So, I placed an order on mobile app- get my receipt, and there was an extra $4 on it! I told them I was coming in. I showed them the app and receipt, said "they couldn't do anything about it"! REALLY! Not to mention, the large fries were filled to total LESS than a medium... they all exchanged conversation with each other in Spanish- being I don't speak Spanish, makes me wonder what they were saying about me and/or the situation ! Was told to come in the morning to speak to GM- just something that is OUT OF MY WAY to add to my day! read more

Probably the worst McDonald's in Spartanburg you can't even order food online every time you get there, it's not ready and you still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get your food... and this is coupled by the worst service you can possibly have in a fast food restaurant.... read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place is completed everytime we go up there and no matter what time of night it is they either say they are closed or they just won't answer you thru the speaker. Take it from me don't waste your time or money going to this establishment. Where is the management at????? I mean they act like we are making them work that job. Quit if you don't like your job the door ain't locked!! read more

As an avid doordash user, I placed an order at this Mcdonald's and was quite disappointed. I ordered two Carmel Frappe's and when my doordash driver arrived, the workers told him that the machine was "closed". This location is open 24 hours so for them to be closing a machine at all is very strange in my opinion. Mcdonald's was unable to process a refund for my order and stole my $16. As a multi billion dollar corporate company I think this is quite absurd and I definitely would look into correcting this location. I have read multiple negative reviews about this location and people experiencing similar issues. read more

The WORST service I have ever experienced! As s result, the food was absolutely horrible...cold, thrown together mess! I am 58 years old and this is the 1st review I've submitted but I feel my experience needed sharing. The staff was uncaring and unwilling to provide the minimal level of service. I ordered on the kiosk so no employee needed there, waited 25 minutes at our table, went to counter to find Noone willing to help and was mad that I asked about our meal...took another 15 minutes to get the cold nasty food, another 10 minutes to get our drinks after I demanded them. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Shame on those employees, the management and franchise owner. McDonald's Corp should strip them of their licenses. read more

When I walked in to McDonald's there was dirt everywhere and I had to wait an hour just to get my food and my food WAS RAW my burger meat was STILL PINK never coming back to McDonald's read more

I got my food door dash and this made me so mad but the guy who delivered it to me he was super sweet and apologized over and over again. I felt so bad for him but mcdonald's needs to up there game and hire more people and fire some people too And my fries were a little cold but anyways they made the guy wait 20 minutes to get my food read more

I ordered online and i walk in to a lobby full of customers who had been waiting a good while for their orders, they dont seem to care that they aren't helping the people in the lobby and will only do drive through and the few orders for the lobby have something wrong with it either missing food or just being wrong and it's absolutely ridiculous. The person who I assume is the manager is no help and has an attitude. We had to wait over 30 minutes. read more

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would!!! They have signs all over stating how they're open 24 hours but that isn't true. Literally waited in the drive thur for an hour and a half and none of the employees had the common courtesy to tell me that they weren't open. Instead they let the line build up and didn't say shit! best to say that particular McDonald's sucks mf ass read more

This is a pretty subpar McDonalds. Don't even try to order ahead, they will give your order to someone else and you'll have to wait 20 minutes for them to figure out what happened. read more

Food is always old and not fresh when going through the drive thru at night when when they are busy. Also my order has always been messed up. The last time a group of people walked out as I was sitting in the drive thru waiting on my order and was yelling for everyone to not eat there because they saw an employee spitting in the food. I asked for a refund and that was my last time at this terrible McDonalds! read more

We placed a mobile order and waited 40 min in my car and no one brought it out. My friend and I walked in and said they don't have it and wouldn't value anything with the receipt and the order number I showed them that and still did nothing. They ignored us in the store when we confronted them they told us just to go to the drive thru. We sat there for some time. They finally told us to go to the second window, and still didn't do shit. They were rude and the whole place smelled like a petting zoo. We never got our food and they never told us clear instructions on how to get a refund. No food no refund. Horrible place will not be returning. read more

No butter, syrup or fork/knife. Ordered iced coffee with cream only and they added sugar. I'm sorry we stopped here.

I arrived at 4:00am. Didn't realize I would have to wait for 30 minutes to order. The employee told me she would be with me in a moment. The sign says it is closed from 4:00-4:30. It is now 5:00am and I am still waiting to order. I just wanted to get a chicken biscuit for my husband because he had to work today. Do they not want my business? read more

Every time that I visit this McDonald's location there is always something wrong with the food. I understand that you may be short staffed or customers have to wait for fresh food, but this is ridiculous that the food taste rubbery and full of grease! I would like to ask the workers at this location do they enjoy COLD FOOD? When it comes to food you shouldn't serve anyone any thing that you wouldn't eat yourself. In a nut shell I would recommend that either DHEC give them a visit and shut it down or the McDonald's symbol be removed, because this location is a bad representation of their food! The only reason I am giving this location a star is because I couldn't submit this review without it! **TECHNICALLY ZERO STARS...DO NOT EAT HERE!!!** read more

I was there yesterday the store was empty but it appeared the drive thru may have been busy no one even noticed my presence. After waiting several minutes to be served a young man whom I passed while entering the restaurant whom I assumed worked there walked pass me into the kitchen area. He never bothered to great me, ask if I had been served or notify others of my presence. Several more minutes passed an another young man did the exact same thing after almost waiting in an empty store for almost 10 minutes as I was prepared to just leave a young cashier finally noticed my presence and my order was taken. Under any other circumstances I never would have waited so long but my options were limited without a vehicle. I travel all across this country and this is some of the absolute worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Never would I waste my had earned money here again. read more

Took the cashier 5 minutes to ring up a large mocha last time I went. I wouldn't blame them for ringing up a frappe because so many girls order that, but she could of asked first before she pressed the button. Then she rings up a caramel mocha.....Then I go there again today and a different girl rings me up and gives me the $5 for two fish sandwiches deal, but I wanted to use the bogo coupon.... I didn't have time to deal with that or care too much about a slight price difference that's about a dollar difference. But when the girl needed a manager the other cashier told her there is no time for that.... Like there were 3 more customers.... Like please take the time and ask. If the customers was asking for the 2 for $5 deal yeah give it to them, don't just give it to every customer who just orders two fish sandwiches... Like your loosing profit for Mcd the place you work at. Do it when the customer asks for it.... Again I go there because the convenient location. The workers don't even know how to properly make a mocha(which is squirting chocolate syrup in a cup press buttons, stir, whip, and drizzle). Hopefully I'm going to go there less often because this bitter coffee is telling me something. read more

Rude on the drive thru speaker. Don't tell the total when you order and you wait 20 mins to get your food. Then it's the wrong food!

I agree this is probably the worst McDonald's in the area. We frequent McDonald's as I have a 2, 4, and 16 year old. My children love this play place, mainly because of the train, however it's been some time since that has worked. The cs her is the worst, and when asked to speak to the owner whom was at location I never saw them. I travel over 20 miles to come her for my kids, but we will most definitely find another one. Or better yet chickfila is wonderful and just down the road and has wonderful customer service.. read more

In the past I've had really good service at this Mac's, but about a week ago 12/5/17 did not qualify. About 11 am went in and ordered a hot and fresh double fish sandwich to go. A manager, female, Spanish looking took my order. Usually this is about a 2-3 minute wait while they cook the fish which is fine by me. It only took a minute to prepare and I knew it wasn't cooked for me. Also, she plopped it on a tray handed it to me, I asked her, are you sure this is hot and fresh? She nodded. I said ok but I ordered it to go and a medium coke. She snatches up a bag and slams it in the bottom of the bag. I took the food out got in my vehicle and started driving away. Opened the bag and the sandwich was not a double and was cold. Came back to the restaurant, went back in with my sandwich and receipt. Same lady came over and I told her it was not a double and showed her the receipt. Again she rudely snatches up the sandwich and went to the back and in seconds came back with it, threw it on the counter and turned away. She knew I was POed and was trying to be rude as possible to me. I'm not hard to deal with, all it would have taken was a "Sorry about that" to diffuse the situation. Took my semi-warm sandwich and left. read more
