This location is just as good as every Cane's I've been to in Los Angeles and Arizona. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the service is fast, and the restaurant is consistently clean. The managers, Matt and Ben, are always cool, professional, and seem to run a great team. There's also another manager who wears glasses that I usually see in the mornings. I forgot her name, but she's always incredibly sweet too. I've honestly never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what I expect from Cane's. They keep Cane's the way it was intended. Nothing but 10/10 experiences every time.

One girl fixing her braid and applying lip gloss, two girls dressing one of the young men with a salty vest to go out to drive thru, another girl completely combing her fingers through another girl's hair to put it up in a clip. YOUR IN A KITCHEN FOR GOD SAKES. Finally they sent me to park because they were still sorting out my sandwich issue. WHERE IS THE MANAGER. These girls need to be trained better. The setting in a small group of restaurants meant everyone was able to choose what they wanted - even if it wasn't chicken strips (everyone went with the strips!). It was a welcome break from seafood at Pismo. We'll be back if we're ever back through SLO.
