The staff members were busy working when we walked in, processing orders and making food and not standing around chatting. I loved my pepperoni pizza and the butter garlic dipping sauce for my crust. We ordered dinner in the Waterville Domino's on 04/16/26. There was a power outage and they were not able to have our order ready for the time we requested. It was going to be another hour or so before it would be ready. We asked if we could cancel the order and get a refund. They were okay with that. Never got our money back. Called 3 times in a week in a half and every time the manager was not available and you need to speak with the manager. $66 never refunded. Confirmed them on May 9th showed up at 1245 and was told sorry they would not honor the reservation. I called the store to inquire about when they would be ready and the girl who answered the phone and claimed to be a manager, screamed at me saying "what part of we are busy do you not understand?!"...."I'm canceling your order was shored at me, although she screamed so loud I couldn't even understand what she said...I had the phone on speaker and no one else could understand what she said either because she screamed it...my daughter was furious (we had little kids waiting to eat who had school in the morning & by this time it was almost bed time) let alone she didn't appreciate someone screaming at her mother, we order from this store once a week. Never have we been treated so unprofessionally by any business in town. This experience ruined our night...and caused us to have to scramble to feed the kids much later than usual. Had this girl just simply stated , she was sorry for the delay, but it would be ready shortly...we would've been happy...instead she freaked out, my daughter went down to the store to find out who screamed at her mother...& that's literally all she said and the girl called the police!!!!! Pizzas were ordered and paid for, but the staff and GM of this location said money wasn't received. The boys Mom provided proof of payment and at one point was even laughed at. Zero resolution and they threw all the pizzas in the trash. With the help of cell phone technology our family regrouped and ordered pizza at a different place. They made it and gladly accepted proof of payment in record time. Birthday saved. The lead supervisor at this Dominos even lies about the presence of the stores GM. I ordered a pizza at 6 pm, was charged, waited over 1 hour, I called the store, they said there was no order, and they canceled it because they were out of pan crust and sandwich dough. They never notifed me, I had to call after an hour of waiting. I replaced order for chicken and stuffed bread, and a regular dough pizza. I wait over 1 hour and 20 mins, mind you I live less than a half mile from the building, but have no way to pick up the pizza as I am disabled. So I waited, the drive dropped my soda, and said dont open it for a little bit, laughing. I got the pizza and chicken, the chicken was tiny little over cook chewy pieces, less than the size of a quarter, picture attached. The Pizza was cold , waiting 3 hours 4 mins since I first placed order, cold pizza, the stuff bread was soaked in oil, and had a foul taste and smell, must be from oil I believe. Dominos offered nothing to me for this terrible service, they also forgot my dipping sauce for the chicken, and I paid for 2 extras!!! no napkins, no plates,......I order a lot from dominos, and after last week missing toppings on a pizza, Im officially done. Called dominos at like 1 am understandable that on a weekend they might be busy but to wait over and hour at almost 3am for pizza and have to call them to see if they even realize there was a order. Then magically 10 mins later someone shows up . Finally get the pizza and it smells funny taste it and you can taste something funny had almost like a burnt plastic chemical smell. The staff was very unprofessional (swearing, throwing equipment around, hanging up on callers). The cooks and everyone here are not wearing any sort of gloves while handling food (one guys sweating, whipping it off, and then CONTINUING to prepare food).
