With Ukiah struggling to have places to take kids when the outdoors aren't an options I would have thought this was more talked about. Definitely suggest. Later I went back with just me and daughter I got a much needed pedicure. Got the deluxe pedi which they offer for $50 (Great deal) so far (sitting getting while I type) I'm pleased have no complaints. Customer service 5 quickness 5 didn't rush but still good timing. Pedicure 5 Price point 5 salon cleanliness 4 which from my experience in this area is above average. I definitely will be coming back and absolutely recommend. Next time will be a mani/pedi for me and little. The man in there did a very good job I just needed a new set real quick I called them around 5:20pm knowing the closed at 7pm and they said come , so I was there about 15 min later and they did these for me :-) very good. $60 - no complaints. And I watched tv the whole time in there I was very relaxed there was no one else in there but me. read more

First time here, gel pedicure. Amazing! Everything was clean, got right in. They're even open on Sundays when everyone else is closed. That's a huge plus for me personally. They actually rubbed my feet & got rid of the calluses (which lately no place around doesn't seem to do anymore)! The price was great! Absolutely horrible! I was visiting and decided to give them a try it's very rushed and just horrible!! They upsell the entire time. I had a pedicure and paid extra for the callous remover complete waist. I was expecting to also do my nails but gen nail tech moved onto someone else while I was waiting in the pedicure chair. I went there to get my nails done for my sons wedding and after telling them the shape that I wanted to be rounded he proceeded to do my nails into a very sharp point. I explained that's not what I wanted and he was going to just cut my nails down short and then round them like that and I said that's not why I came to the salon I wanted long nails for my wedding. At that point he proceeded to take acrylic and Bondo my nails till they were long again and in around shape I was in tears. I went back to get them removed they refused to soak them and remove them and proceeded to take a sharp pair of cutters and start cutting into my nail. They were speaking in Tangela and not saying nice things I'm sure. I told them at this point I would try to remove my nails myself so I would not get hurt. I left very upset with nails that I could not even get off. I do not recommend them to anyone they are very unprofessional and they might hurt you . read more

Never again. My daughter made an appointment for three of us, herself, my grandaughter and me. This was for my birthday. So many things went wrong. I'm just going to make a list. 1. water way too hot. 2. paid for the deluxe package, my daughter never got her hot stone massage, mine was very quickly done. 3. paraffin wax treatment was SCALDING HOT!!! When I told my technician, he just massged the wax which just exposed my feet to even more hot wax. After that the wax was removed way before it did it's work. My feet should feel like butter right now. Nope. Super dry. 4. Callous removal was nothing special, not even close to "deluxe". I had to do it myself when I got home. 5. When my polish was done, I looked at my feet and 8 of my toes were unacceptable. One. big toe had a big air bubble right in the center. The other messed up toes were just sloppy. Polish on the cuticles and skin. My technician blamed it on the polish. 6. When done for the second time, they would have had me walk away with scrub and also clay still all over my legs. It was visible. Also, my daughter had the same but, worse. When I was wiped off, they took the same wet and dirty towel and used it on my daughter. 7. My grandaughter, who is 5, was seated in the adorable kids chairs that are on the opposite side of the shop from where we were sitting. She was excited to be there and watched the telly to keep herself entertained all the while soaking in her foot bath. She waited and waited..... she was given a popcicle, she waited.... the water at this point was stone cold. Another adult customer came in before her appointment time and was attended to before my grandaughter. Keep in mind, we had appointments too. My grandaughter waited OVER AN HOUR! She was finally attended to after bursting into tears. Not ok! Again, she is 5. 8. When we got home I still had to do a touch up. My feet feel dry and rough. Cuticles still needed triming. Polish needed to be brought to the edges. After a deluxe treatment I expect my feet to feel soft and moisturized and for the polish to look professionally done. They don't. We spent over two hours there. Very disappointed. read more

Very disappointed. I've been looking for a place to get nail art done and saw the ratings for this. I gave it a second thought after seeing all the nail design AND DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. My first visit was ok and simple just French black tip. But today was my second time and it was a fail. Roy is one of the most talented persons to ever do my nail. He uses top of the line products and I have never one time had a broken nail as a result of this. He shapes my nails perfectly exactly how I want them. His wife is super talented and up to date with nail art. Her mother gives the best pedicure i've ever had, giving an incredible massage and even uses hot stones. I am always offered a beer on the house when I go in. If I have my little girl with me she always gets an affordable pedicure in their princess pedicure chairs and she loves that they massage like the adult pedicure chairs. I cannot rave enough about how much I LOVE this place! read more

First off all the health inspector should inspect this place. They were using very dirty nail files, clippers, and nail file bits. I'm a nail technician and you should ALWAYS use clean sanitized tools for each client. Their work is very sloppy and quick just so they can get paid quickly. They do not care about giving you beautiful nails they just want a quick buck. They didn't measure the tips at all they just started glueing random tips on tightly and without proper preparation of the natural nail, they didn't push back the cuticles or get rid of and dead skin. I'm still haunted by that black nail file they were using that had about 1 inch of nail dust on it. Yikes!!! The guy working here cut and made all the nail tips look very crooked and got very angry because I told him the nails were crooked. I'm sorry but I will not pay over $100 bucks for sloppy crooked nails, with no preparation, and no clean tools. In fact he got so mad he clipped all the nails off and expected me to allow my child to continue getting her nails done I made my child stand up and we left from this business. If you want sanitized tools, nice service, and beautiful nails this is NOT the place for you. read more

Not only do you get a nice leg & foot massage while they exfoliate but even with just a regular pedocure you get a nice massage at the end. You can add on a longer massage for $1 per minute. I used to get my brows waxed with Jane regularly. What really bothered me was the fact that I would book an appointment in advance, and was sometimes forced to wait while they attended walk ins. In my experiences, the nail technicians are either on the phone or talking amongst themselves in Vietnamese while I'm getting my mani/pedi or wax done, and the constant giggling sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable. I booked and appointment at noon one time, and wasn't helped until close to 1 o'clock, which is mostly my fault for sticking around and waiting to see when I'd actually be helped! I walked in with a couple of friends today and the place was empty, there were no other customers so I assumed we'd be done in a reasonable time but boy was I wrong. A lady walked in after us and the girl who was working on my nails got up to give her apedicure. And no she did not have an appointment. I was ready to just ask them to take off what they had already done so I could leave to a different salon but decided to be patient. My mistake. It seemed like the only one who knew what he was doing was a guy who worked there cause my friend also had to wait on him because the other girl didn't know how to do oval nails. This place has wonderful service. I got a excellent manicure and pedicure with a very long massage for $40. The salon is very clean and has decent ventilation. The water in the pedicure stations is nice and warm, unlike some other places in Ukiah. Additionally there was no wait for a walk in appointment. Next time I will bring a friend. I will not be going to this nail salon again, ever! I made appointments for my mom,daughter & myself for pedicures for my mom's birthday. When we arrived, it was obvious that they were very busy,we waited for a while & were seated. They sat my daughter (she's 5) on the other side of the salon,as far away from us as she could be,I didn't understand why we were not seated it the chairs closer to her...They started our pedicures while still helping the previous customers,which was ok.. But my little girl sat for an hour by herself before anyone went over to help her! & only reason someone finally did is because she started crying! She sat waiting patiently for an hour & finally got frustrated. Terrible! Then there were our pedicures..Mine was just ok, my mom's was very sloppy & rushed. They burned us both with the wax,it was unbelievably hot!! & after all that my feet are still rough. I also never got a hot stone massage, which I paid for. They also tried to send me out the door with green clay all over my legs. I'm mostly upset about how my child was ignored while they helped other people that came in after us!! I was looking for a clean, professional & friendly salon to have a manicure. I read some of the Online reviews and was impressed with the comments. I walked in, without an appointment, and received a friendly greeting. I received immediate attention and was introduced to Cindy who started my manicure. Than I met Emily who completed my manicure. While Emily was giving attention to my nails, Cindy started massaging my neck, back, shoulders and arms. What a wonderful & relaxing treat provided by Cindy.
