I'd give 0 stars if I could. I brought my phone in for an easy fix. My phone vibration motor shakes…read morevery violently. Asked the guy for a fix of it. He said he'd fix easily. He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.
