Saturday, June 27 6:30pm we were in the drive thru line 7 minutes, it never moved and never got to order. So we went In, hoping it would go faster. Wrong. We waited 12 minutes, never got acknowledged, let alone welcomed. But we did get glared at. Never got a 'we'll be with you in a moment' or we're running behind a bit, aorry about the delay. Went back into drive thru, still took an additional 9 minutes but at least the person working the wi down said ' give us just a minute, please. Altogether took 1/2 hour to get an order! Despite the negative reviews I just had a top notch experience. We went thru the drive thru around 7pm on Tuesday the 18th and the young lady working the register gave us exception service. I had a classic sandwich cuz I'm a classic guy, with fries and a biscuit on the side. It was unbelievably good. And my comrade landed on the spicy sando and he was delighted. Don't be scared to come here it's budduh just like the biscuits. Only downside they only gave us 2 napkins but on the bright side I happened to have a pack of wet ones in the car so only good things to say about the one and only willows KFC. I live in Los Angeles but will make a trip here just for the service and buttery biscuits. read more

I went through the drive thru and placed my order. The cashier charged me give my card back give me my drinks and ask for the money again. When we told her we already paid she said "no". Then we said I give you a card did it not go through she then laughed and said "oh yeah."The order was missing a lot of items. So we went back inside to ask for them and they still forgot to add the sauce even asking for it inside. Once we started eating two of my chicken tenders were hard and chewy (obviously undercooked). We were just passing by on our way back home so there was no way we'd turn around to let them know. Worst fast food experience I've ever had. read more

After reading the reviews I was very worried about coming here for dinner. Gave it a shot and got our food and wow. It was excellent. They were very friendly, nailed our order, and the food was so hot we had to wait a few mins to eat it. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be back. Thank you friendly kfc staff!! read more

Unbelievable!. Food safety is not a concern for this franchise??!! I went through the drive thru in Willows, CA. The cole slaw and mashed potatoes were packaged in the same paper bag. When I made the girl at the drive thru window aware of this she just shrugged and said that's what we're supposed to do. I asked her for another bag to separate the order. Went to KFC and ordered lots of food. They forgot three of our food items, two fries and also forgot our famous bowl. Spent 81 dollars and didn't get out items very upsetting. We also ordered a 12 piece box and only got 8 pieces. read more

A quick, easy stop if you're in a hurry to get some grub and go! My order came out fresh and fast. I decided on a few of the Chicken Little sandwiches, they put way too much mayo on them so I had to remove a majority of it before consumption, otherwise they were decent. They don't have trailer parking so you may have to park across the street by the Baymont if you are towing. The staff were friendly on my visit. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well kept but the layout is a bit odd with what looks like a closed down buffet line. read more

after ordering my food, i drove home 20 mins away, realized they forgot half my order, when i called to tell them that i would make the 20 minute drive back, they said they "couldn't find my order" in their system. i was then told that i could "pay for my missing items again." then told that next time i should remember how much i paid so that they can find my order. are you kidding me!? read more

I called in an order an hour in advance because I was on a time schedule and when I arrived to pick up my family's dinner it wasn't ready they said I to wait another 16 minutes for the chicken to cook yet there were people eating in the restaurant I'm assuming my chicken. I will never go to KFC in willows again there is no excuse for my meal to not be ready I gave them an hours notice for crying out loud. I try to restrict my fast food intake, but when you travel options can be limited. The family and I stopped into this particular location and it was extremely clean and the staff were super efficient. This store is ridiculous. They have clowns working there and it's sure not Ronald McDonald. 8 pm on Jan. 29, a Sunday evening. Several kids were working at KFC but the colonel was gone. They did not respond at the drive through. We drove to the window. Said they were all out of pot pies. They were snapping each other with towels and messing around. We left and went to Burger King! This is a nice and clean KFC. I rarely eat at this location, because they don't offer the grilled (not fried) chicken. I would take my family there to eat, if there was something I could order. I was with a group of friends in town and we all said the same thing. We'd love to have another option in town.I was told by an employee that it's too expensive to repair the cooker. I have NEVER had good service at this KFC. EVERYTIME I go...I must wait at least 15 minutes for chicken. I waited tonight in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told that I would have to drive around front and wait some more. After ten minutes in the front parking lot...I went inside to wait some more. After getting home...not only did I not have my complete order...but my chicken wings were completely RAW. I have been here several times for the Go Cup - a great invention, but the last time took so long in the drive-thru line, I left. This time I tried the Grilled Chicken. I asked Ana, who answered the speaker, what was put in or on the chicken and she said salt and pepper. I asked because I had a migraine and didn't want to increase it with MSG. The chicken had a definite chemical tang to it and a red seasoning color. I didn't eat it and wasted $6. My cats liked it and they are fussy. No one answered the restaurant number. The web site didn't say what was in it, so I called the food sensitivity line that was offered, after you request contact. The woman who answered was pleasant. She said there was a MSG-related chemical in it & they will send me info. I wish restaurants would be more upfront with their ingredients. It could mean someone's life. ( In regard to the fact I was told that all chicken at KFC has the same chemical additives, I disagree. A food worker could add a different amount of a chemical at times, especially a seasoning salt.) read more
