But the ladies working today did an outstanding job of substituting those missing ingredients.. the Phillies sandwiches they all loved predominantly because of the meat quality and the cooking process. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was a fabulous cut of meat with very little fat to it, but the flavor was amazing. Nothing worse than eating a sandwich, which is filled with nothing but fat off of the meat. This sandwich did not was perfectly cooked. Great quality meat great quality of people and they really appreciated my business. I'm back the next time I'm in town guaranteed.

We had seen this place listed online and it was on the near side of town, so we looked for it as we drove in. Rather than a 'restaurant', this is more of a stationary food truck / food trailer. There is a shared gravel parking lot where 3 different such places provide meals. They also have a set of 4 picnic tables with a fixed roof / open sided metal canopy so you can eat in the shade. They have both pictures of the menu items as well as a text menu posted. You approach the window and your order is taken. You pay at that point. They then either call your name (if it is busy) or maybe bring out your food to the picnic table area (if it is slower). I'm not awarding them a 5 score because this was the absolute best Thai meal I've had. That wasn't quite the case. The food was generally pretty good. I thought the satay was tasty but slightly charred in spots (including the stick you use to hold it). I'm giving this 5 on the basis of the prices (reasonable) and the expectation vs. result. I was not sure what to expect from a food trailer, but this was a pleasant surprise. Two of our party even had some leftovers which we dropped off at our motel's refrigerator before heading back to the park for the afternoon. I wasn't in Vernal long enough to try the 1 - 2 other Thai places there. However, I'm glad we opted to stop here for a memorable lunch.

When I poured my drink into the to go up "something" else poured out of the cup I had been drinking out of. Upon inspection it seemed to be one of those red tape papers that go on the napkin and silverware. When I showed the man that brought me the to go cup he took both cups into the back and brought me a new (I hope) drink to go. I didn't get an apology and he didn't offer to comp my meal. Anywhere else would've done that. Needless to say I was grossed out. No complaints on the service or food. I hope this was just one of those things that I unfortunately was the recipient of. My friends and I ordered three burrito bowls, but I was somehow charged for four burritos. I immediately went back to the cashier, Jayden, and explained the mistake. She told me she had refunded me for the extra burrito, so I trusted that it had been taken care of. Big mistake. The receipt she gave me did not show a refund being processed. It was simply a reprinted receipt with the extra burrito removed. I waited several days because I understood that refunds can take time to appear, but I never received my money back. I was still charged the full amount, and now I've had to contact my bank to try to resolve a charge that should have been corrected by the restaurant in the first place Mistakes happen, but what makes this experience unacceptable is being incorrectly charged, being told the issue was fixed, and then having to chase down my own money afterward. To make matters worse, I was also given the wrong meat in my burrito. I had to get back in line, explain the mistake again, and wait for an entirely new burrito to be made. So my biggest advice to anyone eating here: DO NOT just take their word for it when they tell you they issued a refund. Make sure you get actual proof that the refund was processed!
