Well, I can't even give this one star buti has to. We just ordered a four piece combo. I ordered it to be picked up at 6:30 giving the restaurant 30 minutes leeway. Went to pick the chicken up and my husband waited 10 minutes and finally flagged down an employee who brought us soggy wet chicken. I hear nothing good about this restaurant; however, we felt like we should give it a try. the manager better get a grip on this, or it will be like other restaurants that are poorly run! The other day I went to KFC to place an order. The girl could not understand what I was saying when I asked for chicken Thighs. She fries I said thighs. We do not just sell thighs. Went on to say to me cannot understand you so I spelt out THIGHS. Then the manager gets on and tells me they will not serve me . I tried to explain. Then I went around again and was told there we no chicken thighs and she would have to cook more and that it would take 20 minutes. This KFC is fairly new. My taste buds were set on crispy chicken. I pulled into the drive-thru at 6:30 pm and was told they don't have any crispy, only original. I was shocked (they were obviously to lazy to cook crispy chicken). This was our first time there. We got the $24.95 bucket. The beans were chopped up and so salty and spicy we threw them away. The mashed potatoes were like instant potatoes, but like rubber. They didn't even stick to the sides of the container but were like a glue clump. Gravy was good. The chicken extra crispy was all breading. Big mistake getting extra crispy. My chicken leg was foul. It tasted like bad liver and put a horrible taste in my mouth that did not leave even after mouthwash. I saved it in case I get sick. 3/17/2022 I have had some nasty chicken in my life but this place wins top prize for the worst. Way overcooked and smaller than I'm accustomed too in wisconsin. I would bet that there was not a half oz. Of meat on a thigh and wing combined after removing and throwing away the burnt greasy breading. Stopped by at 6:13, seven other customers were waiting with me in the lobby employees kept walking by never even looked up to acknowledge us. I asked the girl at the window why they didn't tell us the interior was closed, a guy who I think is a manager came up asked if there's a problem I asked why he didn't tell us they were closed and made us wait a half hour in the lobby he just turned around and walked away never apologized. I called several times to place a pickup order, after about 15 rings somebody picks up the phone and hangs it up without saying hi.
