Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been too. The food at this one is absolutely awful. I'm not sure what it is because KFC should be universal, but this place seems to break that mold. It is a combo KFC / A&W, which must make the oil taste different because all of the chicken, wings, anything fried tastes like it has been dipped in 3 week old oil or mixed with something very odd. My wings tasted like they had been fried twice to reheat them back up. I have gone back at least 5 or 6 times now thinking maybe it was just a bad night, or maybe I got the wrong type of food that night. Nope, it is the entire place. Went in at dinner time. Was told 45 minutes before chicken was available. Watch slender blond working drop a box on the floor, pick it up and set it right where she was boxing orders. People getting irritated because several workers were standing within customers view talking and not doing anything. Will not return or recommend. Definitely need training on taking orders. The saw girl that dropped box acted like she was confused when I ordered the $20 chicken bucket. Not a good choice for dinner. Food was so-so. read more

Showed up to pick up food and waited and waited and waited. Was told that mac n cheese would be 15 minutes to make unless I would take a replacement. Said I would wait then they realized the order was given to someone else I also should add that I was waiting in my car for 38 minutes (after an employee met me at the door and said he would bring order to my car) Then around 20 minutes waiting inside before like I said the order was given to someone else. Will not be going back again and will spread the word about my experience. This KFC needs a new manager! My grandson wanted to go there a couple of days ago and I told him I have been there 4 times in the last 2 years and every time my order is messed up! I took him anyway and waited for 35 minutes in line with only one person taking orders. When I finally got to the register, they didn't have the chicken I wanted and they were out of cole slaw! This place is a joke. They don't have chicken, and won't substitute anything to accommodate. Get double charged, but have to come back tomorrow to get a refund. Service was slow, took us almost 10 mins to order, and then another 15-20 to actually get our food. Drive thru got served before us. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

Terribly slow every time I go here. Terribly. One time, during rush they only had one guy working orders. Taking them, getting the chicken, collecting money. There was a long line and I was first. After 15 minutes of him doing something for the drive through, I said, "Can you tell me who you will take my order?" He replied, "One man band, here buddy.". First things first, the business was clean. It was so clean it looked like nobody had been there all day. Our visit happened around eight on a Saturday night. The establishment gets a pass from me on their cleanliness. I have been in some dank pits that called themselves Kentucky Fried Chicken before, but this place was not one of them. Excellent job on keeping it clean! As far as customer service goes, perhaps they were stoned? We were the only customers there when we walked in and for about ten minutes after we sat down nobody else came in. Our order came out in three or four phases over the next fifteen minutes and with just us there, they still left out part of our order. Not a big deal money wise, it was the cheapest thing we ordered, but it is still irritating. They gave us a couple more chicken strips in our order they said because of the wait, but we got a sense that the employees didn't really care. They did not seem to be doing anything behind the counter except screwing off so we didn't inquire about the last item on our order and left. Over all the experience sucked. We have decided that they need to stay the cleanest KFC in town so we are determined never to return. read more

Living in a small town there is little to do , so one tends to eat out everywhere. That and I have a liking for KFC which must not be ignored. I ate there at least 10 times in 3 years. The staff are pretty young and with little experience.Sometime this scares me in fast food places and it did here. I will say I was impressed with the cashier.. quick with experience handling money. The place fills up for lunch. Staff are not so good about cleaning tables afterwards.,.. to me this speaks volumes. Today I went and ordered 3-it meals with coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes and original recipe no drinks and a chocolate chip cake. I usually go to dive up but the last 2 times they got my order wrong so I go inside this time. So I checked the first 2 boxes and everything looked good so I didn't bother with the 3rd one, big mistake. I get home put all 3 boxes on the table and of course the 3rd only had coleslaw. so I go back with box in hand and all the kid did was put the rest of my missing order in the box... Ordered almost $20 in food and was told to pull up front since the Cheese Curds had to be cooked to order. Ok, no problem. 20 minutes later.....I finally go inside and my bag of food was sitting on the counter (not even in a warmer) and when I told the manager how long I had been waiting he acted like it was no big deal. Offered to re-cook my food....for what, so I could wait even longer?!! I took my bag and left and when I got home the food was so gross I ended up throwing it away. Absolutely the worst "FAST FOOD" experience in my life. Waited 15 minutes for our food then waited 20 for our shakes to be made. Burgers were an extra 7 minute wait for some reason? The ice cream machine was out so they had to load it while we waited. On top of that they didn't have correct change for me and the card reader didn't work. Obviously in need of a management change. Not good. Ordered their Wednesday special, asked to dump the mashed potatoes and gravy for an extra coleslaw they said no... wasn't happy but that was ok... then when I get home I find a got five legs and two thighs... was suppose to be 4 & 3, no silverware or knapkins no honey or butter for the biscuits, and no gravy, yikes. I just called the manager, a young lady, very kind and apologetic willing to give me an extra side for next time...whoever put my order together was not paying attention... everyone makes mistakes... just be careful you get what you pay for. read more

If I could choose ZERO stars I would! I went through the KFC drive through today after 2:00 pm. I placed my order for 16 original recipe thighs & legs meal, but I wanted green beans & mashed potatoes/gravy. I had to wait in front of the restaurant. They brought me 1 large bag with everything packed in. The very 1st turn I made, the bag fell over, the contents crashed out of the bag, a gravy carton exploded all over the contents of the bag, & my floor board & center carpet! I was furious they put EVERYTHING, hot & cold items (they gave me coleslaw) in the same bag! . It was SUCH a chore to clean up, ALL containers were covered in gravy, so all the food had to be transferred to other containers. The chicken pieces were TINY & over-cooked, causing dry chicken! I did NOT get green beans as ordered, but got coleslaw & biscuits. I called the manager & told him what happened, & all he was willing to do was replace the gravy or a side dish!!!!!! I drove across Richland, 13.1 miles, I had no intention of EVER going back there! When you pay almost $45, you expect a bit better quality of food & service! DO NOT GO TO KFC!!!! read more

This location never fails to disappoont. Tonight, despite five employees filling orders and few customers, it took 30 minutes to get our chicken. I love this place. The people who work there are consistently incredibly sweet. They hire great people, because seriously, they're always nice. I always have to wait when I go through the drive-through, but that's because I get mini corn dogs and those have to be made fresh, so I appreciate that my wait is because of quality.
