I stopped here because it was the closest kfc to my client's place. I specifically told the guy that I wanted 2 coleslaw and NO potato. I go fill my cup, look at the receipt and see mashed on it. I go and ask about it and him and his female coworker look stumped. I explained again, and it was changed with an attitude (sorry you didn't LISTEN to me clearly say no mashed potatoes the first 2 times). What annoyed me in the first place was when I told him my order..he then asks if I want to donate to a charity. I said "no thank you, not today" and he gives a disgusted face. Im sure this location has at least one kind employee that listens to customers but these 2 clearly aren't them. I don't usually leave reviews for fast food spots, but this KFC deserves a shoutout. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff here are genuinely kind--smiling, polite, and patient even with a line forming behind me. One of the managers is always nice to me and give me my food on time. read more

I had the most lackluster meal today. I had a craving for my usual (I wish I stayed true to it) so I went on the KFC app and saw they had the new bowls (Should call them Cups) of Korean and Nashville chicken. What I received was, what seemed like a half high worker, blandly handing my order over like he couldn't care less. What I received is what I truly wanted to vent on here about... 6 Fries on the bottom of the CUP... Shredded cheese haphazardly strewn about on top of the fries... 5 Nuggets also strewn about as well. 2... 2! Pickles... I am sadly in awe at how bad this meal was from one of my favorite franchises... I am so unbelievably DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED by the behavior of the older woman working at this location. Not only was she snappy to customers but I watched for 30 minutes as she verbally abused and called the two younger staff stupid and asking them if they "could even read" when there was a mistake on an order. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and a violation of the rights of the other employees. The fact that this company allows her to continue on as an employee is beyond me. As a 20 year high end culinary professional who works with youth and I am appalled that this is being allowed. She needs to be fired for violating the employee code of conduct. The younger staff was so kind and helpful. Despite being verbally assaulted by the older employee, they maintained their professionalism and were so kind to those around them. I honestly don't know how this KFC is still open because the customer service is absolutely the worst and it's like nobody is ever working here. That being said though, my food always does taste good, and the chicken sandwich with the cheetos was actually delightful. Usually when I stop by though they're out of whatever I want so I end up going elsewhere. If the customer service improves and there were to be a much better selection, I'm sure the rating would go up. read more

I remember moving to Rocky Hill and being excited about living down the street from KFC. That was 10 years ago and I have only been here a handful of times because I'm disappointed every single time. I went there on 10/28/21, the chicken was bloody in the middle, and the biscuits were not cooked through. I got an 8 piece bucket meal, and all the biscuits were undone. I was also given 7 pieces of chicken, instead of 8. Worst KFC ever. read more

Most terrible restaurant experience you can have. Missing items 17 minute wait just to order. Inattentive staff and nearly abusive manager. They have a huge preference for the drive through. I think everyone is friendly but one person she doesn't seem to enjoy helping people. I enjoy the taste of the fresh chicken strips. Somedays I the staff is a lil slow plus there is one gentlemen that is named Michael who is willing to take your order even though he is working in the drive-thru, he's very out going and looks like he enjoys his job. All his co-workers appreciate his hard work. He even say to other customers "Welcome to KFC I will be right with in one minute, with a smile and even says , sorry for the wait how may I serve you today?" This gentlemen should be a head cashier because he is so good with people that he makes them feel that they are more important than his own self. God bless this young man. read more

My one complaint is that I sometime have food missing from my order, it is usually the cookie or one in a great while, a buiscuit. For me this is not that big of a deal, since I usually end up here a short time before closing. If not for the missing items, I would give this place 5 stars! My chicken is always cooked perfectly. Other kfcs that I've gone to serve me chicken that tastes like it has been under a heat lamp for hours. This place is atleast fresh. I'd rather miss out on a cookie and have a decent meal. read more

When I ordered and paid at the drive-thru, I was told to pull up and park out front and wait and they would bring it out. I did. 15 minutes passed and no food. I went inside. She was now at the register and asked to take my order. When I reminded her I was waiting outside she blamed another employee for forgetting. She gave me the food but forgot sauce, utensils, cookies, and drinks. When I reminded her, she had an attitude and then said cookies were "gonna be 10 minutes." When I said I've already waited 20 minutes, another staff member with an attitude said, "Well the chicken was cooking." and I replied, "Ok, so no cookies?" and she said with even more attitude, "Well then what kinda cake you want?" huffed, and gave me a dessert cake. I reminded them again about the missing drinks and she sighed and quickly picked up and held two cups in my face. No apologies for being forgotten, for the wait, for the mistakes, for more of a wait, and for attitude. Keep going and find a different spot for chicken. read more
