Decent inside. Their fries are always tasty! I'm used to Jack in the Box back in California, so it's refreshing to have this location here down South. KJ was working alone and did such a great job handling everything. Much respect for KJ and this location! read more

This was a fiasco trying to get our food. There's only 1 cook and it was taking 20 minutes to get our order. We asked for a refund since no order ever was ready. They gave our money back and we went somewhere else. We'll never go here again. read more

My wife and I had to wait 20 min. In the drive thru just to get up to the window and some kid be rude to us. Then we were missing our shake and he just said we don't have the shake and slammed the door read more

Went here for a treat, mother left traumatized. The lady that took our order was excellent and eloquent at completing our order. However, the nightmare began when we both sat down. It was 900 degrees in that lobby! Their was a donkey train of employees taking a class WHILE THE RESTAURANT WAS STILL OPEN! and the worst of all; John Travis made an appearance... LOUDLY! HE WOULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT BRITNEY! The trainer was talking about moldy fryers, expired food and drinks, dirty appliances, etc WHILE WE WERE EATING!! The floors were so slippery my elderly mother almost tripped and fell looney tunes style. There was also a mormon police chief in the skin of a leprechaun who sat right next to our table, causing us to recoil and leave. My mother almost had a stroke cuz her smashed jack was so disgusting. NEVER RETURNING! read more

This is not the first time we've been to this store- from incorrect orders and now early closures. It's safe to say that there has been not a singular positive interaction at this store. It should just close down at this point. Here are pictures from the past 3 times i've visited this establishment - If you aren't going to actually enforce policies for these employees SHUT DOWN THE STORE. Speed of service sucks, order accuracy is nonexistent, quality of service is horrible and dependability seems to be an even bigger problem- Never coming here again but thanks for the unnecessary stops i guess. read more

Best tacos ever! Use sweet and sour sauce on them. May sound gross but it's so good!!

A yelp review more like a HELP REVIEW, or I could only close one word to describe this it would be DREADFUL. It's SHAMEFUL that this place even has the customer service and food to still be OPEN! It hurts me to talk about the BOTH of these but let's start with the poor excuse of the FOOD even the chicken wouldn't cross the road for those ITTY BITTY BURGERS, and LISTEN I ASKED FOR CLASSIC FRIES NO CURLY I HAD A MIXTURE BOTH! And the so long wait for what?! AND GET THIS goes with the both. I waited for 30-27 minutes for them to make all my 5 drinks INTO SPRITES without even asking ME because they ran out of lemonade not even offering any other choices of even water someone in the car, family, or more could've been deadly allergic and they could've had A BAD lawsuit on their hands! Then EVEN MORE they forgot 2 MEALS and when we mentioned the meals they added chicken sandwiches when they were both the new sourdough meal?! Like don't add a meal If you CANT EVEN get it right. Then when we finally thought it was right it was in the new meal packaging just for A CHICKEN SANDWICH. This is all I'm gonna type, BUT NOT ALL I WENT THROUGH. Most useful suggestion: Do not go there hope this helps. read more

Food isn't bad but service is a very hit or miss. One member of active staff is always ill. Ambience is pretty bad, restaurant is always dirty. read more

The staff here are the absolute bottom of society, lacking any professionalism or competence. It's painfully obvious that this might be the best job they'll ever have--and even then, they perform miserably. Their behavior is not only frustrating but also embarrassing to witness. read more

This is the worst. Cook in the back fixing food with gloves on that she was wearing while texting on her phone other cook came from outside and just put gloves on without washing his hands. Food wasn't hot and over cooked. I would never come here again read more

Typical Jacks. I stop in 2-3 times a month. Want variety? There's a lot of menu items to choose from. Just as good as any other fast food. It gets busy late evenings and can be slow at times. Be nice to the employees...it does not cost anything. read more

Came here on 1/9/24 at 0345 hrs and employees thought they was gonna get out of work by saying mobile orders only, till I ordered online and they made me wait 30 mins for my food! Lazy employees and lazy management! Do better if your business wants to survive!!!! read more

Breakfast foods were all cold and tasted old wouldn't recommend if you would like to eat ever again

Waited at the speaker for 10+ minutes with no answer. Asked for tiny racks and churros, got loaded tiny tacos and not so many churros. Attitude was poor, one girl was wearing slides, with her hair down. Food is also sloppily thrown together. Professionally I'd recommend new management. read more

I'm originally from NorCal and grew up on Jack in the Box so I'm always extremely excited when I move and find one. I've been blessed to have them in NV, CO, TX and now here in SC. This particular one is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered a sourdough Jack and the bread wasn't even toasted. There was too much CO2 in my Sprite so not only was there too much carbonation but there was so much I couldn't even taste the cherry flavor added. This location doesn't have the secret sauce packets which is not only unheard of but makes it difficult for someone like me who knows the food to have it the way we remember it from back in the day. The staff was super friendly which is why I'm givin 2 stars instead of 1. read more

On 2/15/24 I placed an order on their app, as I usually do at least once a week. I place the order and get confirmation and my card was charged. I get to the store and they have a sign on the drive thru speaker stating that the store I closed due to being short staffed. I pull up to the drive thru window and no one is visible in the store, but I was still charged for the food any way. I have tried contacting their website to get this corrected and have not received any response nor have they refunded the money I was charged. read more

I came here tonight and got a 10 piece nugget meal with some fries and let me tell you. those were some of the worst fries i think i've ever had. WARNING!!!! My niece went last night 9/8/2023 and ordered through drive thru. She paid with her card and the girl gives her the drink and the top isn't on. 40oz drink all over her and her car. Ask if she'd like another drink? We'll yes. So in the commotion she didn't return her debit card. My niece realized it when she got home later. She tried to call and no answer. My niece got up this morning 9/9/2023 to go back up there and get her card. She checks her bank account and it has 3 new declined charges. Gets to jack and the box and they have her card. Someone at this establishment tried 3 times to use that card. Beware of this!! By the way police couldn't do anything because charges didn't successfully go through..smh read more

Typical fast food restaurant, but with tons of choices. It also brought back great childhood memories because it was a special treat for us to got to Jack in the Box when we lived in Colorado as a kid. Good experience. Never as good as the first time but still ok. My burger was not great, I had the buttery bacon and Swiss and subbed my fries for egg rolls. This is what I do like about this place. The drive thru was a decent experience, it's the food. The 10 piece nuggets, the color made them look like jalapeno poppers and they were tiny not worth 5.+ dollars. The "Tacos" were not edible see pictures...I would not let me son eat them gross!!!Keep in mind they are supposed to be hard shell tacos. How can they serve that???!!!!!!If an employee can let that be served they all should be fired!! The only thing that was any good was the Ranch Bacon Chicken Sandwich. read more

I'm from out of town. Wanted to try Jack in the box. Had it in Washington State and it was pretty good but it lost me here. I asked if I could add to my order at the window and the manager said I couldn't without saying sorry. I understand if I can't. That's fine but please don't be rude about it. I order a meal and extra onion rings. Got back to the hotel and I found out I only got 3 packs of ketchup. 3!! Wow. Great customer service (NOTE THE SARCASM) So sad. =/ read more
