I went here and I saw a certain item on the app that wasn't on the menu. I assumed it was an app exclusive and asked why it wasn't appearing in my cart then the employee wanted to talk to me rude for asking a question. Then they proceeded to be snarky and give rude looks. Passes by this place while gettin gas down the street on our way to The Forks Maine. There were a couple of people standing in front of the register a we walked in. They looked so happy to help us out, making drinks for us while they have 5 minutes left on the clock!! Lol Nonetheless they worked with a cheerful smile and gave is what we crave for - an original Orange Julius and a s'mores blizzard. Oh yum yum I thought. The OJ was ok. This is the worst Dairy Queen in the country..such young kids..and since me and my girlfriend aren't young and hip like the cool kids these days..you don't get served UNTIL there is nobody else in the store..even of they come in 2 or 3 customers after you..we placed our order and a cpl was behind us. Young and looking all slutty..as all the teenage hookers do nowadays..and we waited..then they ordered..received it..and left..and while they were waiting before that..another group with girls part of the "I got the shortest shorts on" group came in..and ordered..and also..they left with their order..while we're still sitting there..then my girlfriend gets up and finally mentioned something to them..and they come up with some sad excuse as always..fuck this specific restaurant ill never EVER be back to this place...and if it were me and I said anything..I was just gonna demand our money back..it would have been worth it more than their slow pathetic asses..Gabby C and that young twinkie kid that was working that day..not sure his name..but yea..anyways, the point of the story here is you can't get good service and served in a timely manner UNLESS you're dressed like a teenage hootchie slut..and I say this because we have been there a few times .and it's always the same group that go there..people dressed up that you may see at the fair..or even a concert..it's frigging pathetic read more

Online it says open till 9pm. We were at the drive through at 8:23 with at least five other customers trying to get service as well. No one ever came on to the speaker so we drove up to the window where an employee stood with her back to us talking on her headset. She turned around looked at us and said nothing put her her headset down and walked away. We drove around to the front to check the door hours to find six other customers being turned away. Checked the door to find the closing hour to be 8:30, different than the online information. We were there before closing but they at least could have told us they were too close to closing to serve us. read more

We went to this DQ, a couple of weeks ago. It was going to be our first ice cream of the season. We went through the Drive Thru, ordered 2 Peanut Buster Parfait's, w/ chocolate ice cream. We got to the window to pay and were told they were out of chocolate ice cream. I don't like their vanilla ice cream, so I chose to get nothing. Very disappointing! We should have gone to the Augusta DQ. We've always had good luck there. This is coming into prime summer/ ice cream season, maybe they ought to make sure they have adequate product, so they don't run out! read more

Always love this place. This is a great place to indulge in your sweet tooth. The young women that take your order may seem a little off-putting, until you strike a conversation with them. They're just very intent on doing their best by every customer. read more

A pretty standard DQ for the area, but this location also has a limited food menu (hot dogs and sandwiches. Sadly, no chicken). Typically good service here for being staffed by kids. read more

I went to the KMD store to purchase 2 quarts of vanilla. I found none in the freezer (though there were many quarts only a few were labeled and were chocolate). I asked for 2 quarts and was informed by Tia today (11/6/18 @ 3:30 pm) that there is an additional charge for each one. I asked why and got some excuse they can only make up quarts with what is left over at closing time. I said their were no customers and only one employee busy making cakes so surely her boss would be happier with her to make a few sales and give good customer service than lose sales and a customer and she said yes it was policy. For Tia's sake I hope her boss agrees with her! Fortunately for me, the other employee found 1 quart of vanilla in another freezer and sold it to me. At least there is one good employee there. read more

After checking the hours online and it stating open until 10pm, I drove from Saint Albans (an hour away) to get an ice cream cake. I arrived there at five minutes to 9pm and as I walking to the door, the male working came and locked the door on me. There were over a dozen customers still inside the store and since it wasn't 9pm yet (the sign on the door differed from the online hours) I waited until one of the workers let some of the customers out and asked her if I could just purchase an ice cream cake, I didn't need anything written on it but that I had driven over an hour here because the hours online stated 10pm was the closing time. She rudely pointed to the sign on the door and said the hours are here. I asked can I please just get a cake and she said no. She said the register was closed but it wasn't, they were still ringing up customers and she shut the door on me. She then went back into the store and apparently made a rude comment about me since the customers in the store all looked back and me and chuckled. I'm sure the owners of the store would not appreciate them closing the store five minutes early or being rude to a customer and declining one sale that would have totaled more than the 12 customers they currently already had in the store. I will never go to that Dairy Queen again and apparently will need to buy ice cream cakes from Cold Stone. read more

This DQ constantly gets orders wrong. I will go to a different one in the future. The one in Augusta is better and pays much more attention to orders. read more
