I hadn't had KFC in a long time, and the chicken is nothing like what I remember. I recently had a bucket and a few weeks later a two-piece. Both times the chicken was bland; there didn't appear to be any seasoning. The extra crispy didn't have any crunch (nothing like Popeye's). Hard to understand why there was no perceptible seasoning. The pot pie, however, is a very satisfying meal. The crust is buttery and crisp, and the filling is generous. A very good meal for the price. The cole slaw is also good. Terrible experience!!! This location says they close at 12am midnight. We did a mobile online pick order at 10:30pm and paid for it in advanced. We drove 15 min to go pick up our food and the people said they couldnt make my food because there was no one to cook the food. They said the cooks had already left for the night. Ordered two breast pieces at the drive thru and ended up with thighs instead. I should have check before I left the drive thru but didn't and was not given a receipt either. I should already know that ordering chicken close to closing time is a risk as the chickens was not even hot but I was hungry otherwise I would have tossed it. Lesson learned. And I still recall how messy the inside was like a hangout for the homeless with unclean tables and dirty floors the last time I step inside. Parking can be a problem when it's busy as cars pack the drive thru during lunch hour that can prevent the park vehicles from getting out. They recognize the regulars & it's nice to see/hear some friendly banter while the orders whiz by. My order is always correct, the food tastes just like I'm expecting KFC to taste. I made one mistake. I bought gravy to replace our usual gravy because KFC's gravy can't be beat. One if the guest whom I told where the gravy was from , said I should have ordered the KFC mashed potatoes also, that my Mashed potatoes , though good , would have been more better with KFC's. I pulled into the drive-thru to order a K4 (Dbl Crunch Sandwich Combo) w/out mayo and 4 Chicken Littles (two w/out mayo). As I proceeded to ask the Team Member (TM) to make sure mayo was not added to the sandwiches because the last time I visited mayo was on my order, I was cut off by the TM - I assumed it was a delay. The TM repeated my order, and I didn't hear her say, "no mayo." As I reiterated "no mayo" she cut me off again. At this point, I became dissatisfied and requested her manager. I repeated "your manager" as she asked me, "Is there anything else?" several times. She ended with, "My manager is on break for 20 minutes." I drove up to her, and it was evident that she had an attitude with me because she did not speak to me, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. She didn't ask me if I wanted condiments or asked me to make sure my order was correct. I felt as if she wanted me to leave immediately. I, then, called and spoke to "STEPHANIEL" who I assumed was the manager, who offered me two chicken littles. Management is ridiculously rude, unprofessional, and absolutely no customer service. Training must be provided to staff here ASAP! During Oprah's promotion of free grilled chickens, they obviously weren't prepared and ran out of chickens & turned all customers away. But before that, we had to sign-up for rainchecks to receive a coupon for "Oprah's promotion" in the mail, which takes about a half a year to receive them. Once received, the coupons were only valid for one week or so and limited to 2 pcs. of teeny-weeny grilled chicken (manager's choice), 2 sides, a biscuit & med. soft drink.
