When you go through drive-thru, before you leave, open and inspect every bag they hand you because chances are great that something will be missing. Either an item that you ordered, or a salad dressing, sauce, utensils, or your straws will absolutely be missing. Consider yourself lucky if you got everything. To add insult to injury, the time in the drive-thru is absolutely terrible. Since I order in the app, I can't just drive off when I have to wait too long, but I have waited upwards of 30 minutes or more to get my food. Absolutely unacceptable. I've been a regular customer for eight years and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cracker Barrel was super close to our hotel so we walked over. This must be a location that hald already gone through the remodel as it didn't seem as "cluttered" with decor as the old version. He very politely handed them to us plate by plate and came back twice to check that everything was well. I HAVE to mention that Alex even used proper English which isn't common in daily conversation.
