Love their Tuesday drum and thigh special. Great deal for ten dollars. Thank you...........

Order 50 piece popcorn and got 43 pieces. They cheat. Went back and they refused to fix, said I must have eaten some. Bunch of idiots

They messed up the order gave me origin recipe instead of the extra. Crispy . Would not take it back I opened it up and it was dripping with grease told them . Their reply was that is how they serve it. I used to have at this all the time as I kid . It was never that greasy. What happened to Kentucky Fried Chicken ? read more

Not everyone likes KFC chicken and the fixings, but I do. I ordered online and did not have to wait too long to pick it up, and it was ready for me when I arrived read more

Highly recommended. This is by far the best KFC around. Good service, great chicken--the chicken reminds me of what they served 50 years ago. read more

My dad tall people No pickles and no mayo but people give my sandwich pickles and mayo I not like it

I stopped by for a quick lunch. I was thrilled at how clean the restaurant was. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My food was hot and delicious. read more

Well, I can't even give this one star buti has to. We just ordered a four piece combo. I ordered it to be picked up at 6:30 giving the restaurant 30 minutes leeway. Went to pick the chicken up and my husband waited 10 minutes and finally flagged down an employee who brought us soggy wet chicken. I hear nothing good about this restaurant; however, we felt like we should give it a try. the manager better get a grip on this, or it will be like other restaurants that are poorly run! We will not be going back. Sad they can't get chicken right! read more

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TAKE-OUT order before leaving this KFC location on Wedgewood Lane, Southern Trace. EVERY time we ordered take-out to pick up -- NUMEROUS items were missing/left out of bag, altho paid for & listed on receipt!! When brought to attention of staff, they then apologize & bring you the "missing, left out"items. DO THIS EVERY TIME OR: when you get home & expect to have a nice KFC dinner, you will surely be disappointed, angry, & hungry ~ & if you are lucky enough to get them on the phone & complain, they will tell you to come back with your receipt & they will then give you your missing, paid- for items. No apology & who is the "so called Manager?? ! Ugh~ by now your dinner will be cold, your family grumpy ~ & who wants to go out again back there PS: REMOVE MY "ONE STAR RATING & CHANGE TO DOUBLE ZERO 00 RATING.. read more

Just tried the new hot and spicy wings and I bet they could be pretty good if they were fresh. What I got was probably sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. Gas station food is probably fresher than that crap! read more

The other day I went to KFC to place an order. The girl could not understand what I was saying when I asked for chicken Thighs. She fries I said thighs. We do not just sell thighs. Went on to say to me cannot understand you so I spelt out THIGHS. Then the manager gets on and tells me they will not serve me . I tried to explain. Then I went around again and was told there we no chicken thighs and she would have to cook more and that it would take 20 minutes. Told me I can only get crispy or extra crispy and would have to be a bucket of sixteen. I said I do not want a bucket of 16. Very nasty and unprofessional. New to the Villages and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND KFC. VERY UNORGANIZED STORE. read more

This KFC is fairly new. My taste buds were set on crispy chicken. I pulled into the drive-thru at 6:30 pm and was told they don't have any crispy, only original. I was shocked (they were obviously to lazy to cook crispy chicken). When I paid, and told the young man I had my taste buds set for crispy, his reply was that there isn't much difference between original and crispy. My crispy ch sandwich was soggy and not hot. The roll was squished and the chicken was totally unlike the picture. Very Bad!! How can they advertise a sandwich with a picture that is totally a fabricated image. GET NEW MANAGEMENT ! SPARE US! read more

35$ for an 8 pc meal 5.69 for 2 legs chicken quality very poor greasy breading falling off. No utensils

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I didn't think you could screw up KFC fried chicken. After all, don't all restaurants use the same recipe? The chicken here was inedible. Over cooked, greasy (greasier than typical), and the seasoning was waaaaaay too salty. Fries were cold too. Never going back to this place! read more

Waited 35 minutes in drive thru to be told they do not have chicken!!!! We were told we would have to wait 40 minutes while they "drop chicken" wouldnt you have chicken cooking at all times??? So sick of hearing we have no help. You should not have opened if you dont have enough help an a competant supervisor!!!!! read more

This was our first time there. We got the $24.95 bucket. The beans were chopped up and so salty and spicy we threw them away. The mashed potatoes were like instant potatoes, but like rubber. They didn't even stick to the sides of the container but were like a glue clump. Gravy was good. The chicken extra crispy was all breading. Big mistake getting extra crispy. My chicken leg was foul. It tasted like bad liver and put a horrible taste in my mouth that did not leave even after mouthwash. I saved it in case I get sick. We both agreed that this was a horrible meal for the price and in general just an awful meal. Never again! We were looking for a good meal with all the hype going on with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Horrible , nasty food. read more

Well, this is the 2nd time I've been disappointed by this restaurant. Came here about 745pm (published closing time was 10) and got no service at the drive thru, once I pulled around there was a sign stating they were closed at 6pm. Very disappointed read more

3/17/2022 I have had some nasty chicken in my life but this place wins top prize for the worst. Way overcooked and smaller than I'm accustomed too in wisconsin. I would bet that there was not a half oz. Of meat on a thigh and wing combined after removing and throwing away the burnt greasy breading. I know for a fact that you can grow a Cornish rock chicken from a chick to 9lbs. In 12 weeks. Whoever is in charge of this establishment better get out now before bankruptcy because I can't even imagine any repeat customers read more

Second time I had to get my money back here. Visited at noon and ordered 4 piece extra crispy meal. After waiting almost 15 minutes they tell me there's no crispy do I want original recipe. I say no. How long before there's more crispy? Cashier doesn't know. So I say please ask someone. She comes back and says the cook isn't sure. I get a refund and leave. All employees at this location could care less. Will not be back. read more

Ordered online ahead of time and got an update order was ready. But they hold it hostage inside because you have to wait 45 min in drive thru line for something that you've paid. read more

Went through drive-through at nine and didn't receive any service yet went inside and A KFC employee was outside talking to friends instead of taking the order! Management is terrible!! They need new staff!! read more

The line takes about 30 Minutes to get through even if there is two cars in front of you and every time we have came here they are somehow out of chicken like they don't prepare enough. Great idea to put a kfc at this location but need to either work on portioning more food or acquiring better staff. I don't see how a chicken restaurant can be out of chicken one every occasion possible. Our order was incorrect along with two others waiting in the lobby to get theirs corrected read more

This has to be the crappiest KFC I have ever been to. Waited and waited in the drive through, my grilled chicken was absolutely disgusting. Dried out and burned. If you are going to make somebody wait in the drive through make sure your food is fresh for crying out loud. The person working there did not say one word to me. Wait a joke. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Sad!!!! read more

Does not warrant even one star. Long line so went inside. Placed order and beverage not included. I was told she couldn't read my mind (included a snarlly attitude). Noticed a lot of people asked and they were waiting 20 to 30 minutes and still no food. I went to cashier and asked for my money back. She said I just placed my oder but she got a "manager" and he said he could get my sandwiches right away. Came back with bag and when I got them in car it was apparent they had been sitting around forever. NEVER NEVER going back. Couldn't stand not doing anything. Called corporate in Kentucky and had a discussion about this location. Referred them to yelp and all of the 1star reviews. Maybe if more people called corporate or didn't patronize this location something might change. read more

Poorly managed. Hours are posted as 10am-11pm. We have been here several times around 7pm and they are always out of chicken. They need to either plan accordingly or change their hours. How can you consistently be out of chicken 4 hours before close? Need new management. read more

Second time and last time. Line outside was long went inside and stood at counter for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Arrived at home to find the order did not include coleslaw but a chicken bowl. The pieces of chicken were anorexic. Shameful!!! read more

Whether it's a national chain or a local franchise this location that just opened should be shut down. After waiting 30 minutes to even get to the order speaker at the drive-through I placed my order and was then told that they only thing they had left to sell was the original chicken. This is the second time I've had a similar experience at this location for a restaurant that has posted hours of being open until 11 PM. They say first impressions are lasting impressions, Well to say the least I'm not impressed and won't be returning. read more

Waited 45 min in drive through got to window was told to wait out front my order would be ready in 5 min . 20 min went by I went inside And they did not know who I was. So I waited another 10 min and watched the mgr give my order to the drive through. When I spoke up she took my order from the drive through customer and gave to me very rude I will not be back read more

Can you give them a zero? Poorly managed. First stop was for tenders, they were out, so got buffalo chicken dripping with grease! Yuck!! Second stop took FOREVER to get waited on despite lots of employees standing around. Third, fourth and last time we stopped, they had no pot pie. And did I mention the 45 minute wait? Good luck getting descent food here! And I normally like KFC. read more

We went to KFC and got a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken (4 original recipe and 4 grilled). The grilled pieces were extremely tiny and dry and not one breast in the bucket. We paid $19.25 for an extremely horrible experience. Everyone should be aware! read more

Stopped by at 6:13, seven other customers were waiting with me in the lobby employees kept walking by never even looked up to acknowledge us. Finally at 6:37 and employee came up to us and said the lobby close to half hour ago and he wouldn't serve us, no apology. So I went in line and waited until 7.12 to finally get served. I asked the girl at the window why they didn't tell us the interior was closed, a guy who I think is a manager came up asked if there's a problem I asked why he didn't tell us they were closed and made us wait a half hour in the lobby he just turned around and walked away never apologized. Very poor management, rude employees who don't care about the customers at all. I called several times to place a pickup order, after about 15 rings somebody picks up the phone and hangs it up without saying hi. Whoever trained these people should be fired and KFC should pull the franchise from the owners. read more
