There was a couple of different salads that I noticed it just been added to the menu so I went for the salad starts with a Z and the salad oh, and the Cobb salad both were both were tasty. The salad that starts with a Z just for your information. It had more like a tank kind of like a I guess you could say an Asian inspired sauce because it came with an egg roll on the side. Oh and before I forget, I did order that big Zack pack. It came with three chicken tenders and it looks like a large fry, but it may just be like the regular Zaxby's size fry, but it was more than enough fries in that basket plentiful fries and it came with what it looks like I think Texas toast oh, and I forgot I ordered three chocolate chip cookies. read more

After reading the reviews I was nervous, but the zaxby chicken was watching over me. Collin P. Was my cashier and he was excellent. He was informative, quick, and polite. Best zaxbys I've had in a long time. Fresh and the portions were right because of Collin P, he informed the kitchen that I was supposed to get 11oz of fries because I deleted the slaw and upsized my meal. After ordering online, we arrived at the location and went to the drive thru to pick it up. We waited a few minutes and no one answered. So we pulled up to the window and tried to get someone's attention. Eventually an older gentleman opened the window and immediately just said "we're closed." I said, "I put in an online order." His response was "well we're closed." No apology, completely rude and crass. I asked how do I get my money back? He said he would give us a refund through the computer. He slammed the window shut and left again. Again, no apology, and looked at us as if we were morons for being there. Online it CLEARLY says this location is open until 10pm. And why would the app let me place an order if you're closed? My feeling is they just didn't want to work and stay open the last hour. He was an extremely rude and arrogant piece of work whom I hope I never have the pleasure of seeing again. He eventually came back to the window because we were waiting for a receipt or confirmation on the refund. Again, he opened the window and stared at us as if we were stupid for being there still. When we asked for a confirmation he said "no it'll just go to your account." And then slammed the window again. I cannot stress how completely awful, rude, arrogant, and disgusting he was. I believe his name was Jeff. He was an older, white gentleman. Moreover, I used points for a reward so I need those put back on my account, which will most likely never happen. I hope this location seriously considers repercussions and possible firing for this individual. He ruined my entire night and made me cry I was so upset. Zaxbys is a fast food chicken chain South of Missouri but including Utah. See photo. Today was Wednezday and I got a deal on boneless wings. I had Zaxby sauce and mild buffalo. My husband ordered a chicken deluxe zandwich on toast but he was running to the hotel bathroom a few hours later. We didn't eat at anymore Zaxbys after that. They are everywhere in Florida and Georgia. Everything is gimmicky like Zorbaz in MN with Zaladz for salads if you get the drift. read more

We have not tried Zaxbys before but pass it quite often on our travels. We finally decided to stop and give it a try. Boy were we sorry... To start,.the restaurant was a disaster. It was filthy. The floor was wet across most of the restaurant, and the people working at the restaurant just did not seem to care. Our order of 4 chicken sandwiches was wrong when we got it, and it took 10 minutes to get someone to help us with it. The food itself was passable, but by no means good. I ate my chicken, but I wasnt terribly happy about it. Comparing Zaxbys to ChickFilA, KFC or Popeyes is crazy. They aren't in the same conversation. The employees were very unprofessional. Google and Yelp clearly stated that they close at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We pulled up around 9:45 and was behind a slew of cars and there were cars behind us also. We were a car behind the order screen and a young lady came out to the car in front of us and was speaking to the car in front of us and they pulled away and the young lady went back inside and I pulled up to the car that was currently at the order screen , by this time it was 10:01 pm and by 10:07 a young man came out saying " oh we close" I responded and told him that it states you close at 11 , he responded no we closed at 10 and I'm like we were here prior to 10 pm in line and he said oh we already threw everything away which doesn't make any sense. Mind you there are at the very least 7 other cars behind me. This was my first time at Zaxby's. We were on the way home from a road trip and I've been wanting to try it. From someone who has been to KFC, Brown's Chicken, Chick-fil-a, and many other chicken restaurants - I was IMPRESSED by Zaxby's chicken! It was fantastic! Crispy and juicy, not greasy, and fresh! I ordered the 4-strip meal and it came with fries, cole slaw, and a piece of toast. For about $8, this was a great deal I thought! This particular location was very clean and service was great.
