We like to come get some food from here on a Friday night when I absolutely don't feel like cooking after working a 10/11 hour shift we always get the same thing usually on Friday nights the wait is pretty long so if I remember, I'll order ahead but most the time I just order in person... I had went a week ago or so and the food wait was about 35 minutes It was about 25 minutes last night. I went into this location yesterday June Friday the 19th at about 8:45 to 915 I was greeted with a genuine smile from the young men at the front counter Giovanni. He had a super good personality. He was super friendly, and you could tell he was actually doing his job according to his training. What compelled me to write this review o this young man (Giovanni )definitely wet behind the ears as he seemed a little shy, but not shy as in lacking customer service just shy about providing such good customer service ... it made sense because while I was waiting for my food, I asked him if it was super busy and he said yes well actually this is my second day so it seems very busy. The fact that it was his second day and he was the friendliest person in the establishment is saying something about the team. But I'm not even gonna get too much into that besides just giving this young man his flowers . Because the young man that was calling people's names around that same time was horribly rude. He slammed my food on the counter at me and then when I asked for the pickles I had ordered he said they were in the bag when I got home, they were not. He looks super upset that I had asked for honey and ketchup . Usually they just put it in the bag so I don't know why he was upset that I asked, I was super frustrated and if the management cares, they should definitely research who is working as the food color yesterday and talk to him because I know I'm not the only one who noticed his attitude I would like to add -I do you think if you are going to prompt your credit card machine, to give a tip you should also have a tip jar for people that are paying cash that would like to tip the employees that way. I'm a tip in cash type of girly. The food was super lacking This experience. The noodles from the mac & cheese were very overdone and it just wasn't the normal stuff that you usually get here - there was about five french fries in my bowl and (surprisingly )overloaded with chicken. However, I ordered a rice plate that comes with two chicken tenders, and those were the saddest little tenders I ever seen shriveled up in that box. I wish I would've took pictures, but to be honest I was just over it by the time I got home. They should've put some of that chicken that was overflowing to compensate for the lack of french fries into that plate where those sad little strips were located. It wasn't horrible, but it just definitely wasn't the same and I know you can't hit it out of the park every time. I know we will be back ...I really wanted to write this review for that young man Giovanni, I know reviews matter and I hope someone says something to him that he was mentioned or he sees it himself.

The service was surprisingly troubling... employees were calling names of people that had already been called and picked up their food, and looked frustrated and lost. I guess it gets confusing when all your food looks the same. The LED sign is blinking out. The general cleanliness and maintenance is falling behind quickly. Food is , but service is ‍. First, it was someone who came here to order on their WORK BREAK to be sure it would be ready for come pick up when they were off work. Then it was an ol timer who the cashier greeted by name! A young woman with an older relative came next and the elder greeted the cashier in Thai! By this point, we had gotten our food and it was so good that I had one of those Ratatoullie flash backs to the first time I ever tried fried rice in my childhood!!! The pad see ew was more of an 8/10 for me but I do think it would be a 10/10 with chicken. The fried chicken over rice was a perfect 10/10. Im pretty sure they use corn starch to fry their chicken instead of flour because the breading stayed on the chicken and didn't slip off the way others can and also, you cannot deny the crunch of this dish!! Thai tea was also very good. Crisp and flavorful without being too sweet. I love thai tea but sometimes their so sweet I can see my prediabetic diagnosis on the cup. I think adding boba would really elevate it but still recommend it! Now, while we were eating, a family of 4 came in and after completing their order, they asked if they could add a mango sticky rice to their order. The cashier apologizes and said they were sold out for the day. It was 5:30 pm. They close at 8:00 pm. I was immediately sad I never got the option to try a dessert so delicious it sells out before closing. I mentioned going before the end of the month at the start and thats because the cashier took a call where he told the customer that "no they were not closed yet" and that "they would be here through the end of the month." The cashier then mentioned to a regular that they were handing over the restaurant to his cousin and while they will have the same recipes, he is not sure if the food will be the same. I also think I heard him mention something about getting a spot in Monterey and you can bet good money that if they do, ima be there.

The gentleman told me he had a full menu for me to review, and I was able to look through it. The entire restaurant was very clean, and well maintained with beautiful decorative art, and clean floors, windows, and doors. The gentleman working the front gave me so many options to choose from, explained the entirety of the menu, and even gave advice on which dishes to choose from based on my flavor pallet. He was very informative, patient, and so helpful in choosing my first tai experience. The fried appetizers, wonton and dumplings were so crispy and fresh. The filling inside both was fair, and the sauces given had a wonderful flavor. The pad Thai was perfectly spiced and very filling. I do wish the pork itself was seasoned prior to the sauce, and maybe it is, but it seemed a tad bland with the sauce on top! Great prices and great portions. Ordered a 10 piece deal they had that came with sides as well and some other items.Was charged 45 dollars and I was missing cole slaw and the cake that came with my meal what a rip off. Not the first time I have been there where they have messed up. I would have driven back but I live 15 min away from there so no point to waste my gas to go back. My bowl was also missing corn, wth! They probably mess up on purpose to keep customers food since I have read on here that im not the only order they messed up on and yes they told me to move to the door so their timer doesnt get messed up. Wow kfc really needs to fix this issue as well apparently they need more time for orders maybe if kfc cared they wouldnt mess up as much. read more

Excruciatingly-poor customer service. Family decided to order two buckets of chicken plus fixings. When our order came out we only got the fixings and one bucket of chicken. I reminded the employee who took our order that I had ordered and paid for two buckets. She grudgingly prepared the second bucket, placed it in a plastic bag, dropped it on the counter in front of us and turned away without saying anything. This evident lack of courtesy and respect for customers is so appalling and uncharacteristic of the employees at other KFC branches. If you expect good customer service, then this is NOT the place for you. Avoid this branch like the plague! read more

I don't usually write negative reviews but this place seems to always run out of chicken. If you want to get a bucket for dinner you better go early and hour before closing time they are always out. It's frustrating so if you want to eat chicken get there early read more
