They had some nice lunch specials but none of them caught my eye so I had the chicken taco pizza. It tasted fresh and that's exactly what I needed. It was served with sour cream and salsa and topped with lettuce, tomato and olives. The other 2 in my group got the lunch walleye sandwich with chips and the avocado chicken sandwich (she normally always gets a burger). They both said it was ok. I was the happiest with mine. We also shared onion rings and they were decent.

Pizza was like "the works", it was a really good mix of sausage pepperoni and veggies below the melted cheese. The cheeseburger was juicy medium cooked with pepper jack. Don't forget to look under the paper for the hidden sliced pickles! We air fried the fries back to a good crunch. The mild buffalo flavor on the wings had a perfect balance of tang and spice and the celery sticks also got tossed in the same sauce.

I'm not quite sure what I was expecting but not something this stellar!…read more I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Taco, and it was a flavor bomb! The shrimp were very flavorful and the whole thing just came together nicely. Yum! Second was a kid's menu Quesadilla with ground beef which needed absolutely zero sauce because the meat was so well-seasoned. The tortilla was soft and nicely grilled. A definite winner. It came with beans and rice on the side, neither of which was special. The take on Street Corn was different, a soda cup of corn with the street toppings on top and layered in the middle. The sauce tasted like mayonnaise and I didn't care for it. It was like canned corn with some stuff on it, but one miss on an otherwise home run of a meal wasn't bad. The Queso Blanco was a perfect consistency and the chips were good if lacking salt. Note that the queso is about 1/4 cup, a small portion perfect for me. I tasted all three salsas and loved them, especially the salsa verde.

Came for the chicken and, while it tasted good, it didn't taste like anything different compared to other grilled chicken restaurants. It tasted as though the flavor/seasoning was only on the surface (skin) but not yet had time to penetrate the meat. Enjoyed sitting outside, dipping the chicken in the variety of salsas from the salsa bar! Very flavorful sauces! Next time I'm in the area, I'll come back and try the chicken again with some tacos.

The Gangnam-style wings are my go-to--they're perfectly crispy with just the right balance of sweet and savory. The cheesy wings are another favorite and are such a fun twist that you don't find everywhere. I also have to give a shout-out to their kimchi fried rice. It's my guilty pleasure, and I end up ordering it almost every time. It's so flavorful and incredibly satisfying. Every time I leave Crooked Pint, I just end up feeling... unsatisfied. It's not bad, but the food always seems to be missing that extra kick of flavor. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Mad Pepper Juicy Lucy, expecting something spicy but instead, it was completely mild and kind of bland. To make matters worse, the service was pretty slow and our server didn't seem very attentive. If you're just looking to grab a drink and maybe an appetizer during happy hour, it's fine for that. But if you're after a meal that really hits the spot, I'd say there are better options nearby.

We've brought countless friends here to try it and it's a heafty feat! You get around 40 to 50 pieces of shrimp, around 10 things of potatoes, six things of corn, and sausage too... it's humongous. You really get your moneys worth! If I'm being honest I haven't tried anything else here but I can assume it's equally amazing! I'm really looking forward to coming back here in the summer and enjoying this on their outdoor patio. But so far really love mallards and will always recommend it as it go to spot for anything seafood related! Cajun shrimp with creamy corn risotto was ok, was t expecting so much risotto. The shrimp was cooked to perfection but risotto was a big too heavy. The jambalaya was lacking flavor and spice.

It was not busy and we had to wait for about 10 minutes to be sat. We were looked at and not acknowledged. Makes the mind wonder why. The bartender/waitress was short and rude and when I had an issue paying my bill on their online portal, she tried to make a joke that "she didn't want to talk to me", but it came off completely transparent. I ordered the beef stroganoff and it was bland. The worst part? There were 4 of the smallest hunks of meat in the entire dish. I love mushrooms, but there were about 30 of them in there. I'd rather have meat, especially since the dish is listed at $22. The only thing that went well was the fries and their house ranch. Since I can get good fries at a lot of other locations that treat you with respect, I'll head there.
