If you go later at night, service is really, really slow. Also, I don't know if they have control over it or not, but my chicken had a lot of connective tissue in it, which was unpleasant. I still love their mashed potatoes and biscuits though. This location also has a Taco Bell. read more

Their manager ripped me off half an order and got very disrespectful I'm super pissed and will show up in person as he said he'll talk to me any way he wants! I told him in person he wouldn't be so disrespectful he doubled down I will take this to extremes if I need to it better get corrected like today $80 for $25 in food!!!! read more

I have tried and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I have come here multiple times knowing about all the bad reviews. When I say every time was horrible I mean EVERY TIME I sat and waited a minimum of 30 mins after ordering in the drive thru line. The food is constantly wrong or tastes extremely off and is hardly edible. I am truly disappointed in this KFC and will no longer be visiting. DO NOT EAT AT THE TACO BELL. read more

Listen to all these bad reviews!! This place BLOWS. Every time, they either give a wrong item, or they forget items altogether. Went through tonight to get a wrap combo-they gave one wrong wrap, and forgot the fries-THE HECK. Didn't give us a receipt and a sign for no refunds...WHAT CRAZINESS IS THAT?! One of the wraps fell open when unwrapping-just look at that garbage being passed off as food Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

KFC - Untouched, disgusting Mac and Cheese Wrap. Tortilla so Dry its cracking, 3 noodles, and sad 1 1/2 inch soft chicken strip. :( - Fast Food Near Me - Waterville, Maine

It seems like most of the negative reviews, as usual for fast food, are from drive-through customers. I always walk in and am rarely disappointed. Gotta love technology. The more you put between the customer and the counter staff, the better the chance of a screw-up. Anyway, I have been to this branch of KFC and have always had polite and accurate service. Once they even filled a special request for a bucket of just thighs and breasts, when they no doubt could have said they needed to stick to the normal mix of pieces. I wonder where all the rude employees hide when they see me coming? read more

I am disabled and sat in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes with approximately 10 vehicles in front of me. I ordered 2 chicken-strip meals, each with coleslaw, 1 with mac and cheese, and the other with mashed potatoes. I got a 3rd a chicken wings meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I asked for 2 diet cokes and a regular coke. The 45 minutes I waited was my choice. I could have left and gone somewhere else, but my family felt like KFC, so I waited in the line. When I got home, I found out that I didn't get a regular coke or my mac and cheese. People are probably thinking at least I received the right meals. The point is that this KFC has never gotten my order right. The one time they got it right, we didn't get silverware. Bye the looks of the reviews, I don't think anyone from KFC even looks at these reviews. I wish they would because most are just careless mistakes. read more

We don't come here very often because take out can be a bit pricey, but for a treat we decided to get KFC. After a long wait we finally got out meals at the drive through. No biscuit in either meal. I ordered original recipe and got extra crispy. The chicken was so greasy that it seeped through the box and the bag onto the seat. I can't tell you how disappointed we were. Not a business I plan on visiting again. read more

so I took my fiancé to KFC for a quick bite to eat no one was there ordered a k12 then she ordered a chicken sandwich then I said I would like a chicken breast also didnt look at the price just paid then said name is Jim didn't have what I wanted original chicken they said just crispy I said fine got my order was only her chicken sandwich and the breast took it up waited 10 minutes and I final said excuse me I didnt get my order I ordered a k12 didn't get it response was your name Jim I said yes said I dint get my order just ask the cashier he said nothing they gave me a biscuit and fry I looked at him I didn't ask for a biscuit I want chicken sandwich said again your name Jim I said yes I know what my name is I said I will pay for it then told to me you need to get back in line which was 6 people deep I was upset by now and said fnnn no I won't . then told me going to call the police on me I swore after they treated me that way I told them go ahead very disrespectful and two customers sitting next to us said they do it all the time hope you all understand my dilemma takes a lot for me to swear and I apoligize for that manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful read more

I went there today, my order was completely wrong. There was a dark haired lady, running the drive-through, yelled at me and the drive-through attendant on top of that my order was completely wrong. Tried to call and nobody answers the phone... Also, I think the lady that took my order was on drug's love kfc, but not this one read more

The store is located on Civic Center Drive, Augusta, ME 04330 I arrived at the back of the drive thru line at 5:40PM and my recipet shows payment made at 6:05PM. My major complaint is your lack of customer service, at some point the level of poor service reaches to being unconcerned about your customers and is insulting. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes! I asked for the manager to complain to and was approached by a female who said she was the manager and her name was Nichol. She wouldn't discount my order, nor would she give me her general manager's name & contact information. Then I asked for the Owner's information and she refused to give me that. It appears that you and youe management team do not care about the customers who pay your bills and salary to serve us. read more

Very poor place to eat. They never get orders correct, even if you verify at the window you pay at. The chicken is extremely greasy. KFC fries used to be crunchy, not there today mine were soaked in grease. Some employees are friendly but some will close the window on you before you can ask for utensils of the buttery spread, or napkins. They definitely need an new ice machine, theirs is always broke. Management needs to clean house. read more

Only giving one star because they won't let me give zero. This place is pathetic. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minute we finally got our food. We had ordered a large potato with no gravy and the first thing we pull out of the bag is a big container of gravy. I tried to give it back as I didn't want a gallon of gravy in my car that I didn't ask for but the clerk told me they weren't allowed to take food back through the window. Next, I noticed that our two drinks had no ice. I asked why there was no ice and was told they didn't have any ice. Thanks for telling me. I wouldn't have ordered a soda if I knew there was no ice. At that point we drove off and my son wanted help putting butter on his biscuit but that wasn't possible as they gave us no utensils or butter. They also gave us no napkins. I went to the Irving across the street for a soda, with ice and to see if they had any utensils so we could eat the potatoes and Mac and cheese we had ordered. When I told the cashier why I needed the utensils and the soda he said that lots of people come in and complain about the KFC across the street. This place sucks. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. This particular KFC was shockingly terrible. My sister-in-law and I stopped to get something to eat on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 7:50. Multiple employees walked by us, without even acknowledging us. One older woman in particular came to the counter but never asked if she could help us, or even said hello. I expected her to wait on us, but she walked away and never re-appeared. The entire time we were waiting for service, there was one employee in particular, out back that we could see, as well as hear, that had a particular fondness for the "f" word. Unbelievable! read more

Just brought a coupon for a 10 piece bucket of thighs for $13.99. Good deal until we get to the window and realize that they charged us $21.99. We waited for the manager, we realize we have no sides, so finally the manager LITERALLY throws a $10 bill at us, and we get back in line to order 2 mashed potatoes and a coleslaw... they quote $17! According to the menu it should be $9.00. WTF! read more

Called 3 times no answer. Ordered a 16 piece and 8 piece chicken. They said they didn't have enough dark meat so substituted crispy and white meat. Got 1 bucket and I asked them how many pieces in that bucket as I was leaving to make sure I have my whole order. They told me 16 and 8 piece. I drove back 30 min home to find only 19 piece chicken. And no one answering the number. What am I to do at this time of night and not enough food when I drove 30 min there to get kfc read more

I am sad to say I can't support KFC anymore, as they have let me down..... Why did you do way with my favorite potato wedges only to replace them with fries yuck Now you are like every other place, this set you apart from all the others, it made you special, above the rest. Unfortunately not anymore. read more

I decided to try KFC for the first time since October. I was surely disappointed by how poorly everything tasted, except for the Mac and cheese. I requested a 12 piece and for all of them to be breast. That cost $2.50 for each, which ran me an extra $20+ for the meal. I also ordered 4 biscuits all for take home. When I got home, my friends were all disappointed by how bad the food was. The chicken was the greasiest food I and my friends have ever had. The biscuits were hard as a rock. I have a feeling that this will be the last time I will have KFC from this location read more

This location always gets my order wrong, EVERY time! Never fails, I can guarantee something will be wrong or missing from my order. This location is the worst. Drive a bit further to the Augusta location. Much better service! read more

Rude staff, don't follow any covid procedures, gave me old food and missed half my order

Used to love KFC,,,but last time chicken was overcooked,,small and the flavor not there anymore,,,

This place always forgets something when I order & the staff there are very rude, including the manager. Not very good at making sure the customer is happy, they make it seem like an inconvenience when you order/want your order fixed(even though they are the ones who gave you the wrong items in the first place). They do not follow Covid guidelines & the food they do get right tastes very off. Overall-a very unpleasant place to go to to get food. read more

Taco Bell is a great place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. However, quick doesn't mean having rude service. Not only was the cashier taking the orders acting depressed, but three other staff members were practically yelling at this elder man merely because they didn't understand what he needed, though it was very clearly written on his receipt. Good place to eat, if you want poor service. read more

Always love coming here. Great people work here and they always do their best. Never disappointed, and always leave happy knowing we've got the right order before we even check. read more

I was absolutely disgusting when visiting the Waterville Maine location on 6/17/2022 at about 3:30pm with my young granddaughter. when ordering through the drive through I questioned if the person taking my order was under the influence sight unseen simply listening to her speech. upon driving up to the window to pay the staff was clearly under the influence of something. she could barely keep her eyes open, body movement all over non stop, slurred speech and making odd vocal noises. not to mention her struggle to make change. driving up to the pick up window I asked to speak to a manager. a female did come to the window I will assume she was the manage. I explained my concerns with the other employee's demeanor , behaviors and genuine disgust and lack of professionalism. my young granddaughter had to whiteness such ignorant behavior leaving myself to explain what your employee was behaving in that way. Only to be told by the "manager" that they noticed she was acting off when she came into work instead of sending her directly back out the door she is put not only working directly with consumers but expected to make change? hell she could barely make a complete sentence or stand still. Very Very disgusted. read more

Late night service is VERY SLOW... The people are nice enough but you do wait forever for your order and there can be no one else there. I'm not sure how this location can make it. The restaurant could be cleaner as well... It's ok in a pinch but I don't fine here often. read more
