They had no milk. They had no bottled water. They were out of regular fried chicken (subbed extra crispy). Staff was belligerent when I dared ask to substitute a biscuit for the missing milk in a kids meal. "No, we can't do that!" Who feeds sugar syrup drink to children? That or tap water. Ew! I never eat this stuff and was desperate on the road, trying to make a quick dinner stop. I want to start off by saying thank you to the team in kfc Selma I had stop coming a year ago and thought I'll give it a try again. I have been coming for the past week and the things that I have seen is extremely a big improvement from before. I must also acknowledge the management team that was there Sunday. I watched a customer be extremely rude to the old lady that is a manager I feel so bad for her. All she did was put her head down, and the other manager gave her encouraging words. Letting her know that it's ok and just because they are servers does not mean that we as customers should talk to them any kind of way that woman was old enough to be my grandmother and it's so sad that people will be so quick to make a complaint, but never give a compliment when a compliment is due both of the managers handled that situation with Gracefully I was more upset than the managers. so I say that to say this, thank you for your services. I see the change in this restaurant and y'all as a team keep pushing I'm definitely a returning customer and I'm thankful to have people like y'all that's willing to give me good service despite some of the other customers nasty ways thank y'all read more

We went to KFC in Clayton 6 months ago for dinner at 6pm on a Tuesday and they were out of white meat so it took us 6 months to give them another try. Went to try there Smokey Mountain Bbq basket and was utterly disappointed. Old food that you could tell had been sitting around awhile. The portion size was nothing like advertising. The taste was gross and so much grease. Didnt finish the meal for fear of getting sick. When I went and left comment nothing was said or done to try and rectify the bad situation. Last evening I purchased a three piece original meal. The order was to go. Didn't get any flat ware, the biscuit looked like they found it under the refrigerator. It was the smallest chicken pieces I've ever seen, the chicken breast looked as though they were using it as a door stop. I ended up not eating any of the three piece meal. Won't eat here again. Management is rude, a few months ago I ordered a famous potato bowl and when i got home to eat my food I noticed my potato bowl was half full. I called up to the store and spoke to a manager and she told me to bring my bowl back up there, when I got back up to the restaurant she proceeded to argue with me about how the potato bowl was made properly when it clearly wasn't..( I always get the famous potato bowl at everytime I go to any KFC location and it's always packed full! ) I refused to go back to the location for several months until recently. This time when I went in I got the same thing and it appeared to be made better than the one I had gotten months ago but my boyfriend's chicken was tough from being reheated, this has also happened several times. Alongside with trying to come later in the evening and having the employees tell me I can't order a potato bowl because they're out of chicken and aren't cooking anymore which is very unprofessional and lazy. This is the WORST KFC I've ever been too! Because not only does the food and service suck, but the restaurant stinks and looks like a dump! Its in serious need of an upgrade and new management.
