Despite the reviews I ordered from this location cuz I didn't feel like cooking, too hot. I found the staff to be helpful and respectful. Haven't had a problem with anyone there,n the order was taken correctly. Just be sure you have your sauces of choice before leaving. read more

We have continued to order from the Dominoes in Waterville Maine although the attitude of the individual they have in charge at night(a female who claims to be a manager) our orders are never less than $50 & often over $70, I ordered 6 pizzas a sandwich and hot wings & paid for two blue cheese dressings for the wings, & received 1, called the store & asked if they could drop the other one off seeing we are right around the corner and it is pouring & I have a bad hip(being replaced in August) it became a federal case, she claimed I recd two & if they dropped one off 850 ft from their store although they go by our house no less than 100xs a day, there would be a delivery charge and they would have to charge me another $1.50 for another dressing that o already packed d for & didn't receive. She's yelling at me over this, and being extremely condescending and rude! I've managed restaurants for over 35 years, if I heard one of my employees treat any customer...new or a regular in such a way, they'd have been fired in the spot! I don't know what qualifications she has, but customer service is definitely not one of them. They are convenient due to their proximity to our home, but we will be ordering from the other 5 places that serve similar foods from now on, of whom actually value their customers, especially their regulars! read more

It's Domino's and I expected Domino's quality and was not disappointed. We ordered online for pick up and it was ready as promised. The staff members were busy working when we walked in, processing orders and making food and not standing around chatting. I loved my pepperoni pizza and the butter garlic dipping sauce for my crust. They gave us so many napkins!! It was perfect. The pick up area was clean and organized. When I'm craving classic Dominos, I will definitely return. We appreciated the comfort food and great service. read more

We ordered dinner in the Waterville Domino's on 04/16/26. There was a power outage and they were not able to have our order ready for the time we requested. It was going to be another hour or so before it would be ready. We asked if we could cancel the order and get a refund. They were okay with that. Never got our money back. Called 3 times in a week in a half and every time the manager was not available and you need to speak with the manager. $66 never refunded. Not very good customer service and very disappointed. read more

I'm sure the pizza would be good if it wasn't luke warm/cold. But the customer service is BAD. Waited over 10 minutes on the phone to request a time but no one answered. Wanted to pick the order up at a specific time but there was no option online to do that. Then the service person fumbled through an explanation that the order has to be 4 hrs in advance in order to set a time. BUT THERE'S NO WAY TO DO THAT ONLINE! I will never buy Domino's again! read more

I stopped spur of the moment and ordered a large Pep with bacon pizza which turned out to be amazing. I was truly impressed by the crispiness of the crust and the generous amount of toppings. The service was excellent as well. They provided me with paper plates, napkins, and everything I needed for a lovely picnic. read more

I ordered a medium supreme almost choked to death on a sharp bone shard that was in apiece of sausage , I filed a complaint with corporate and did receive a small $$ (pizza price) whoooopie I sent them the bone larger than a penny with a very pointy end that got stuck in the back of my throat. Never been back. read more

Usually the local Dominos is not bad and my goto pizza is the cheesesteak pizza with extra alfredo sauce on it. When I got it, there was no Alfredo sauce. I don't understand the staff was able read all of the order... except for one item. It tasted dry and off. The delivery driver was good, but I don't know what's going on with who was making the food. This is terrible and makes me want to avoid this place for a while. read more

Thank you for saving Mothers Day. We had reservations for 14 at Ruby Tuesdays for 1 o'clock on Mothers Day. Confirmed them on May 9th showed up at 1245 and was told sorry they would not honor the reservation. We got all 14 to our home in Fairfield and put an order into Dominos for 5 large pizzas. in less than a half hour we were all chowing down. These other yelpers seem to be under the impression that they are reviewing Domino's Service. We all know this is a Domino's Pizza and thus we should be critiquing the pizza alone. Yes, the service is garbage but this literally does not matter; the food is godly and the coupons are amazing. I will gladly keep waiting for hours as I deal with the worst service I've ever seen so long as I can continue to get those cinny twists and parm bites. Me and my friends called to order takeout almost 3 hours ago and never got our food. We ended up having to cancel because we stayed up till 1am. They told us 30 minutes about 2 hours ago. They told us 1 hour about an hour and a half ago. We then decided to cancel our order and called four times, the manager and employees would pick up the phone and hung up until we finally got ahold of the manager who canceled our order. I will not be ordering from here again. read more

we eat dominos several times a week. tonight we received beyond horrible service. my other half is lactose intolerant so we normally get light cheese so it's a bit easier on his stomach. they made our pizza wrong and refused to either make us a new pizza or even give our money back. employees were extremely rude and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. If I could give zero stars I would. Given the state of the country, family from all across the US chipped in to give a 6 year old boy his one birthday wish, Dominos Pizza. Pizzas were ordered and paid for, but the staff and GM of this location said money wasn't received. The boys Mom provided proof of payment and at one point was even laughed at. Zero resolution and they threw all the pizzas in the trash. With the help of cell phone technology our family regrouped and ordered pizza at a different place. They made it and gladly accepted proof of payment in record time. Birthday saved. The lead supervisor at this Dominos even lies about the presence of the stores GM. He was reached by phone from an aunt in Florida. He refused to help. This is not how to run a business but is how to ruin a small boys birthday. He, along with the rest of the family will always remember this. read more

I have ordered from this place twice and both times my order came out 45 minutes later when I was told. I asked them why my order was taking so long and they went back to gossiping with coworkers without actually putting together any pizza. watched other customers cancel their orders because of the wait times but I had already paid. beyond pissed at the amount of blatant disrespect from the employees when I try to ask how long I am going to have to wait in the doorway before my order is given to me cold. read more

Awful service. Been waiting over an hour and a half for an online order that is "still being prepped"

I ordered a pizza at 4:30...it is now 7:05 and still no pizza from a place 2 miles away. Are they THAT shorthanded? Incompetent? Just don't give care about customer service? I don't know but I DO KNOW THIS...I will NEVER order from that place again. No warning it would take oer 2 hours...not even a curtesy call after 2 hours. I had to call them and ask what was going on with my order....they tell me ANOTHER half hour. I like dominoes generally but their pizza is not THAT good...certainly not worth waiting 3 hours for. Totally unacceptable. There are WAY TOO MANY other pizza places in the area...I will NOT make this mistake again. No wonder Dominoes is losing the pizza race. Good grief !!!!!! read more

ONLY apply at this store if you like drama, immature co workers. I will NEVER order another pizza there again after what I just went through. these workers and managers do NOT know how to run or manage a store and have lost many workers. Today I just ordered Domino's Pizza when I talked to them on the phone they were fast to write down my order and when I hung up I freaked out and got really excited as this is the first time I had ever ordered Domino's Pizza I ordered it at 10 in the morning it arrived in less than 30 minutes and I was amazed at how quickly they delivered it when I saw the Pizza car in my driveway I got really excited and ran down to the door just like a kid like me would I waited by the door until I heard knocking when I did I opened the door and I saw a lady with my pizza she handed me the pizza and the soda that I ordered and I handed her a $20 bill and told her to keep the change I also told her that this was my first time ever ordering Domino's She said I hope you like it and I said that I hope to when I brought it into my room the pizza smelled so good Smelling the pizza brought back memories of having pizza parties with my friends when I was younger I opened the box and it looked great I tried my first slice it was so good that I ate the whole box I tried my soda it was as bubbly as a boiling pot of noodles and I put the box under my dresser so I would never forget the time when I ordered Domino's Pizza read more

I'm not sure why but every time I order there is an issue? If it's not then forgetting to make my food they do things like make an Alfredo bread bowl with ranch? I have had staff laugh at me when I try to complain. I was told I was getting a refund and a call from the manage, neither has happened and my ranch filled bread bowl the dogs won't even eat. Honestly I will never order from Dominos again. Between the twat staff and the elusive manger, I'm all set. read more

I ordered a pizza at 6 pm, was charged, waited over 1 hour, I called the store, they said there was no order, and they canceled it because they were out of pan crust and sandwich dough. They never notifed me, I had to call after an hour of waiting. I replaced order for chicken and stuffed bread, and a regular dough pizza. I wait over 1 hour and 20 mins, mind you I live less than a half mile from the building, but have no way to pick up the pizza as I am disabled. So I waited, the drive dropped my soda, and said dont open it for a little bit, laughing. I got the pizza and chicken, the chicken was tiny little over cook chewy pieces, less than the size of a quarter, picture attached. The Pizza was cold , waiting 3 hours 4 mins since I first placed order, cold pizza, the stuff bread was soaked in oil, and had a foul taste and smell, must be from oil I believe. Dominos offered nothing to me for this terrible service, they also forgot my dipping sauce for the chicken, and I paid for 2 extras!!! no napkins, no plates,......I order a lot from dominos, and after last week missing toppings on a pizza, Im officially done. Called dominos at like 1 am understandable that on a weekend they might be busy but to wait over and hour at almost 3am for pizza and have to call them to see if they even realize there was a order. Then magically 10 mins later someone shows up . Finally get the pizza and it smells funny taste it and you can taste something funny had almost like a burnt plastic chemical smell. Ended up tossing the pizza and garlic balls out called a few days later even had a recipt not to mention they prolly could see it on there screen if they had wanted to or needed to. Needless to say they did not care and had no plans to do jack shit to make it right never gonna use them again read more

Let's be real. It's a chain and you can't expect too much from chains (imo). I have had numerous great experiences here. The staff was very unprofessional (swearing, throwing equipment around, hanging up on callers). The cooks and everyone here are not wearing any sort of gloves while handling food (one guys sweating, whipping it off, and then CONTINUING to prepare food). The whole staff is running around like their heads were just cut off, pizzas are literally falling out of the oven. The pizza cutters have remnants from other pizzas (cross contamination) don't they care about food allergies?? Apparently not! Overall the service is shit. I've been waiting in the lobby for them to remake a pizza which I thought was in the oven. Wrong. I was waiting for over an hour for them TO REMAKE A PIZZA. read more
