This place is not worth putting a star, they got my order wrong after asking for my name to make sure order is correct. Had to park to wait on ortder which is not a problem, then when guy brought it out did not have fries with it and I told him this and he stated I should have told person at window. person at window handed me my water and nothing else on order. I would have thought he would have made sure order was correct befor e he brought it out. When he brought fries back out had a really bad attitude like it was my fault that the order was wrong, then started be littiling me after I told him I was not the one that got order wrong they were. Started trying to provoke me into confrontation, as I was leaving parking lot he was filming me with his phone like I had done something wrong. Definitely was not me that caused the situation. The fries are nice and hot and fresh. I just came through the line and they have the best mozz sticks ever. Nice crunchy, cheesy string cheese, good mozzarella sticks not only that but they now have Cini bonds, but I never got my barbecue sauce when I even told the girl she was rushing. She forgot my barbecue sauce in the bag lol but overall the fries are fresh and the mozzarella sticks are good and I know my burger is about to be so delicious. What can you say about any Burger King location. If they were all the same, either good or bad, that would be a positive thing. I have never owned a franchise, but I thought it was all designed to ensure a standard of performance/product across the chain worldwide? Silly me. I do want to get one thing out front early though. Praise for the young lady running the front counter on 27 July prior to 0800. There were a few things wrong with our order, that happens. We were not that far away in our hotel so we ran back down to sort it all out. She was calm, reasonable and even offered to refresh the hash rounds. So what goes wrong at a Burger King, this one in particular on this specific day, nothing tragic, but you do get what you pay for. Breakfast for two people for $11 is bound to have some limitations. I do wonder how sandwiches built from; bin o' egg patties, bin o' meat, pile o' buns/biscuits ever have a chance of looking like the non-flattened, non-soggy, appetizing food on the commercials. I don't blame the young people working in these settings, it is the fault of the corporate masters who want the food out fast, at a price point that provides a profit for them and the franchise owner. I would call this location average, it was clean (not busy and early in the day). They seemed to be overall effective at getting orders out. We went inside to order but we did see the drive through operating with a decent flow (again, not super busy yet). The breakfast croissant is fantastic. The price is great. The service is OK, but you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

My mother (with my 7 and 3 year old sons) went through the drive thru Sunday morning, placed their order and was asked to pull forward and someone would bring the food out to them. After 5+ minutes, my mom drove back through, and the manager, Cody, responded with "What do you want?" My mom explained that she had never gotten her food. So Cody asked what she ordered, and then said he had already taken it out to her. Obviously not, or they would've had their food. So anyway, he finally agreed that maybe it had been given to someone else by mistake and told her to pull up again and they would bring it out. Of course my mom was ticked and refused to pull forward again because she had no faith he was going to get it right this time either! Cody pulled his phone out and said "Fine I'm calling the cops!" And that's exactly what he proceeded to do! Seriously?! That is a manager's first response to an upset customer that had been wronged?! Who is training these people? I understand it's fast food and we can't expect too much from people making minimum wage, but this guy called the cops on my 60-year old mom (who doesn't have so much as a traffic ticket on her record, btw) and scared the life out of my boys! They were both crying and thought they were going to jail! Thank goodness the WPD officer took a few extra minutes to make sure my boys knew that everything was fine! We teach our boys that cops are great people and, as long as you are not doing anything wrong, you don't have anything to worry about. They are still so confused as to why the cops were called in the first place! As am I. There was one person behind her in line. It would've taken 3-4 minutes to correct the situation, get her food, and apologize! There was no reason to make her pull forward again, considering he was in the wrong to begin with. And this is not the first complaint I have seen regarding this store's management and staff. Someone please train these "managers" better. If you don't like your job and can't do it with a smile, then work somewhere else, or go to college and get a better job! Needless to say, we will not be visiting this establishment in the future. Today around 2pm, I stopped at the Wilmington, OH Burger King. I ordered two side salads. The young man who took my order was new, I could tell. Long story short, he gave me NO salad dressing even though he repeated my order back to me and mentioned the Ranch salad dressing. It ruined my whole lunch. I only get 30 minutes for lunch anyway. So I had no opportunity to go back and get my salad dressing. Tell me, who orders a salad with no salad dressing? This young man has probably never had a salad in his life cause if he did, he would know how much it sucks to have a salad with no salad dressing.. I used to avoid this restaurant because trey could not seem to get my orders right. I have recently over the last 6 months given them a second chance probably a third really and they have really gotten it together. If I am using the drive thru they are really a drive thru it has gotten a lot faster and their employs inside and through the drive thru are very polite and are trained well the managers are also very helpful Chris Reid has been not only helpful to myself but my 2 of neighbors mentioned him he was helpful and virtuous to not only his customers but his employs. The restaurant was clean as was the restrooms I would recommend Burger King to anyone who has has a bad experience in the past give them another chance they have really changed things around read more
