I stopped eating chicken years ago but every now and then, especially now that I'm much older and don't feel like cooking too often I go to the KFC on 1459 W O. Ezell Blvd, Spartanburg, SC 29301 for a TWO PIECE. Let me tell you...when the board says chicken cooked by Jafree that's the time to buy. He probably knew the Colonel personally because his cooking brings out the original flavor older folks like us are accustomed to. GO JAFREE....my favorite KFC chef. read more

The worst chicken ever! The chicken is disgusting! I Purchased a 8 piece and it wasn't even worth the $30.00 I spent! The cold slaw was awful. The crispy chicken was tasteless!! Never ever going back!! read more

I stopped by this KFC for lunch during my road trip to NC. I gotta say their spicy chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese were hot and ready! I went inside to dine in and this location is very clean. The lighting, music, and decor are very inviting to everyone. I don't know why there are some negative reviews. Excellent customer service. It's finger lickin' good! read more

I recently found out about the 3 piece tenders 5.49 deal. Got it last week and it was great. Went back 9-4-25 to get that deal. First a young man actually answered the drive thru innercom with 'Yeah?" When I ordered this meal, he repeated it back to me I GUESS but his diction and mush-mouth language was so bad I could not understand him. I repeated what I wanted and he said" we aint got any chicken". I said of course "YOU HAVE NO CHICKEN??" He said "nope" So here i am at 6:00 p.m. at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN and am told by an employee, I GUESS, that they had no chicken. This manager needs to be fired, first for no having enough chicken and second for hiring that fool employee who does not know how to speak. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would waited 20 minutes! For my food I go in to check on my food they havent even made it! And all we ordered was sides! Horrible service! read more

Some of the worst service you can get in a drive-thru. The food is usually pretty good, but the employees are extremely rude for no reason. My fiancée could barely get a word out without the man taking her order telling her to pull forward, so she had to repeatedly tell him she wasn't done, even though we only ordered 2 combos. He also clearly wasn't listening as he rang up the wrong size drink. Typically I'm very forgiving of service workers as I am one myself, but this is an especially shitty place some days. read more

Last week they gave me the wrong order. Just went a lil bit ago. I'm honestly surprised they gave me this. Literally the bottom of a fryer. Covered in grease and burnt bits. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Previously I had a terrible experience with KFC after I made an order online not only did it take them an hour to get it to me, but the order was absolutely incorrect, but today the manager just called me and asked what they could do to make it right and they remade the entire order for me. It was also very clean in the restaurant. read more

Maybe smallest chicken leg I have ever seen, Havent been to KFC since last fall but if this is the size of their pieces I will never return. Public has lot bigger read more

Placed an order in the drive thru. Was asked to park and she would bring it out to me. After 30 minutes, I went inside. Ask about my order and said she was still waiting on it. Asked how much longer and she said she didn't know. Asked for my money back and will not go back. So tired of trying to eat in Spartanburg and it is always something. Manager gave me my money and never said one word about the situation. read more

Wow first time ever been in here and maybe the last. Seemed to have a lot of confusion going on and Madison who apparently is a manager needs to learn some customer service. Giving dirty looks is not really a way to keep a job. Now I know why everyone that got orders was checking them before leaving l. read more

Super impressed with the new Kentucky Fried Chicken re-design! The kitchen is completely open so you can see inside, talk about disrupting the fast food industry! The menu is easy to read and organized well. There's lots of fun options to choose, like Nashville Hot or Georgia Gold flavors. My friend and I selected both of these $5 meals and shared so we could try both flavors. The chicken strips were drizzled in the flavor sauces very lightly and the potato wedges were crunchy and soft, very good. The service was friendly and fast. There were wet wipes, mints, and other condiments available at the counter where you pick up your food, I love that! The seating inside was pretty cool with a big round table in the center with a KFC bucket chandelier, haha seriously! The walls were decorated in homestyle framed photos of KFC celebs and other fun details. Check it out and let me know! read more

First off, let's subtract one star. It was that awful. We place our order for a family of three and pay only to be told the CO'2 is out so no fountain drinks. Only tea or water. This was not posted anywhere. We wait 30 minutes for our food to then be given an order for two. We wait again for our order only for it to be wrong. One plate was ordered specifically a breast and a leg. We were served two thighs. By now we should have just left. When they do bring us the correct order there was a long curly hair on one piece of chicken. By now it was comical. The wrong orders just kept stacking up at our table as they did not take the food away with them. I admit I was frustrated but we laughed it off. We had not gone to KFC in many years. Now I recall why. Avoid the KFC on WO Ezell BLVD Spartanburg, SC at all costs !!!! read more

I stopped by wednesday around 5pm, it was probably the best "fast food" experience I've ever had. Staff was great, food was quick and fresh, and the store was clean as could be. I've not visited that location in years due to prior experiences sucking. They have remodeled since, that's how long it's been. I'll be back, glad i gave them another shot. read more

KFC - Looks like they were getting audited when we got here... They seem short staffed. It seems like they have no sense of urgency either. - Fast Food Near Me - Spartanburg, South Carolina

Where do I start? Went thru drive thru. Three cars ahead of me. 20 minutes into process we get to window. I questioned the price. Chicken littles meal was labeled at $4.99 . They charged $5.49. So they looked at menu inside and said "yup, that's the price". I suggested they look at the price displaced at drive thru. They didn't understand what that had to do with it. 20 minutes later" and three mangers later, they honored the lower price as displayed. On the way out with my cold food, there were no less than 10 cars in drivethru". At chick filet this would have taken ,15 seconds to solve. I'm sure the 10 cars behind me waiting on a mis-price appreciated this error as well. I suspect the error on the menu will continue to exist for days or weeks! Now if I could just get that 40 minutes of my life back! read more

Worst KFC I ever had. Old chicken looked as bad as it tasted. Small broken bits of bone with every bite. Never again. Very disappointed KFC!

Where do I start ? Wow , first I do have to hand it to the young lad at the register. Apparently he was the only one with any sense what so ever. (And I'm not being mean). Everyone that works here is moving at a pace a turtle can outrun. We waited on our food for 25 minutes and the only reason it was the fast is because I told them I wanted my food that had been sitting for 15 minutes in the kitchen. After we got our food then we started the impossible mission of finding a clean table. . Yea. Not here. It wasn't till a customer asked them for towel and did it himself. Kudos to that guy . Do I recommend? Yea , if you're looking for terrible service and a waist of money. Me ? Nahhh. I'll never be back. read more

ordered a famous bowl and it came without chicken, so it was just mashed potatoes, gravy and corn.

Horrible service. The lady at the drive through was very rude and when I ordered, she said there were no more tenders just because her lazy ass didn't want to make any. The manager told me she was just bullshitting. When I got to the drive through, she gave me a dirty look. When the food came out the tenders weren't cooked. Never again am I going to this KFC especially after giving them benefit of the doubt after the first time I went. These people need to work in a different industry where they don't have to deal with people. Fucking assholes read more

One star is a generous review. Although I've never been inside the restaurant, my two drive-thru experiences have been so horrendous, this place doesn't even get a chance at a third strike. The staff clearly received customer service training from kitchen cabinetry because they're as unresponsive as inanimate objects, except for when they are rudely and briefly ushering you through your order, which, by the way, has been wrong both visits. Our receipt was correct, the employee just apparently thought, "Mac and cheese? Nah, you can have mashed potatoes." The food is okay, hence the one star, as long as you don't get anything other than traditional fried chicken. Everything else, we've experienced, could be salvaged leftover mishaps from the Jack in the Box down the street, and we'd never know the difference. If you are a fast food masochist, this place is for you. If not, there's a Chick-fil-a, Bojangles, and Zaxby's nearby. Bon appetit. read more
