In what world does a customer have to call ahead to receive a missing item? There were absolutely no instructions on the receipt stating that I had to do this, so how would I know? This place always messes up my orders. One time, this cashier named Alyssap said that my debit card declined, I said try it again because I knew I had money on it, she did and said "Okay it went through."
