Do you remember eating at a place when you were a kid and you looked forward to going there every single time?! You KNEW the food was going too be delicious AND filling! That's how I used to feel about KFC, until I got food from this particular establishment. I'm not sure what happened here, but today is my last time getting food from this place. (Only the third time in two years). After going through the drive-thru, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to get my food.‍When I got it home and opened the containers...look at the photos. They are self explanatory. I know they can't serve the food and make it look like it's advertised, but gottdamn! Could you at least TRY?! The chicken wings tasted like they had more batter, than chicken. They also didn't seem to be cooked all the way through. The 'sauce', if you can call it that, was supposed to be honey something. Yeahhhhh...No. The 'hot chicken' was so doggone greasy, I could have used the dry ass biscuit to sop it up and there would still be enough to put into a truck transmission. Now, let's go to the food, I loaded the app and made our order. i ordered a KFC Bowl as she tries stay away from fried foods and the FREE BUCKET. I went to pay, and it charged me for the bucket of chicken $23.00. What the hell! I figured they'll give a coupon for my next visit. We ordered the Tuesday special, 8 piece dark, chicken only. The food was good, but the service inconsiderate. The drive thru means you can give me what I want with little or no waiting. If you don't have what I ordered, tell me before you run my credit card, and tell me it will take 10 minutes!!! Rude, unprofessional and little or no regard for the customer. Where is management at this location? I walked in seeing employees handing out food to their friends, letting their kid walk around w/ a broom, another dancing & being loud in the lobby, and several employees running back and forth to/from their cars. The soda lids were sticky & dirty. Tables were dirty. It is great to employ teens (to keep them outta trouble & learn some responsibility), but there's got to be some authority figure in the mgmt. role. It was 8:30pm and they had one side of the lobby closed. Every time we go they are out of something or get our order wrong. The lady that ordered before us ordered to eat in. They had her order correct but packed it to go. We ordered to eat in and they packed it to go then it sat on the counter because they didn't call my name. When I finally went to the counter the guy said sorry. Its just worth it at this point to drive 10 more minutes out the way. I placed an order from this restaurant about two weeks ago. My order was a 3 pcs crispy chicken dinner with corn. When I made it home, I had a 2 pcs original chicken dinner with cold corn. Not a 3 pcs, like I paid for. My second visit was a week later. I ordered a 3 pcs crispy chicken dinner with corn and sweet tea. When I made it home again, I received a 2 pcs crispy cold ass chicken with one pc original with cold corn again, and unsweet tea. I will not be going back to the KFC, it is terrible. Problem with this location is the inaccuracies at the drive through. They WILL get something wrong on your order. I have tried this place numerous times, and the last time was on 07/30/20. I ordered original recipe, they gave me some of the most tasteless chicken I have ever eaten. Looked like it started out to be extra crispy (it most definitely wasn't, and even if it was, that was not what I ordered.) The other times I have been charged different prices for the same order. (I actually had to keep a receipt and prove to them the price was wrong.) I would order a 2 pc, Breast and a thigh, and I would get a breast and a wing. (That happened twice.) On a relatively slow day, I watched as they put out five incorrect orders out of five, only to get back to my office and learn that I was the sixth. The lobby always appears unkempt. All I have To say it's that on Thursday the 6th of august I received a phone call to have an interview with the Manager Austin which I got hired right away. So right after he asked me to get the pants, socks and shoes that I needed to start working for them as long with the food handler certificate.. I sent him the copy of the food handler and my direct deposit form. We where supposed to meet on Wednesday the 12 of august at 3pm and he never never showed up to sign the paper work so I could start working with them. I called him 3 times and no answer. I left him a message and nothing. So I called him today at 3:07pm and he answered the call but he came with a bunch of excuses saying that he was short handed at the moment and that he couldn't take the call right away but then he told me that he has a high labor and he's being requested to bring down. He asked me to wait a week or so to see if he could hire anyone. I think that that's rude of him making me waste money that I don't have to buy uniforms for a job that he didn't wanted to give to anyone. I have gone to KFC with my sister within the past 2 weeks and have had a great experience both times. The first time we had gone a young student named Levi took our order and we had a very pleasant experience with him (laughter and friendliness). He also brought the food to us and it was great! Because of our first experience we decided to go again the following week and hoped we would run into Levi. He wasn't working that day but another young student named Calub, who had taken our order was also pleasant and enjoyable. The food was great as usual. I had a great experience with the drive thru person the last time I went. She was quick, and very nice and professional. My problem was when I got home. I ordered the 12 piece chicken tenders and only received 11. The biscuits were missing entirely. If the other employees pay better attention to make sure they aren't missing things, this could easily be a 3 or 4 star drive thru experience. (Never been inside, so can't rate that part.) read more
