Stopped in Bernal on a Sunday before Christmas. We figured it would be a mediocre experience at best. But no! Hands down the best experience I've had at a Pizza Hut in years! Briana the lead there was amazing. She was happy and helpful, she checked on the other guests sitting at tables. She even checked the order to make sure the pizzas looked good enough before we left. Great service, great attitude, and atmosphere. Pizzas were good too! Would recommend! read more

I just wanted to post a continuation of my previous review... I opted to have them remake my order. The guy told me that it would take approximately 8 minutes. I took my daughter and we waited out in the car. We went back in and waited another 5 minutes and he brings us our pizza... without our cheese sticks. So I tell them and they proceed to make those. While we're waiting, the manager (I'm assuming) comes out to ask what's going on since she's been in Roosevelt. I tell her the whole story. After about 10-15 minutes she comes up to us and informs me that they made breadsticks instead of cheese sticks and offered to remake them. At that point I was so done that I just took the breadsticks. I will give them a little bit of credit and say that they gave me a credit for my order as well as got my daughter something to drink. But considering this is not the first time my family has had to deal with their incompetency and mistakes, I'm not sure we will be going back any time soon. Having to wait with my almost 4 year old for almost an hour and dealing with all the mistakes was the last straw for me. read more

Passing through Vernal at about 9:20p on a Thursday, we were damn glad to find Pizza Hut still open. Our server greeted us with a friendly smile, and the pizza tasted great. I hope to stop in again sometime. read more

Pizza is as expected, but this particular location seriously lacks in community support. While sitting down to eat, I asked if they would hang a window card poster advertising the local high school musical. I was denied because it doesn't have the Pizza Hut logo on it. The manager sent a very apologetic waitress out to tell me. Pretty sad. read more

We stopped in a 6PM for dinner and ordered a large pizza and bread sticks. After waiting for 42mins and seeing several other take out customers receive their food we finally walked out with nothing. We have 4 children a feel very frustrated because they kept telling us just a few more minutes over and over again. I guess they don't care about their dine in guest. The restrooms were gross with scary flickering lights. Must be why dine in pizza huts are almost non-existent. My prediction this one will be gone soon too. read more

I never eat there and here is why. You will wait an hour for your food with no service. The place is dark and dirty. The food is expensive as opposed to every other pizza place in town. They do not have the variety of pizzas like other places in town do. Service is non-existent. The salad bar is old and scary, bathrooms are dirty. This has been consistent for the last ten years. It isn't changing anytime soon. If you must have your Pizza Hut pizza, order ahead and eat elsewhere but I would recommend any other pizza joint in town. read more

I was told my pizza would be done at 4:45 and I didn't get it until 30 minutes later. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The pizza is good, the service isn't. The wait time is too long. horrible!!!! i can't believe how terrible their customer service and business organization is!!! along with their lying, deceiving, conniving, (no, not conniving, they aren't intelligent enough to be conniving), and general unconcern for their customer's happiness, this is not the place to buy a pizza. i ordered two pizzas online at 6:15, expected delivery was 6:50. called and spoke to the manager at 7:20 when it had not been delivered yet. the manager said they were behind, had only one driver, and that she was on her way, would be there in a few minutes. 7:50- called again because we had not received our pizza yet. manager answered again and said she would be there "in a few minutes" again. we had to leave the house and could not accept a delivery, manager said she would call the driver to let her know. we did not want a pizza that had been sitting in a car for over an hour, and wanted a fresh one. manager said they would remake the pizza for us but we had to pick it up ourselves because they would not deliver twice even though we never got the first delivery!!!! we told the manager to cancel the order and hung up. at 8:00 we were leaving the house and the driver pulls up in a personal car, makes us back up our driveway, gets out and says that she was on time, it wasn't her fault or pizza hut's fault, it is their new computer system that they can't do anything with. she also said that she just picked up the pizzas from the restaurant so they were fresh. the pizzas were not fresh. they were cold as soon as she took them out of the warming bag and the crust was hard, curled, and pulled right off the greasy, cold pizzas when trying to pick up a slice. driver also said talking to the company wouldn't do anything and there is no way to change their way of business, so i'm out to change that!!!! please like my new facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/HatersOfPizzaHut to force them to change their ways! the customer is always right! continuing, my stepfather was just coming home from work when this all happened, so he called again to try and fix things. the manager said it would be no problem to bring in our disgusting pizzas and switch them for new ones. when he got there, the manager greeted him at the door as, "oh, you're that guy" and continued by saying that our fresh pizzas never got made. she and another employee then threatened to call the police if he did not get out of the store, which he did willingly and promptly went to dominoes, where we finally got a quick, correct order without any problems. we will be calling the better business bureau and pizza hut corporate when they open tomorrow to let them know of this terrible franchise. you would think that being in such a small town, they would want to keep all of their customers happy, especially when there are other restaurants that serve and deliver pizza, and fortunately for them, this pizza hut is no competition. read more

Pizza Hut - The Vernal, UT Pizza Hut stinks! - Pizza Near Me - Vernal, Utah

On Friday we ordered by phone a Medium thin crust, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and pineapple. It takes about 10 minutes for me to drive there to pick it up, arriving I expected it to be just coming out of the oven!! It was however waiting for me in a heater. I was amazed when they told me it would cost almost $19.00, which is exactly twice what that same pizza with a thick crust would cost at Papa John's.My big surprise came when I got it home and opened the box!! They must have a special oven that heats to 6000 degrees, where they cremate the cadavers! The crust was so burned it looked and tasted just like burnt cardboard. The onions, peppers and mushrooms were charred flakes of soot. It had exactly 9 small pieces of burnt pineapple that could be identified and whoever cooked it had forgotten to put any cheese on it!! Maybe I forgot to order cheese when I told them the ingredients. A worst PIZZA I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN 8 FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND AT LEAST 38 STATES.
