Not giving 0 stars cuz it's not possible. Went tru the drive tru and they had me park on the side to wait for the food. A common practice on this locale. There where several cars waiting orders here even though there was not a single soul inside the locale. After a looooooong wait employee finally comes out to bring the order. Employee handed over a couple orders across the vehicles and the car next to me get his order before mine. I watched as the guy opened up his order and reached inside the box and started chewing on some wedges fries. When I opened my box to check on my order I had no wedges that I had ordered but instead regular fries. I told the employee my order was wrong and she grabbed the bag I had and walked towards the side vehicle with it. She called him and told him she had given him the wrong order and needed to trade bags. The guy passed over to her the bag with the opened box inside and she gave him the one I had. She then proceeded to close the box inside the bag and tried to hand it over to me. I kindly told the employee that order was opened and someone was already eating from it before she tried to deliver it to me. She stated on a sarcastic tone that the order was untouched and I would have to wait 15 minutes for a new one. I told her that order was unacceptable and I wasn't taking it. She then proceeded to walk away back inside mumbling whatever it was. I decided to just go. Not even gonna risk it at this point. read more

The food was typical KFC, as was the service. So so. The restaurant itself was dirty. Several tables needed to be wiped down. The soda area needed to be cleaned. There was spilled soda and trash on the counter. There was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom, and the toilet in the men's room didn't flush. read more

Today, on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, from 4:25-4:45 I went there and order some chicken. And as I was eating it I noticed it was uncooked, so I decided to call them and let them know what happened; they did not answer. The phone was ''user busy". I tried for a long time but it continued to say 'user busy'; I'm sure they either turned off all their phones or are ignoring the phone... Poor management. My lunch break sucked, thanks to KFC. I ordered the big box meal for $8.99 and added an apple pie turnover. Total = $11.89. I gave them a $2.00 dollar coupon that they passed out to me on an earlier date. The girl says it's still $11.89?????????! I guess the pie was about $4.00. ITS GETS BETTER!!!!
