Their smoked chickens are moist and delicious, and perfect for Sunday dinner. Want a real treat? Try their smoked chicken salad on some Strong Arm focaccia one afternoon. Sauces vary to please the discerning BBQ palate, but there's nothing over-the-top. This isn't competition barbecue, it's barbecue that people line up for on Sunday afternoon, it's the kind of barbecue that people seek out when they are driving through Granville County on the way home from Virginia, because if you know, you know (and want).
