The team here at Domino's was definitely on point for us. Staying at the comfort and workin long hrs, we ordered a pizza and wings on a Friday night. Cutter, the delivery man, was fast and our food was hot. The pizza and wings were both amazing. Thin and crispy full of meat and veggies and wings hot and great! Zero stars. I ordered from vernal koa at 7:40, they said it would be 45 minutes. At 9 o'clock i called and they lost my order and said they would get right on it. At9:30 i called and they said they had no record of my order and wouldn't even do anything about it. Needles to say i didn't get any food that night. read more

My flight out of town got cancelled ruining not only that day but the next. Having a bad day I ordered pizza but found out once it was delivered that I ordered the wrong one. I called up, asked if they'd mind delivering the pizza I actually wanted and swap out the wrong pizza. Even though it was totally my fault, these guys agreed and brought a brand new pizza. Worst pizza place ever. Ordered pizza and waited HOURS. They never showed up. So they took my money but I never received the product. It's a shame that the one review this place is gonna get is going to be terrible, merely because they delivered my pizza 30 mins late. When I called back, I politely but sternly complained. No apologies. "It's Friday" is the only answer I got. I tolerated the answer knowing I would have the opportunity to vent a little on here. In the future, don't tell people it'll be there in 30-40 mins on Fridays, especially since you know it can't be delivered in that timeframe. On the other hand, the delivery lady was lovely; middle-aged woman, sincerely apologetic, very kind. read more

If you need some quick food to grab, this is the place. If you're not feeling like going anywhere, they're the place to order delivery from. I always order the chicken Alfredo bread bowel, mostly get it delivered. They are absolutely amazing. The food is great, you get just enough noddles, chicken and sauce. They don't charge too much and their employees are so nice. I will always reccomend this place to everyone. read more

I had found a great pizza and delivery place with Dominos after moving here from Northern California one year ago. Pizza was always delivered hot fresh and on time. They have a promo called pizza rewards where after six pizzas you get one free. In the past they would deliver it and only charge the standard delivery fee. The other day I attempted to redeem my free pizza and have it delivered as usual. I was informed they no longer deliver your free pizza you must redeem it as carry out only. So in order to redeem my free pizza earned by having them all delivered I will have to spend 30 minutes of my time driving there and back. The staff and drivers are super to deal with and provide great customer service always friendly and I always made sure to compensate the drivers with gas money. I will miss them. I have made the decision to stop giving my business to Dominos. I am a senior citizen and try to limit my exposure to others during the pandemic and Dominos either on a regional or corporate level has made a decision which as a long time loyal customer I find completely unacceptable. I will order my last free pizza for carry out so this greedy corporation will have to give me what I earned from their deceptive advertising. I have also unsubscribed from their website and emails. read more

It seems the owner is trying to eek out every penny with no regards to customer satisfaction. Last week I ordered some pizzas on Sunday (football season) and they took about an hour to get here. They were both undercooked and soggy. I called and had them remake them, and the girl working apologized and said that it was just her and one delivery driver working. Got the new pizzas and they were exactly the same. oh well. Next Sunday I order 2 sandwiches. I follow the online tracker this time and after they are made, they sit for half an hour before going out for delivery. The delivery guy said that the owner refuses to have anymore people working, at least on Sundays. I guess in a drilling town, it's not that important to have repeat customers.. read more

Family and I from Vegas staying at the KOA camp ground decided to try the Dominos pizza place. After reading the other two reviews and about soggy pizza and long delivery times went with the thin crust. The pizza was great we ate the entire thing amongst the four of us. The service when calling the order in wasn't so great. I called first, was asked to please hold... After 6 min still on hold, asked the wife to call, she got through right away and place the order, I was still on hold at the time and hung up at this point. It was 15 min for the carry out order on a Friday night, over an hour if we wanted a delivery. When picking up the pizza I had a friendly greeting and the guy behind the counter "joked" that he already ate it, which was fine I thought it was funny. The pizza was already done and was asked if I wanted napkins, cheese and red peppers. After making it back we all enjoyed and set out what we were trying to accomplish. read more

Wow, I got double charged and my order wrong. Be careful if you pay by credit card and the driver says you need to pay cash. When I called to complain all they offered was to send another pizza out - I think not. read more
