Robert explained exactly what the issue was in terms I could understand. After the motherboard was replaced, the camera would not work so he ordered the parts to fix it. At no cost to me because he wants to make it right. It ended up not being the camera part but a short in the new motherboard. So Robert ordered me a new board at no cost to me and installed it and got my phone working just like new! He also installed a new vibrator because the last one became weak. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I brought my phone in for an easy fix. My phone vibration motor shakes…read morevery violently. Asked the guy for a fix of it. He said he'd fix easily. He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.
