cut it. Fast forward to the next morning, I had eyelashes falling out like crazy. Fast forward to 3 days later and this is what I'm left with. I paid 18including tip plus 20$ for eyelash cleaner that I don't even get to use because there's no more eyelashes..... I'm honestly really really sad about this. Don't get me wrong she was super nice, I'm just very disappointed that, even after being referred by a friend, I was let down completely. UPDATE: I will be going back in a few days for her to redo them for free, we'll see if they stay this time
