Robert explained exactly what the issue was in terms I could understand. After the motherboard was replaced, the camera would not work so he ordered the parts to fix it. At no cost to me because he wants to make it right. It ended up not being the camera part but a short in the new motherboard. Took a computer in for repair. After I diagnosed for ram and hard drive issues myself…read more(electronics/computer degree). I decided to have it professionally diagnosed to see if it was motherboard or something major that I did not have the equipment to test myself. She saw the computer when I brought it in, but failed to tell she me she couldn't truly diagnose it because she also didn't have the parts. Still charged me even though she had no real answer of what was wrong with it. She did the same thing I did but claimed it took her an hour and a half. It took me 30 minutes to do what she did and I don't do it for a living. To make matter worse I bring the computer home and turn it on and its doing something completely different than when I took it to her. I called and she claims that was what it was doing when I brought it in. Not true! I tested it before I took it to her and the hard drive was spinning, She even told me on the phone that she was able to get it to completely boot up for short periods at a time before it would turn off. Now the computer wont even stay turned on at all which was never the issue. Do NOT waste your money at this place.
