The chips are the crinkle cut style which are always nice as they hold your chosen condiments nicely. And they were freshly prepared in my meal today. The fish was lightly breaded and average tasting. I like Ivars fish and chips a lot better than these at Zip's. The counter employee I interacted with was very nice and friendly and pretty competent. The inside of this Zip's is an old 80's style interior with a few patched up booth backs around the seating area. I was the only customer eating inside during this visit and noticed that several of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. While there I noticed they do a lot of drive thru business which keeps the staff busy but enough time for them to wipe down the tables. It was nice to try a different (to me) place but maybe I'll use the drive thru and get a burger next time.
