I've worked in fast food before, it doesn't take much effort at all to do that simple of a job your being paid to do. And when someone comes up to the window to clarify their order because they are rushed from the microphone, don't huff and puff because they changed their order to what they wanted. Miscommunication happens but it's your attitude that causes that loss of business. This place is going downhill and it's all to do with who these managers are picking off the side of the road to work. No respect, no consideration, nothing but an entitled attitude in there. So, I asked for my W2 that I was supposed to receive on January 31st and it's February and I call them asking for my W2 and they have an attitude the whole time and when I ask for the office number an employee was hollering "Oh My God" but I still took the number. KFC manager or employee if your reading this u could of had did better and mailed my W2! read more

Place is clean. Staff is nice, BUT they constantly short you on food. My 12 piece bucket had 9 pieces in it. Popcorn chicken share bucket was only about 2/3 full. For the amount of money KFC charges, you expect better. This isn't a one time occurrence, but happens constantly. Just not worth the trouble. read more

My mother, myself and my 2 daughters went in this KFC on a Saturday 4/15/16 around 1pm and I ordered us the buffet. We went through the buffet line, and at the time there was no chicken on the bar at the time (except for some thighs) my mother spoke to the lady doing the buffet and the lady was very cold towards her. We went to get our drinks and the lady brought out some chicken to the buffet and my youngest daughter went up to the bar and got 4 pieces of chicken-as there were 4 of us (2 breast and 2 drums) well at the time the lady doing the bar proceeded to talk about her and made the comment we were stealing chicken while she was at the buffet/bar and then went to the back to tell the workers in the kitchen area , the cashier and as we sat and tried to eat our lunch, workers from the back were coming up front and the lady that was running the register was telling all of them that we were stealing chicken off the bar, they even would walk around our table and turn and stare and you could hear their conversations about us, as they were telling every worker in the restaurant at the time my family was stealing chicken of a buffet bar - I have never in my 41 years and my mother said the same as she is 72 years old have never been out to eat and had an experience like this one. My oldest daughter was very upset and none of us got to finish our meal. My mother went to the front to speak to someone in regards to and I even opened my purse and asked did they need to check my purse since we were stealing chicken and when we left my mother said you can put more chicken out on the bar now that we are leaving. It was one of the rudest most disrespectful places I have ever been to, if you know what is good for you, DO NOT GO, they may say you are stealing chicken also!! And embarrass you and your whole family when all you wanted to do was enjoy your lunch. Not sure why they chose us to pick on that day, but I am sure we were not the first and if nothing is done we won't be the last!!! The employees thought it was a joke and funny to embarrass our family like this, just because my youngest was being nice and got all of my family a piece of chicken, there was even a man that was up there after my daughter in line and he himself got 3 pieces of chicken and he was alone. This is how bad is was the workers were even walking around our table while we were trying to eat looking at our table and when my daughters threw their plates away the cashier/lady running the register at the time, made a point to walk over and look in the trash to see what we were put in there. I did ask the lady that had been at the register if there was a problem, while she was on break and she is the one who told me that they were saying we were stealing chicken, and then the guy that was doing the carline, when I walked away came and sat down and you could hear them talking a laughing and just being rude. I still can't believe that there are employees working in restaurants like these that are allowed to work at this KFC. I believe this happens a lot here at this KFC and most people just let it go and just never go back!! But the way did us I can't we live in SC and pass this KFC often, have even been in and ate many times before this incident. My family is in shock how we were treated that day!! It was HORRIBLE. So if you go in this KFC don't carry a purse or get more than one piece of chicken off the buffet/bar as they may start making your family feeling horrible and ruin your day/weekend also by saying you are stealing chicken. I pray that these workers get back what they did to our family that day. I have never did a review or posted anything negative in my 41 years so know that this is how BAD it was that day at the KFC in Pageland, SC. So when you go through this town pass KFC and go anywhere else but there!!!! And as far as stars, I wished I could give negative stars!! HORRIBLE place and RUDE employees read more
