But the ladies working today did an outstanding job of substituting those missing ingredients.. the Phillies sandwiches they all loved predominantly because of the meat quality and the cooking process. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was a fabulous cut of meat with very little fat to it, but the flavor was amazing.
