The food here has been consistently going down for years. My husband and I went through the drive-thru about a week ago - one half of the restaurant is KFC and the other half is Taco Bell. I ordered a KFC mashed potato bowl. The chicken they used in the bowl was so disgusting, I had to throw it away. My husband ordered two Taco Bell Burritos. He managed to make it through one of them, threw the other one in the trash and he was throwing up within 30 minutes. I am not sure why this place is still open. Worst chicken and sides ever place should be shut down. Chicken so bad looked like it was cooked several days ago. Side of corn was several days old. Ordered two sides on both my orders only received one. Ordered a 2 piece breast meal got two pieces of unrecognizable chicken greasy as hell. I will no longer go there. My wife is disabled and her meds make it so she doesn't have much of an appetite. She has had a taste for chicken lately, and it's hard enough to get her to take in any kind of protein, so I took her to KFC. They have an 8-piece dark meat bucket for $9. Note they had a poster in the window advertising that, and a sign showing it at the point of sale. All the posters and signs show a nice BUCKET, not the little foldable boxlet. The KFC gal jammed all eight pieces into one little boxlet. It was puffed out like a pregnant yak. I looked at the poster with the nice bucket, and I looked at that puffy boxlet and, asked her if we could have it in a bucket.So she gave this exasperated sigh and grabbed a bucket off the stack of buckets and put FOUR FINGERS down INSIDE! And she wasn't even wearing the pretend-sanitary plastic gloves. Bear in mind, this has happened at EVERY SINGLE fast-food restaurant in Roswell (I think it is something in the air or water), so I am always on the lookout for it. I said "Excuse me. Please use another bucket. You had your fingers down inside that one." The girl ACTUALLY argued with me! She said "No, I just touched the outside of the bucket." And I said, "No, you had four fingers down inside it. I have a 160 IQ, I'm pretty sure I know what I saw. So instead of just grabbing another bucket in a much more hygienic fashion, she steps over to her manager's office, pokes her head in and apparently tells her what a [insert invective here] I'm being. I didn't hear the conversation, but I can pretty well imagine it. After about a five-minute conversation, the manager lady came out and did a proper transfer from the box to the bucket, but instead of the manager handing me the bucket she had just filled, she gives it back to girl with the attitude, who more or less shoves it in my direction. My wife hates when I make a scene, so I let it go, but I decided I would contact the franchise owner and let him/her know as soon as the weekend was over. Bear in mind this finger inside the cup routine has happened to me, at some time or other, in every single fast food restaurant in Roswell. Begging the question, WTF? Do these people have to fail an IQ test to get a job there? Is it on the employment application? "Do you give a crap about customer service or hygiene? YES NO (circle one)" and you answer NO, and the regional manager comes out with a big smile and says "When can you start?" I will go back, since they're the only KFC within 40 miles, but not before having a nice conversation with the owner. read more

Ordered 3 piece original chicken meal at around 4:00 pm at the drive through. It was "re-cooked"(can you imagine), so it was dry, over cooked, and cold by the time I drove 4 blocks. The biscuit was so hard when I dropped it sounded like a rock hitting the floor...lol.... What a disgrace to the KFC name! KFC has always been hot, moist and fresh, but not here! read more

This is horrible manager was rude. Cashier really tried to help us. Food we got was half made. See picture. We were suppose to get tacos there was no lettuce or cheese and half the meat. The 5 dollar fill up my husband got was only gravy not mash potatoes. And they through it in side ways which exploded it on the buiscut. Will not be back. read more

KFC - Awful only .5 food in our order and this is what we got. Awful - Chicken Wings Near Me - Roswell, New Mexico

I went to this establishment and ordered what I always get a 4 piece spicy tenders with extra ranch. I go home and see I wasn't given what I ordered. I was given Nashville hot tenders with no ranch. No biggie I go back and tell the girl at drive thru my order was wrong she then tells me they don't have another spicy only the Nashville hot. I just ask for a refund then. The manger comes up ask me what's wrong with the food then lies to me and tells me that they've never had another spicy besides the Nashville hot. (Untrue because this was what I always got from here.) I ask for a refund the manger then rudely grabs the bag from me gives me my change the shuts with the window without saying anything. Terrible service from this manager also never gave me a receipt even though I asked for it. Scared I might leave a review? read more

To start off, food was ok.But, if I could I would rate it 0 stars. Service was beyond horrible! Person at the window was very disrespectful. To start why the service was awful, We were missing a popcorn chicken basket, and we had no plastic silverware in the bag so I couldn't eat the spicy bowl that I had ordered, and there was no receipt. We went back to tell them that we were missing some food and had no silverware in the bag. The person at the window, from what I had heard from a family member was a manager there, his attitude was disgusting. He argued with us when we told him that we were missing some things. Awful,awful,awful attitude. When I saw him go back there,then smile to his coworker, and went to the back of the kitchen. Wich made me think, "Is this dude going to sabotage the popcorn chicken because he didn't like that we came back?" Now, I'm not a Karen and I don't Usaully post negative reviews of restaurants because I always try to stay positive. He came back out with the popcorn chicken in the box and the silverware. He said "Have a nice day!". Now that is pretty much why our experience was terrible right? Wrong. The worst thing was that as we were driving off, I overheard him mutter under his breath, "stupid piece of s**t." Well guess what? If you would've been able to do your freaking job correctly and get it right the FIRST time, none of that would have ever happened. I'm wasn't that mad about the mistake that they made, because I understand everyone makes mistakes and we just went back to get it corrected. But like I said, the worst part was his awful,disgusting,rude,cocky,selfish, and lazy attitude. Should've gone to subway. KFC, if you are reading this the man that was the one with the awful attitude and the one that made the rude comment as we were driving away was tall and wearing makeup. Something needs to be done so that never happens again. And lastly, even with the missing food it was already $22. And when we got the popcorn chicken that we were missing, it was $9. What? Kfc used to be so good when I was a kid. Maybe it's just the one in Roswell NM but the chicken was dry with a thin hardly crispy skin. no corn on the cob? Got a container of corn?
