If I could do no stars, I would. I'm not sure what in the name of Hicksville is going on at this KFC but it was the most backward ass fast food experience of my life. Terrible service. We went through the drive through to feed our family of 6 ( 3 adults mind you), and were told that we can't order a bucket, when we asked why they offered no explication and said that's just what they are doing right now and they can only fill individual meals. So then we tried to order 3 four piece combos and they said that was too much chicken. She said she could give us 1 six piece. Fine we drove back around so the next adult could order the same combo, what's the realized it was us, the chicken nazi got really upset and said she couldn't see it to is. We continued to ask why and explained if we were single adults in a separate cars they wood sell us twelve pieces... so what's the difference. She had an attitude and said it was common sense to prevent food waste... mind you this is the same lady who out of pettiness wasted the 6 piece we ordered. Went to this location after my grandfather's funeral to grab food for a few relatives who came over after the services. Unfortunately, I pulled up to the drive thru and requested 4 buckets of 16 pieces. I was told I would have to come order inside as this was considered catering. Which I was okay with but then they told me I could only order 2 buckets (it was 6 pm) I let them know that I would take those, which they responded I also had to come inside to order. Not sure why, since the 16 piece bucket is on the drive thru menu? We decided to take our business elsewhere where they fulfilled our request with no issue and great service. read more

We were craving chicken and ordered the family basket and the young lady tell me they are not selling baskets at the moment??? It was only 7 pm? I had to order the small combos. When I got to the window to pay I asked the reason why? She said they had just gotten a rush so they were out of chicken? Makes no sense. Always closing early too. Something needs to be done. Management... you might need more team members or by now you should know you sales and make sure you make enough food for rush hour. read more

This place always gets your order wrong, just ordered from doordash. They forgot my gravy to my mashed potatoes. All the chicken is flavorless and rubbery. Don't go or order from this one, go to the one by the WinCo. The delivery services won't let you choose the other one in town only the close one to your location. You're better off driving to the other one. Absolute trash and the app is completely useless. Tried to complain and kept getting disconnected from the live agent. read more

This is a terrible place to order food. I ordered at 7:45 on DoorDash pick up and said my order was going to be ready at 8:20, we'll when I arrived they said they didn't have any of the items because they were closing in a hour and a half. So they stopped making food almost 2 hours before closing and they were just standing around using there phones like why can't they make more seriously. Don't recommend this place at all. read more

So I have 30 minutes for my lunch I just went to this kfc so knowing I have only 30 minutes I ordered and confirmed my order stating to make sure they have all my items as I have no time to return the girl at the drive thru window hands me my drinks I asked her which was which since I had ordered a Pepsi and Dr Pepper this girl pulls down her mask and puts her nose in my cup to smell "the difference" then hands me back the same drink and says I'm sorry I have no idea this is the most unprofessional kfc not to mention I was missing 3 items I fully paid for this is really upsetting will not be going there ever again... their Mac and cheese is on point though... read more

Third time I go to this location and they're out of chicken. This time family buckets of chicken. And they don't put signs at the entrance of the drive through, so you are stuck in line if they don't have what you want. They need better management. read more

This place has absolutely careless workers, especially for it being new. I ordered in the drive thru, sign says "only serving 2-3 piece meals". My husband and I order a 3 piece fried chicken meal with fries, mac n cheese, and mashed potato. Alfonso was our cashier. (If that was him at the window) he just seemed like he didnt want to be there. He was very rude, and careless. He handed our food and closed the window and walked away, laughing before I could say anything. Management needs to do better with orders and hiring people. Definitely won't be back read more

Around 10 pm lady taking my order charge me with the wrong order. I only order a combo chicken sandwich. What bothers me is the lady in charge and the other girl who made my orders mixed up are the one giving me atittude for making their own mistakes and charging my debit card with the wrong amount.
