I sat in drive-through for 25 minutes. Manager was rude would not give me a refund nor not even give me a receipt. Staff in the back was using glove hand to put chicken in box after touching everything around the area. Manager rudely argue with me that they use tongues and I told her I have been watching them for the past 15 minutes. This manager was so aggressive. I did not trust the food she gave me. This restaurant has a 81B and it is too generous. There is no food available unless you wait 20 minutes. The cook leaves at 8pm and the manager is inefficient and unconcerned that the food was old and cold. Her instructions to the crew is to push the crispy because "no one really buys it". Additionally, she stated her bosses don't want to waste chicken so food is cooked to order and most people just go elsewhere because of the wait. This KFC is a true disappointment and should be reinspected and restaffed at a minimum. read more

This is my neighborhood KFC. However, it is horrible. Moving forward, I will drive 20 miles to find another one. The service is terrible here. The dining room is never open and you must order via the drive thru. The drive thru personnel NEVER gets the order correct. When they make a mistake and you bring it to their attention, there is no apology or empathy from the workers or management. The workers have horrible attitudes and the overall service is just plain bad! I now see why there is hardly ever anyone in line at this restaurant. Please see the picture below of the chicken that was served to me after I ordered 24 fresh, hot, and well done wings. All of the chicken was red inside with the taste of blood evident in each bite. When I returned it to the restaurant, the employee at the drive thru (1/8/21 @6PM) didn't seem to care that the chicken was not done and had an attitude because I returned it and requested a refund (after I had driven home). 955 Eagles Landing Pkwy experience tonight. Customer service is absent from this location. I used a coupon to purchase an eight piece meal when I got home the 4 biscuits were missing. This new trend about being out of receipt paper is a way for the restaurants to avoid accommodating or correcting errors customers are experiencing from their mistakes. No receipt no proof of purchase. I called the restaurant immediately upon discovering the missing biscuits the phone has no audible ring, silent pick up, and then a hang up (multiple calls made). Pile on the minutes waiting for the KFC employee to acknowledge somebody was actually at the speaker waiting for her and I'd say I've been here about 28 minutes. KFC in Stockbridge, has really taken a turn for the worse. I have visited this restaurant 3 times in the past few months and each time it has gotten worse. The dinning area was unclean with food on the floor, glass doors has finger prints from days ago and not to mention no customer service. The prep area was just as bad, with food all over the place. The score was 93, but what I saw does not support that score. This KFC is a disappointment and should be reinspected and they need to start over from scratch. read more

The chicken doesn't look crispy and they don't change the oil they use for it. The tables don't look clean and are gross. The service isn't good and there also was this lady who stood there for 10-20 mins but nobody took her order and the restaurant wasn't very busy or short staffed, but once she left the manager was yelling at an employee for not taking her order. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I have eaten and enjoyed KFC for 52 years. I have eaten in KFC restaurants across North America. I savored "dinner on the grounds" at church because I knew that someone would bring KFC chicken and satisfy every taste bud in my mouth. That being said, this is UNDOUBTABLY the WORST KFC EVER. I should have turned around and left when I walked up to the counter and saw the filth and disarray in the back. I should have turned around and left when I was confronted, not greeted, by the employee who had to be told to help me. I should have turned around and left when it was clear that our orders were not being imputed correctly. I didn't. The desire for KFC chicken was strong in this one. How was I to know that it was created by minions of the Empire on a mission to eradicate my love for this bird? Keep moving on down the road. There is a Popeyes and a Zaxby's literally a block from this location. The KFC corporation deserves better representation than this. The only reason I gave it a 1 is because I had to! So I've been to the KFC before and had issues. Unfortunately, I thought that after a year that things had surely progressed...WRONG!!!! I came through the drive thru since it's a messy rainy day at about 4:22 pm. I get to the speaker and after no answer for a while say "hello!" That's when the voice yelled back that "We are in the middle of a shift change can you please come in!" I explained that I was not properly dressed to come inside in the rain. I was then told, "Well it's going to be at least a 10 minute wait!" I sat for five minutes until the voice came back over the speaker and said "What's the order anyway?" I gave my order and proceeded to the window to pay. After a while I gave her my debit card. As I was waiting for my order to be processed, I overheard the young lady tell three separate cars that they were only taking cash only... all three cars drove off. I was then asked to park in one of the empty parking lots. Where I was one of two cars waiting. Needless to say, I drove home to order my food and your guessed... SOME OF MY ORDER WAS WRONG!!!! This KFC really is the worst. I'm not from here but have been to this location twice in the last 2 weeks. We walked into the no greeting what so ever not even a "what would you like." Then It literally to the food preparer 10 minutes to scoop green beans into the container. It took so long the cashier forgot she charged me for them. I actually had to pull out my receipt and so her. No sorry ma'am, she just said here take it. Obviously there was not a manager on duty. Then there was all the loud talking between the staff in front of customer. Poor poor customer service and there is nothing quick about it. The second visit when like this. We walk in the store It took about a minute for someone to come to the counter, when she did she say "there's a 30 minute wait on chicken" we said "what" she repeated there's a 30 minute wait on all chicken order.
