The order was for Chicken tenders meal. The chicken tenders were so old like they had sat there since lunch..and this was at 5pm. I could not bite into them, I had to tear them apart and I had a hard time tearing them apart. French fries were ordered, but they were not in the bag. The service was horrible. If I could give a half star I would, considering they were open and they spoke english. My dogs had a hard time chewing the tenders that we could not break in half. My husband and I are seniors and live on a restricted income and the price of the dinners was a jolt to our budget. We could have saved half of the meals and eaten them for another day, but they were already hard as rocks and we would not dare save them for one more minute. read more

I drive through Richmond a couple times a month and it is a good place to stop for lunch and other necessities of the road. This particular Taco Bell is right off of Missouri Hwy 10 and Missouri Hwy 13. It is actually a Taco Bell and KFC shared store. I am particularly found of the Cantina Bowl and it makes for a nice filling and relatively healthy lunch. The service at this particular store is good. It is clean and if I decide I want KCF, I can eat chicken or combine items from both restaurant's menus. If you are looking for a quick place to stop in Richmond, MO...I'd recommend this Taco Bell. read more

Worst service i have ever had in a fast food place. All food was cold, when we complained they laughed. Bathrooms were completely dirty, there was poop on the toilet seat, other one out of toilet paper. Drink stations was completely trashed and gross, and every drink come out with water instead of what it was supposed to be. The food is great. The service depends on what day you catch them. I've had good experiences and bad ones at this KFC-Taco Bell. I've got my food fairly quickly more often than not but here's some of the negative experiences. Once waited 30 minutes for food. The employees were more focused on the drive thru orders when they had a inside full of dine in and to go orders stacking up. If it wasn't for another customer asking me how long I'd waited to that point and said something to the counter, I wouldn't have gotten my food. I would've walked out and asked for a refund. After I got my food, no "sorry for the wait" from the counter person or offer a free cookie or something (had my drink at least). I didn't even bother to get for butter and jelly for the biscuit. The food was good once I got home though, so can't be all negative on them for that trip. One of the orders that came in after me walked out about 30 seconds after I got my food. Guess she got tired of waiting (can't say I blame her). They made the mistake of leaving a survey number for me and I let them have it. Another time, interior was very crowded with a tennis team on its way home and folks from the track meet. They were busy yes, but no one came up to take my order. A girl eventually asked me if I'd been helped yet. I said no, but she walked away from the counter. I returned the favor and walked out and went someplace where I would get served, like my local McDonalds. Overall, it is a good restaurant and has great food which why I gave it 3 stars, it just depends on what time you catch them. read more

I know I am late posting this, but just found my receipts to get the dates we were there. We were at the KFC/TB on Slumber Lane in Richmond, MO. My husband and I took our daughter and son-in-law to eat there on 8-31-2019. We ordered the KFC fill-up boxes with the original recipe. When we got our order, it was ALL extra crispy NOT the original as ordered. We noticed the place had really gone downhill since we ate there last. Tables weren't cleaned, windows were dirty, booth upholstery was torn and dirty, needed replaced. I was really disgusted at the cleanliness of this place. Then on 9-5-2019 my husband went through Taco Bell drive-thru to get take out for us and brought it home. I got a crunch wrap and he got a taco supreme, no tomatoes. When I took it out of the sack, the taco supreme was just dumped in the bottom of the sack WITH tomatoes! It hadn't been wrapped at all, just thrown in there. I tried to call them, but they didn't answer the phone. I can only imagine why! By rights, I should have taken it back, but we're old and didn't want to get back out. This store needs to be investigated by the health department, it has become a dump! We deserve better in Richmond! read more

Good food but sometimes youd have to wait a long time. Also prices are very more expensive than the KFC/TOCO bells in Kansas city area.

If you're going to serve breakfast you have to have coffee. I've been there multiple times and you never have coffee and you never have tea. Additionally there's always just one person working and it takes forever. This is why McDonald's has Got lines of people and you don't. Your breakfasts are good you just need to make some changes. read more

Drive thru person was very pleasant and helpful, she was a true delight to find at a fast food restaurant. Ordered 8pc meal, chicken very tasty but a bit too greasy, other than that it was a very good meal and value for the money. read more

Its a fast food place, they never get orders right and when you call to complain they don't replace your order. I live 15 mins from town and when I'm ready to go home and relax I want my food like I ordered. The people there are decent but the managers are different, instead of replacing the order they just blow you off, I'll go to Excelsior before here ever again! read more

Have had some pretty bad experiences here. One time we had a cashier take our order, take trash out, smoke a cigarette then come back make our order without washing her hands. We asked for our money back that day. Rarely get the correct order or items not made according to company standards (missing ingredients/toppings). however they seem to be trying harder lately. Will continue to try off and on in hopes things get better as we love Taco Bell/KFC and this is the closest one to us. read more
