Well last night my nephew wanted to have a family meal at KFC we hadn't eaten together in a long while so I went with it.... big mistake! It took forever for us one to get our food and we walked in at almost 8PM ordered and let's just say by midnight I have food poisoning according to the local urgent care! They closed early because they didn't have staff they were clearly taking short cuts on everything including service. If I could give no stars I would! I won't be back thanks for nothing guys I paid for a meal that I didn't even get to enjoy and now I get to pay for it in the days to follow. Go me! read more

Okay, I know... not the best choice of a Sunday evening dinner, but we were in town on our way to go kayaking. So we thought we would stop. The place was dirty, busy, and strange. There was a drunk man throwing up in a booth, while patrons were there with families and trying to eat. I went to speak to an employee and they said he was a regular and would go to sleep soon. WHAT! OH OKAY! The employee went over to him and gave him a water and some coffee, cleaned up his mess and left him be. I agree that he shouldn't have been left to drive anywhere, but get the guy an Uber or to the back room, don't just leave him there. He did stop throwing up, but he started yelling and talking to himself. He didn't need to be there. We basically rushed eating our greasy food, licking our fingers and sucking down our sodas and were out the door because we were thrown up on. WORST Experience EVER! read more

Went to Wilmington, Ohio KFC on way home. Stopped doors were open, but we were told drive thru only. So went thru drive thru. The lady got our ordered. So mixed up. Went through the line to order the new wraps and when you get to the drive thru you are stuck in line to find out they were out of wraps and no chicken pot pie. So I had to set waiting on the other cars in front of me to get there orders. So I stopped at the window and I had to wait cause they had walked away from the window. I finally blowed my horn and waved for the attention of someone. A young kid came to the window and I told him if he had a good manager that manager would have reached out to another store to see if they could borrow from them until they got more in the store. Well this kid of a manager said stop I can't control when we sell out of something I said yes you can get cash out of the drawer and go to Kroger until your next order. He said oh it has to be kfc brand. I said it's a flower tortilla do you really think we as customers are going to say oh we can't eat this it doesn't taste like kfc tortilla wrap. No dude you are lazy or you would have known how to order so you don't run out. This was the second time at this store and both times it was bad. Terrible service, gross employees. The restaurant immediately smelled of smoke. There were several people who looked like they were living there lounging in the booths. An employee came in from smoking and without removing her coat started reaching across the food with her bare, unwashed hands putting my food on plates. (There were several people in line). Her coat brushed over vats of chicken and potato wedges. I asked for my food to be remade, and the girl on the register had long yellow nails kept chewing and sucking on them remade our food (no gloves or hand washing) wth...I watched the girl who came in from smoking go to the back and continue to make food. At one point she was putting a bowl together and her fingers were in the gravy. anyway, all in all I waited 27 minutes inside for 2 box meals and a bowl. Didnt receive the cookies or biscuits with the meals (or the extra biscuit they added in place of a drink) and I couldn't fight all of the people, smoke and nastiness to go back in. No remorse, terrible customer service and bad habits. Get your stuff together KFC. At least tell people they can't loiter and wash your hands!! read more

Worst KFC I have ever been to! There portions are tiny compared to the many locations I've been to. Food somehow tasted bad to.

I have ate here several times the last several years and have had a good experence.

Chicken is greasy and not well done! Very disappointing dine in and would not recommend this for older adults because the choleterol and fatty chicken is toxic for the heart! Overpriced and the Colonel would definitely be sadly disappointed by this location! read more

was told to "take my happy ass to krogers" at 2pm on a wed. they had no chicken to serve. funny thing is I pulled up to the drive through and girl says how can I help you. I said I need a minuet. she said take your time. order when your ready. I said ok and studied the menue with my father for a few mins. we decided and said were ready to order. she said go ahead with your order. we said we would like a bucket of chicken. her reply from K F C (Kentucky Fried CHICKEN)...... "I'm sorry, we don't have any chicken". at KFC. lol. The company has launched a whole new campaign for building up the brand after a downfall for the last ten or so years. which is fine.. but my suggestion is if you want to increase business to a restaurant that sells chicken..... HAVE SOME IN STOCK. LOL. It wasn't untl later on social media that the employee was all fired up and argued with me and several other people who commented on the post. that's when I was told to "take my happy ass to krogers". I'm sure that the girl was just young and dumb. no idea how to work in customer service or deal with a disappointed customer. Guess shell learn, and this wasa a few months back so I am sure that she does not even work there anymore. people like that generally don't last at these kinds of jobs.
