Get a better crew!!! We ordered a family meal and they told us they had no chicken ready and it would take about 45-50 minutes. Than we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and they were out of patties so they had to use chicken strips and one of them came with just one chicken Strip. Also were rushed when ordering in the drive thru. Great food, friendly employees but they close at 5PM on Thursdays which is really weird.

It is fast food but seems a tad better than most fast food. We were in town on holiday and are not eating indoors because of Covid and this was a quick easy meal. A bucket with sides feds our family. Every time we come here they forget part of our order. Every freaking time. It's beyond frustrating to get home and see that they've given you half of your order, but they sure charge you for it. The last time we went there they forgot most of our meal, my husband went back to get it and they had ran out of everything we had ordered and so they gave us the bottom of the bucket crap, all dried out and crunchy. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich with fries and a drink and they gave me a spicy and when it comes to spicy it will definitely be my last choice off food, my wife ordered tenders with mashed potatoes with no drink and they said she would still have to pay for the drink even if she didn't want any it, then they gave her fries instead of the mashed potato's. We were coming back from a trip to Fantasy Canyon around lunchtime and we decided to stop at KFC to grab some grub. They were not doing any dine-in service, but their drive thru was open, as well as their curb side service. It has been well over a year since we'd last eaten at KFC so when we pulled into the drive thru we were trying to find the items on the menu that we used to get. The drive thru employee was so great! She was patient, helpful, and friendly. She assured us that we could take out time, she helped us find the items that we were looking for, and when we subbed out mashed potatoes for French fries, or Mac and cheese for coleslaw, she was totally accommodating. We pulled up to pay and apologized for being a pain and explained that we haven't been there in so long and again the employee was all smiles and a great attitude and didn't make us feel bad for taking up so much of her time. We pulled away and sat in the parking lot to eat. We had everything we needed, napkins, sauces, sporks, and everything we ordered. All the food was individually packed which made it great to hand out when everything you ordered is just in one box. The food was hot, tasty, and delicious!! Overall I highly recommend this KFC. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the price was right. Thank you Vernal KFC. We're not there very often, but when we do come back we know where we are going for lunch or dinner! read more

I don't eat at KFC often, but my experience at this KFC was pretty great. I went here with a party of seven. The food came out really fast. Really really fast. It was actually ready before they finished printing the receipt, which caused some confusion. The food was good. We had fries, chicken, a pot pie, and a go cup. The fries are wedge cut and crispy. The pot pie was actually quite large. The portions for the sides were a little smaller than I remembered, but I left full. The service was really helpful and nice. We also got root beer floats from the A&W side of the restaurant which were also great. read more

IDK what the issue is with employees NOT wearing their name tags. Ugh! Anyway, Conner B was the cashier. He greeted us with a warm smile and pleasant attitude. The restaurant over was clean, the restroom needed a little help. I haven't eaten at a KFC in years and I was craving that crispy chicken! This place was in walking distance outside our hotel and due to the COVID pandemic you could not dine in and had to do take out and since our hotel room was large I did not have an issue with that. In going on yelp it linked to an app to order and we were done! Food came out as expected and pricing very reasonable. The one criticism I have is that nowhere did it say to call upon arrival so that they would know you were there and rush your order. Being from out of town we had no way of knowing this read more

Finally got to go in after a few years of the lobby being closed. Form the moment we walked in the employees were supper rude, talking crap about us through there headsets. They took our order then purposely shorted us 4 dollars when told that they really shorted us 5 dollars and shown the receipt the cashier got more mad. I am a tour bus driver, and after Golden Coral did not honor a reservation for 46 people, we ended up doing a scattered dinner, including most of our guests going to KFC.
