Not happy with the drive thru. $32 and hardly got any food. Ordered 2 12-piece and only got one. Cole slaw is just a dry chopped cabbage. Fries are soggy and worn out. Gal at the drive thru was hostile. But I really am hard of hearing and have to wear hearing aids. They won't answer the phone but I've been calling to try to deal with the shortage. read more

This has to be the nastiest KFC I have ever eaten at! Floor had drinks spilled with crumbs on tables and instead of cleaning they put down wet floor signs! Management should do better or be fired! Every customer as soon as the walk in they look straight down noticing the filthy floors! I won't be going back there at all! read more

Kim at the Starke, Fl location, took our order and, from the time she first announced herself on the intercom, until she completed our order was completely rude. I can even see if we were the type of customers that provoked the type of reaction, such as "what else", and "pull up"....Whatever happened to customer service, the workers probably need to be re-trained, because at this rate, they will be losing business. We are loyal customers and we won't be back to this location. There was no rating for a 1/2 of a star, but a half star is what we feel this experience deserves! So disappointed!!! read more

Was one of the worst experiences at a KFC I have ever had. The people taking the order forgot half the order , and said it was not on their screen. We had the receipt.then two employees and a friend we're leaning against the in/out doors smoking, we had to wait for the smoke to clear in order to leave.there was not a clean table in the entire restaurant.as we were leaving, an employee comes out from the kitchen area wearing a trashbag. Still not sure what was going on there. Good was like warm, gravy was only thing that was hot. Lesson learned while traveling, go someplace else next time. read more

Literally, if I could give this zero stars, I would. First off, the lady taking our order was so rude. I ordered the extra crispy, and they were out and refused to cook more. Then, there was no changing area for my 10-month-old. Also, after we left, while we were changing my son, they kept looking out the window at us, making faces. We cleaned up our area, as well as wiped up the floor from where my son dropped his food. So there was no need for pettiness. The service was horrible. I was over charged for a meal (that I did not order and did not receive) and I didn't receive one of the meals I did order. I went back to get the food I didn't get and asked for a refund on the meal I didn't order (that I didn't receive either) the manager was disgustin and hateful!!!!! I was better off talking to a 2 year old. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name that did take care of me and was apologizing for the managers actions. The food, the rudeness, and the over charging isn't worth it. We won't be going back. read more

I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the young lady who took our order.. You can tell immediately upon walking in that this store has seen better days... And employees.. But still she was a good worker and needs some recognition. Food was super uneventful and rather lackluster. The tea was starting to reach spoiling point and the dining room was in need of some attention.. And the SAME crappy 'game' from when I was a child. Moral of the story is treat your employees better and I'm sure they'll reciprocate the appreciation. read more

I have two experiences at this KFC location. In general, the staff is unfriendly and dismissive & I find the KFC menu convoluted and unclear. On my second visit I bought chicken only-to go- and when I got home I found that a breast piece was missing. I called to let Ahmed know and he said come back and he would give me the breast.
