We ordered online and picked up from the restaurant. Online ordering was very easy. We were able to customize our order very easily and everything was prepared just so. The employee, was very nice and friendly. Greeted us politely, got out order and gave us a drink carrier. Quality - was great, for Pizza Hut, but it actually wasn't too greasy, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was baked perfectly, nothing over done or under done. Toppings were fresh. i actually loved the tenderness of the green peppers. The parking lot, was pretty beat up, had to dodge a few pot holes and freshly laid cold patch. Plenty of parking if you were to stay and eat as well. There are a lot of pizza options in the area, so Pizza Hut has some competition. But for the location and online ordering, it was exactly what we needed. read more

I was having lunch here and got a Pizza so when I got it the pizza was so fucking hot I dropped a slice and it took off the skin on my thigh

Pizza was done on time and cooked well. Quick transaction and friendly staff. Recommended for takeout.

Late night, no choice. Delivered to my hotel quickly. Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. One slice and it was in the barrel.

Double check your card. My fault, missed a topping. Called in to restaurant. Can you add this? "Yeah, but I need your car again." Not a problem. My mistake. Driver shows up, says I owe ten bucks. Card was charged for $4.73, the cost of the toppings. Driver needed ten dollars even. Welcome to my Capital One fraud charge against the franchise owner. If you order Pizza Hut, don't rate them low because you ordered late and they were the only ones to deliver food to your motel. Also, don't expect gold standard pizza. That's like saying I order a shit burger and got angry that it involved feces. Feel free to rate them low for fraud. read more

Very poor service. There was over 7 employees working and only 1 person helping customers. When we walked in another employee had a bucket on his head, later on he drummed on the countertop as we would looking around for help. Our waiter had headphones in and went around singing. read more

I have always loved Pizza Hut, but for some reason their online tool thinks my Waterville address is not within delivery range so I always have to call it in and even they have issues with it. read more

I order online from them a lot. They haven't been late, not even once. I love their cheesy bread sticks and their marianna sauce is to die for. Twice I've ordered and my breadsticks were prepared or cut wrong however I think this was a rookie mistake by a newbie because I order every week for work and it's fine. I've had one time when a driver couldn't make it on time and I got a call from the manager not even 3 minutes after my online order. My delivery guys are always super sweet and I am getting to know them both from ordering so much haha! All in all from a delivery stand point it's a great place to get some yummy food. Really like my Pizza Hut. read more

Every time I order food it comes out hot and the way I ordered it. I do a lot of online ordering and it's always ready by the time it's supposed to. We recently tried the lunch buffet and it was well worth the price for all the food we ate. Wide variety of pizzas and the server was upbeat and friendly. The dining room was a bit cold but everything seemed to be clean. Will definitly go back again soon! read more

when we go to pizza hut this is the one we go to. The Dinning room often appears to be dirty. The service tends to be okay, however I often find the service slow. The food is always good. The salad bar however I feel is sub par and could be much better. read more

If you want a dry, messy pizza with hardly any cheese, go here. I ordered a one topping large carryout pizza over the phone, went to pickup within 20 minutes, was back home within 10 minutes and when I opened the box the green pepper toppings were scattered in between the slices because there was hardly any cheese to hold them on the pizza. It was salty and it seemed like pre-prepared and having sat in the warmer for about an hour. I worked in one of the busiest pizza parlors in Van Nuys, CA for years so I recognize a fresh pizza when I see one and this one didn't fit the bill. I'm sorry I wasted my money, please don't waste yours. read more

Really unimpressed with one of your employees. We called in an order for pickup and were waiting in the parking lot and watched an employee and her husband throw a bunch of garbage on the ground in the marsh area next to the parking lot. She then proceeded to go inside to work and he drove off leaving all the trash out there on the ground. They drive a white Subaru Outback and the manager can let her know we picked up their filthy litter for them because we guess they are unable to figure out how to use the trash can THAT IS RIGHT THERE NEXT TO THE PIZZA HUT. There's a lot of litter and cups and trash on the ground and I'm willing to bet those are all from them. It's a shame your employee and her husband don't appreciate the property that provides her with employment, let alone nature enough to use the waste receptacle that's right there. Bravo. read more

My mother and I ordered the two-medium pizza special. I had a pizza with alfredo sauce and she had a tomato one. Mine had red onions, grilled chicken, roasted spinach, and mushrooms. Hers came out fine but with green peppers and onions cut so large they didn't look like any effort was put into them whatsoever. My pizza was literally RAW with scorched mushrooms, WILTED spinach, and raw onions with mushy chicken. When I asked for something to be done the manager was called. It took him long enough, well over 5-8 minutes, and we could hear him yelling at staff in the distance. After showing him the problem, he loomed over me, seemingly to intimidate me to some respect, and proceeded to "teach me" about how wrong I was and how I did not order my food right (tell the wait staff "crispy" next time, k?). He then got snappy and asked me what I wanted him to do, throw it away and take it off the check or attempt to "throw it back on for a few minutes"! Before we left after eating half of my mother's pizza she was going to save for tomorrow so I didn't go hungry, he leaned over the cash register desk to tell me yet again how WRONG I was. I was debating on whether or not to review this but the 2nd time cinched it for me. If the manager is there, a gray-haired man, don't even go in. He'll ruin your food and try to tell you how you somehow screwed it up. read more

Let me start by saying I am a waitress, and understand the job duties and would NEVER complain, let alone go out of my way to write a terrible review. But let's give credit (or lack there of) when necessary. Jessie was our waitresses name. I dined with my husband and our 3 children. Aged 10, 4 and 3. We were crammed into a tiny both. Let me remind you there was 1 other party in the whole place. We were not offered crayons, which I noticed as I sat down and watched her give another table with children the same age as mine crayons. Fine. I let that go. She sat us at this table very well knowing that we couldnt comfortably eat with all of our food on the table as well as drinks. Im sorry but my 3 year old could tell we couldnt all fit. She was VERY rude and short. Sometimes people have bad days, I also get that. But I have never seen this pizza hut with more than 5 parties at once. At least be nice to the people coming in. Id say thats fair. When our dinner arrived it waa thrown on the table, wheverever she could make it fit without removing anything extra like trash on the table. Again im a waitress, I know how it all works. We overheard the party of 5 next to us (also with kids) say that the juice they recieved was expired. Jessie continued to blame the Pepsi company for delivering it yesterday already exspired. I call bs. So that made me super excited to eat my dinner. Then another woman with the same party said she was unable to get lettuce from the salad bar because it was moldy. The lettuce only was removed. I can bet more than the lettuce was past edible. Jessie didnt apologize, they were just another inconvenience in her very busy time with us and this other party. I cant roll my eyes enough. The food tasted good, but im waiting to die to be honest. Upon leaving my husband GOES UP to the counter to get boxes and ask for the check. We are given 2 tiny boxes to fit almost 2 pizzas and breadsticks in. Cool, I love this game. Jessie proceeded to put her finger up in my husbands face and say shed get with him when she can. Now were not needy, rude or anything. Trust me, working in the industry I dont wanna deal with dumb people either. But this lady has zero respect for anything or anyone. Never in my life have I ever seen a waitress put a finger in someone's face and say I'll be with you when I can. She then stood over my husband while he filled out the slip so he felt obligated to leave some tip. 5$ for 55$ worth of 2 sodas 2 chocolate milks, a water 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I most certainly will be finding a corporate email or phone number. If no one there said we shouldnt serve modly and expired drinks than they sure as he'll should not be open. Someone's going to get sick. Please save yourself from the agitation of dealing with jessie and the other incompetent employess of KMD pizza hut. Hopefully we live to see tomorrow. read more

I didnt give 5 stars because of a couple things: For some reason now, the pizza does not agree with me even though its still good. I think quality has gone down since they first came to town. I remember when they were down in the Jfk Mall area, ahh the good ol days...with the pac man game in the restaurant. Im still a huge fan of the bread sticks with cheese and the marinara sauce!!! It is good to see a business still going after 20 years though read more

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what the draw is here. "Pizza" deep fried in grease. Topped with salty bitter sauce, bland salty cheese (that contains plastic) and soy products masquerading as meat. Mom and Pop places beat this place hands down.
