we go here about every 4 weeks for pot pies and cole slaw-very good-usually call ahead of time-until today, the service has always been excellent and the order is always correct--inside is clean and service has been friendly inside, also tonight someone named sherry answered the phone and i had to give the order 4 times--it was 2 pot pies and a large cole slaw--must not have been her day- but previously, always been great read more

VERY difficult time placing order online. Requested a specific delivery time but delivered 2hours early. No chocolate cake!!! sent Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. Not a successful KFC experience read more

I literally cannot wrap my head around the fact that KFC - in general - is still in business. I just can't. I have yet to go to a KFC that isn't a complete cluster. This is no exception. The folks here, while I'm sure they are super busy and probably irritated for whatever reason, are just not friendly. In fact, they are rude. Maybe not everyone that works there - but the ones we have encountered? Yes. Not friendly. Mistakes made. Food takes forever. Not one ounce of customer service skills. When you go to other competitors and receive polite and grateful service, it makes it REALLY hard to want to patronize KFC. It's literally the bottom of the barrel every. single. time. This location is no exception. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere - there are so many other options in this area. read more

I used to be a regular customer of this restaurant. The service has gotten terrible. I placed an order online. What a mistake. No option to pay cash when you pick up your order. The app said my order was ready. I went to pick it up. The restaurant had no record of my order. The person at the counter was extremely rude. I wanted to know how to get a refund. He said he was too busy to tell me how to get a refund. The next day I called the company that owned the restaurant. They said they couldn't or wouldn't help me. I had prof that my credit cart had been charged. I the spent the time to call KFC. com to get customer service, I spent 25 minute with the customer service person that couldn't speak English. She found all my information finally and then said she was going to transfer me to another person to work through my case. At that point it was obvious that they weren't going to to help at all. I waited another 10 minutes on hold, the I hung up. The restaurant at 491 Main St Saco was horrible. Speaking to the owner was a waste of time. Calling Corporate KFC was a complete waste of time. I will never be a customer of KFC again. read more

This is the worst KFC in terms of whether or not you will receive what you ordered. This is the 3rd time i have had missing items from my order. Besides not getting the items i paid for. They didn't include any sauce for their saucy nuggets..Bravo KFC read more

just paid 8.29 for a three piece tenders, nothing else just chicken and they're the tiniest skinniest things ever, I was absolutely appalled when I opened my box. Way over priced for not even good food. read more

This is by far the best KFC we've ever been to. Ordering at the drive -through was quick and they actually listened and repeated the order back to me. The food was fresh and hot, they remembered to include sporks for the cole slaw, and the staff were very friendly. This is our experience every time at this location; reliably good! read more

We have visited this spot a lot on some nights to grab supper very quick when I haven't wanted to make a whole meal. There are several items my daughter likes. The menu changes and occasionally this location is out of items you want (ie. No coleslaw one day, and no popcorn chicken once.) The lunch hour you can usually be served quicker. The service is usually welcoming and speedy. Occasionally there's a long line or slow service. For the most part the are worth the stop!! read more

Oh man. This was treacherous. . . Ive never has such bad fried chicken in my life. We've been coming here since I was little and I've never experienced something like this. We got an 8 piece original bucket and 6 piece Nashville Chicken. The Nashville Chicken tastes nothing like Nashville hot chicken - instead it is a greasy, oily mess. The original chicken was NOTHING like what you expect from KFC. It was incredibly dark, insanely greasy and the meat was grey. It's time to change the oil, KFC. No wonder this location only has 1.5 stars. ALSO, leave the hot chicken to Nashville. Now I'm gonna go track down some TUMS. read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Saco, Maine

I just stopped at this location, ordered an 8 piece chicken tender, no meal, just chicken, and a small popcorn chicken. The bill came to $31.59 I was a little shocked and asked if they were accurate they stated that the 8 piece chicken alone was $22.99 I don't like to think of myself as cheap, but $23 dollars for 8 mediocre overcooked chicken tenders is ridiculous. I went to a high quality seafood restaurant on the beach, and paid $17 for a chicken tender meal with fries, coleslaw and a drink. If KFC is going to charge these rates for average to below average food, they are going to go out of business Thanks Sean read more

I can't say much more than other poor reviews. This Saco location is absolutely horrible food wise and service wise.

We ordered boneless strips with fries. Got all the way home and found out we had mash patoaties and chicken pieces. read more

Always pleased with KFC. It's so convenient to have this delivered and it doesn't take long at all.

Ordered the family sandwich bundle for 25$ it was a good deal. The bathroom was impeccably clean. The staff were polite. The food took a bit longer than we had anticipated (the kfc on broadway in Bangor is much quicker and still efficient) but it was made correctly, with no issues. read more

Never again their store is good in south Portland in Saco always dry or greasy time for new management

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Waited in drive-thru FOREVER just to pick up an uber eats order because they didn't want to open the front counter. I'm losing pay because of these guys. I have been to this KFC quiet a few times and every time I have gone its a bad experience. Sunday Jan 16 I decided my last time there. I will have to drive to a farther KFC for a better customer experience. This KFC I have found that the employees don't care, They are young and unsure who is the manager but I have had instances where the wait was so long that the employees one decided to stop taking orders and not warn people so people would be sittinf at the drive thru. they are short staffed so at times shut down would be earlier than expected. This past Sunday I went and the long wait was still but when I Drove around to park and go inside to possibly place an order. The employees were out smoking cigarettes and I also smelled weed. I walk inside for the first time and the place is nasty inside. Unsure who the general manager is but most definitely time to clean up and organize the staff there. I have nothing great to say about the Saco KFC. I also called on Tuesday to make a complaint and the individual who stated they were the general manager had no sense of customer service or relation skills. He basically defuted what I was saying because he works in the mornings and never heard of any complaint. I told him they need to check their cameras and he mentioned that his mom has access to the cameras. I am writing this so people can be aware of my experience. This is not even worth the 1 star rating that I have to put in. I have never had a great experience at this KFC. read more

Not the first time I've been disappointed at this location. I wanted to try the "new" wings so I ordered 12 honey BBQ. The gentleman behind the counter was kind and jovial. The young lady who brought my order up carelessly dropped it on the counter. The container the wings are in was covered in greasy fingerprints and I nearly dropped it pulling it out of the bag. Its disgusting and off putting. I threw away my receipt at the restaurant, as I figured it's pretty hard to screw up wings. The wings I received were soggy, cold, and appears that they had just been marinating in that container for an extended period of time. The BBQ is completely different and is way too spicy, it's a honey chipotle. Lost my appetite altogether after 3 wings. I feel bad for the chicken who sacrificed his life to be disrespected like this. Absolute waste of good product. RIP my feathery friend. read more

This place was sooo gross! That chicken sandwich looks nothing like on tv, it's a sorry piece of meat on a stale hamburger bun (Binoche?) and a slab of mayo with a couple pickles, sandwich and fries were cold, have no idea why the drive thru is so busy, stay away unless u like poorly cooked, over priced fast food. read more

Worst KFC I have ever been too. Waited 1/2 hour inside for my food while people who came in AFTER me ordered and received their food. I know this isn't a high class restaurant but c'mon people have a little self respect in your job. Will never return here again. read more

Literally the worse kfc ever. I live minutes away from this location and gave it a few tries. Every time was terrible service and all that you hear is the kitchen swearing at each other. They screwed up my order the first time and another time they gave me somebody else's instead of mine. This place is also the dirtiest kfc you'll ever go to. The kitchen looks absolutely filthy and there's chicken and garbage all over the floor. read more

I stopped in to order yesterday and I needed to place two separate orders for me and my friend. The person on the window then said one second and left for 5 minutes. When someone returned we made our order, for my order I wanted a biscuit not home fries, they asked you want a biscuit no home fries? I said yes no homefries but a biscuit instead(since they didn't seem to get it or hear me or something) and we pulled up and waited another 10 minutes behind another car waiting for their food. When we finally got our food, my friend ordered two bowls, and one without corn. When she handed me the bag she said the one without corn is on the bottom, I said no corn on bottom? She said yes. When I got home I opened up my bag, and had no biscuit but had the home fries I said I didn't want three times. My friend ate her bowl with corn on top and gave her mom hers and it had corn which she can't eat and was missing her cookie. I don't know what happened when it took them 20 minutes to take our order and make it but I was really annoyed, I understand mistakes happen but come on it's a fast food joint I shouldn't be in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get the wrong items. read more

will not be back. very disorganized, rude employees, not trained very well. i bought dinner there on sunday and got in the car and thought omg i think they actually got my order right this time...because they never have before. and darn what a disappointment...................messed up the order again. returned to the have my order fixed only to find no one at the counter to talk with about my order. however i did find a red bucket of dirty water sitting on the counter where orders are taken. that is just bad management when things like this happen. and then after having my order fixed when i turned my back to leave the two women employees said rude things about me for asking to have my order fixed. i think i can live without kfc after that experience. messing up and order once in a while in one thing. but every single time i go in there????????????????????/ and a bucket of dirty water on the counter. yuk!!! mary old orchard beach, maine read more
