Our family grabbed a bit to it here because we needed something fast. It was awful!!! The breading was as hard as a rock and most of each chicken piece was this rock hard breading. The cost was astronomical compared to other options. It was not a good choice. The kids at only a little bit because it was so greasy and hard. It almost looked like they had not changed their oil. Gross! We will never choose KFC as a quick option for a family dinner again! read more

Terribly slow every time I go here. Terribly. One time, during rush they only had one guy working orders. Taking them, getting the chicken, collecting money. There was a long line and I was first. After 15 minutes of him doing something for the drive through, I said, "Can you tell me who you will take my order?" He replied, "One man band, here buddy.". We now refer to the place as "One man band." I should give the place another star for the humor in it. Nah. read more

First things first, the business was clean. It was so clean it looked like nobody had been there all day. Our visit happened around eight on a Saturday night. The establishment gets a pass from me on their cleanliness. I have been in some dank pits that called themselves Kentucky Fried Chicken before, but this place was not one of them. Excellent job on keeping it clean! As far as customer service goes, perhaps they were stoned? We were the only customers there when we walked in and for about ten minutes after we sat down nobody else came in. Our order came out in three or four phases over the next fifteen minutes and with just us there, they still left out part of our order. Not a big deal money wise, it was the cheapest thing we ordered, but it is still irritating. They gave us a couple more chicken strips in our order they said because of the wait, but we got a sense that the employees didn't really care. They did not seem to be doing anything behind the counter except screwing off so we didn't inquire about the last item on our order and left. Over all the experience sucked. We have decided that they need to stay the cleanest KFC in town so we are determined never to return. read more

I've had several issues with this KFC, hoping that one day it would get better. But they are consistently unable to get my order right and done in a timely manner. Every time hoping for a new change in customer service and correct and quality of my order only to be let down time and time again...... read more

Went in at dinner time. Was told 45 minutes before chicken was available. Watch slender blond working drop a box on the floor, pick it up and set it right where she was boxing orders. People getting irritated because several workers were standing within customers view talking and not doing anything. Will not return or recommend. Definitely need training on taking orders. The saw girl that dropped box acted like she was confused when I ordered the $20 chicken bucket. Not a good choice for dinner. Food was so-so. read more

We had to wait 15min for wings, which was completely fine however upon getting home I realized that they forgot our order of mashed potatoes and none of the meals had cookies. We have a 20min drive so didn't bother going back to get that read more

Living in a small town there is little to do , so one tends to eat out everywhere. That and I have a liking for KFC which must not be ignored. I ate there at least 10 times in 3 years. The staff are pretty young and with little experience.Sometime this scares me in fast food places and it did here. I will say I was impressed with the cashier.. quick with experience handling money. The place fills up for lunch. Staff are not so good about cleaning tables afterwards.,.. to me this speaks volumes. The food is typical KFC,, a bit greasy.. my solution.. blot the chicken wiht a napkin. Thanks for the Pepsi. read more

I see that this KFC has gotten bad reviews but not by me. I got their new chicken sandwich and I thought it was delicious. It was not large but it tasted great with real chicken. And I love the new battered fries. Great flavor without the Arby's aftertaste. It's a very tasty lunch read more

I had to wait 20 min for just my chicken sandwich. And it wasn't even worth it. Was late to something Bc of it

Showed up to pick up food and waited and waited and waited. Was told that mac n cheese would be 15 minutes to make unless I would take a replacement. Said I would wait then they realized the order was given to someone else I also should add that I was waiting in my car for 38 minutes (after an employee met me at the door and said he would bring order to my car) Then around 20 minutes waiting inside before like I said the order was given to someone else. Will not be going back again and will spread the word about my experience. Wish I would have looked at Yelp reviews before I ordered as I had no idea that others have a so many issues with this same KFC Queensgate location. read more

This KFC needs a new manager! My grandson wanted to go there a couple of days ago and I told him I have been there 4 times in the last 2 years and every time my order is messed up! I took him anyway and waited for 35 minutes in line with only one person taking orders. When I finally got to the register, they didn't have the chicken I wanted and they were out of cole slaw! How can KFC run out of cole slaw!! I will never go back to this KFC! read more

This place is a joke. They don't have chicken, and won't substitute anything to accommodate. Get double charged, but have to come back tomorrow to get a refund. Service was slow, took us almost 10 mins to order, and then another 15-20 to actually get our food. Drive thru got served before us. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

Food was so good, staff was so amazing and funny!! had a great experience and felt so comfortable. My food was excellent just a tad under seasoned! Overall it was great! read more

My kids and I stopped in for a quick snack and root beer floats. The service was great, Grace, the girl that took care of us was great.

Went there last night they had no chicken thighs in crispy or original. Went there today and had to wait out front for a chili cheese coney dog!!! Then got no spoon. Found out too late to go back. I will not be going here again. They need to get they're act together!!!!! read more

The worst service and how dose a a place that known for chicken not have any chicken who ever Owen's this place should close the doors

Today I went and ordered 3-it meals with coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes and original recipe no drinks and a chocolate chip cake. I usually go to dive up but the last 2 times they got my order wrong so I go inside this time. So I checked the first 2 boxes and everything looked good so I didn't bother with the 3rd one, big mistake. I get home put all 3 boxes on the table and of course the 3rd only had coleslaw. so I go back with box in hand and all the kid did was put the rest of my missing order in the box... He didn't even offer to compensate me for having to come back. Not happy at all!! 3 strikes KFC I'm not returning!!! read more

Called our order in and waited about 30 minutes before driving over to pick it up. We get there and it's not ready for over an hour! The employees claimed they weren't "ready" for an order of that size ($50 worth of chicken). There are no customers in the restaurant and 3 cars went through the drive thru while we waited. Ridiculous... read more

I love the new renovation it looks so good and clean! I love going in and getting chicken from here the people who work here are so nice and the service is great! I most definitely always get my chicken from here! read more

Terrible. Many times. Wrong orders received, missing items or 30+ minute waits in the drive thru. Not even exaggerating...will never go back. Too many screw ups over simple orders. Don't waste your time. read more

I'm sorry but since you sell chicken it definitely shouldn't be a 25 minute wait specifically for chicken tenders. This happens every time I visit a KFC. read more

Ordered almost $20 in food and was told to pull up front since the Cheese Curds had to be cooked to order. Ok, no problem. 20 minutes later.....I finally go inside and my bag of food was sitting on the counter (not even in a warmer) and when I told the manager how long I had been waiting he acted like it was no big deal. Offered to re-cook my food....for what, so I could wait even longer?!! I took my bag and left and when I got home the food was so gross I ended up throwing it away. Will NOT be returning any time soon. Way over priced and their service sucks!!! read more

This kfc is AMAZING 10/10 the employees were super sweet and nice I learned today the they have a timer on their window that makes them need to have people out in a certain time and I felt so bad because I always take my sweet time :( but from now on I'll be sure to know what I want before hand:) read more

Food was good quality, but the speed of service was terrible. It took about 1 hour between walking in the door and getting food.

Once more candy KFC up by Walmart in Richland was told Management in changed and things were better. Once again they did not have enough chicken to complete my order least this time they had chicken they were out of legs and extra crispy and grilled and they didn't have thighs recept in original just like legs read more

This is the slowest, worst KFC/A&W I have ever been to. I have attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt 3 times. I give up. You win. I will no longer go to this store. The staff is fine, but slow. The food is subpar. Far below the chain quality expected. Time for corporate to pay attention and address management issues. One star is far too generous! read more

Absolutely the worst "FAST FOOD" experience in my life. Waited 15 minutes for our food then waited 20 for our shakes to be made. Burgers were an extra 7 minute wait for some reason? The ice cream machine was out so they had to load it while we waited. On top of that they didn't have correct change for me and the card reader didn't work. Obviously in need of a management change. The workers all walked around smiling while all the customers stared at the kitchen waiting for their food. Really bad service read more

The worst KFC/A&W I have ever been to. Poor service, bad food, flat root beer. I honestly thought that it was a fluke after they had moved, then thought it was taking more time to work out the bugs. After 2-3 years, same problems. If I could post minus stars I would. read more

Ordered 16 pieces of chicken at kfc today 4 of the pieces were so small I don't think there was any meat on those pieces. read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Richland, Washington

Not good. Ordered their Wednesday special, asked to dump the mashed potatoes and gravy for an extra coleslaw they said no... wasn't happy but that was ok... then when I get home I find a got five legs and two thighs... was suppose to be 4 & 3, no silverware or knapkins no honey or butter for the biscuits, and no gravy, yikes. I just called the manager, a young lady, very kind and apologetic willing to give me an extra side for next time...whoever put my order together was not paying attention... everyone makes mistakes... just be careful you get what you pay for. read more

If I could choose ZERO stars I would! I went through the KFC drive through today after 2:00 pm. I placed my order for 16 original recipe thighs & legs meal, but I wanted green beans & mashed potatoes/gravy. I had to wait in front of the restaurant. They brought me 1 large bag with everything packed in. The very 1st turn I made, the bag fell over, the contents crashed out of the bag, a gravy carton exploded all over the contents of the bag, & my floor board & center carpet! I was furious they put EVERYTHING, hot & cold items (they gave me coleslaw) in the same bag! . It was SUCH a chore to clean up, ALL containers were covered in gravy, so all the food had to be transferred to other containers. The chicken pieces were TINY & over-cooked, causing dry chicken! I did NOT get green beans as ordered, but got coleslaw & biscuits. I called the manager & told him what happened, & all he was willing to do was replace the gravy or a side dish!!!!!! I drove across Richland, 13.1 miles, I had no intention of EVER going back there! When you pay almost $45, you expect a bit better quality of food & service! DO NOT GO TO KFC!!!! read more

Well. Fast food is fast food. Couldn't ask more. But it's still gooddddd. Place is quit clean and nice orders. Price is cheap. Anyway, just had a fast and clean meal in KFC lol. read more

This location never fails to disappoont. Tonight, despite five employees filling orders and few customers, it took 30 minutes to get our chicken. The Nashville hot tenders are just chicken tenders with hot sauce splashed on them. The only silver lining was that they threw in some extras because the wait was so long. read more

No Chicken! Went in about 6:30 pm. Wanted Original chicken. 15 minute wait. Asked for any other recipe & they didn't have any. Left disgusted. To who ever manages this store. You should always have extra crispy chicken and chicken breast. That's what you sell there for heaven sakes. It's close to our house however they never have extra crispy or chicken breast. Shame on me for giving them a chance again and again. Worst experience at this KFC. Good thing this is also a A&W. read more

Worst experience ever. Went threw the drive had to wait 30 minutes and when they finally asked us for our order they didn't any food cuz they ran out. No pot pie's or chicken. Never going back ever to this location read more

I love this place. The people who work there are consistently incredibly sweet. They hire great people, because seriously, they're always nice. I always have to wait when I go through the drive-through, but that's because I get mini corn dogs and those have to be made fresh, so I appreciate that my wait is because of quality. The food is great. read more

The restaurant was so cold it was unpleasant to eat there. It was warmer outside! The food was alright but our order was missing a piece of chicken and a coleslaw. How disappointing. read more

I am done with this place. Chicken tenders were disgusting as all of there food is. Close the place down or get new staff in there.

My parents picked up dinner at this restaurant and brought it back home where I was watching my baby. Chicken was sooooo greasy we had to throw away three of the pieces we got. We didn't get any butter or honey for the biscuits. The container for one of the sides was broken and had clearly leaked before we even left the store. Not impressed read more
