Normally this location is fantastic fast service generous limes in my Coke zero. This afternoon something must have gone wrong. Maybe a new employee at the drive thru that lacked the training on how to treat customers like human beings. She was horrible right off the bat. Rushing us. screaming "WHAT!!!" getting every single thing we said wrong and then acting like it was our fault. Saying "is that all" over and over when we where trying to order our food. We ended up going to Wendy's , not my preference, but the kid over there was a delight and made the experience enjoyable. Y'all should hire him. read more

This is my first bad review. I don't complain but this was such a bad experience that I hope management see this and will remedy the way things are operated at this location. TERRIBLE customer service. The drive-thru operator was incredibly rude. I have older kids in the car giving me their orders to relay and she kept saying "Is that it? Is that it? Is that it?" And "I'm so confused right now" when we wanted to make a burger, fry, and drink a meal. We waited over 10 minutes for our food, so long that a car just pulled out of the line behind us after he ordered. When we finally got our food we were of course missing items, no napkins, ketchup or sauce in the bags. She wanted to charge me for the fries that she didn't put in the bags in the first place and we had to literally argue with her about what we ordered because of course she didn't give us a receipt. For a fast food place it's great. Good service and we got our food super quick and everything seemed fresh. No complaints here.

I've been to this sonic restaurant two separate times, and have witnessed friendly car hops, but when you place your order, they don't listen. When you have to repeat yourself three or four times because they're obviously preoccupied doing something else, it's not really effective. Overall the food quality is good. The lot is maintained, so overall I gave three stars. read more

The service here was great. I had to wait a few minutes before they took my order and my server apologized for the wait. She got my order right and brought it out after about 5-10 minutes. She even got me extra marinara sauce for my cheese sticks without asking and told me to get her if I needed anything else. My cheeseburger wasn't too good - a thin slice of flavorless beef and way too much bun. The mozzarella sticks, however, were really good, and next time I go to sonic I'll probably just get those. I got the mini (2 sticks) and I wish I'd gotten more. I also had an Oreo shake and it was very good! The mini was a perfect size. read more

Horribly slow service. We press the button at the kiosk, and waited for our order to be taken. After a couple of minutes we pressed it again. A few minutes more we pressed it again. After 10 minutes we assume the machine was broken and went back to our car. We press the go button and waited a few more minutes. After 20 minutes we finally drove to Wendy's. read more

Out of an order for 4 people all the orders were wrong and got charged for a 5 th burger that we didn't order. The fries tasted like really old oil. Only thing they got right on the order was drinks. Major bummed.:( read more
