I went and picked up an order. A 6 piece meal I paid $16.05 which is a good deal. When I got home the chicken was definitely not fresh & it was hard. I contacted KFC and they refunded me $8.05 and gave me 500 points. Are you serious I'm definitely not going back so the points don't do anything. I should have been refunded the whole amount. My ubereats order consists of 2 classic chicken sandwich meals and 2 chicken little meals and nuggets n coleslaw n sodas n extra sauce I paid for. I got chicken crumbs as nuggets. No sauce. No straws or the plates also asked for on my recipe. My classic chicken sandwiches are actually 2 small dried up tenders and there's no mayo or pickle! I went Last Friday to Kentucky Fried Chicken and it was good. I enjoyed it. I got mashed potatoes with chicken. The food flavor was delicious and good. The cost was 24 dollars. The service was good service. It was nice but VERY cold. I recommend they are more nice. They had good chairs. The food looked and tasted delicious. I only gave it one star because I was forced. I just left the drive through on county st New Bedford.. I was about to give my 6 yr old grandson a chicken drumstick from the $5.00 box. As I am about to hand it to him I noticed a long black hair on it, I thought oh so gross as I was trying to to it off it was embedded into the chicken. I went back through the drive through and told her... her response was well just so you know we wear hair nets. I said just so you know this hair is embedded into this chicken. She said oh I'll give you another piece ( like lmbo off I'm not eating or giving my grandson that) I said no I would like my money back, she rolled her eyes and said ok. If I could give a zero I would!!! I have given this place three chances! The first time I ordered takeout and came home (15 minutes away) only to find I was missing quite a bit of my order and was charged wrong! I tried calling and calling them only to get voice mail! Finally I reached someone who said she would mail me a coupon for free meal. So I waited and after getting nothing for 3weeks called again, this time someone answered and said she personally would mail me the coupon. I get the coupon go back to get the free meals plus other food and same thing happens get home only to find missing food! Called again told by a manager she was watching the food getting prepared to make sure it was right but then was side tracked and didn't see order to completion. She then said she would send me coupon for two meals and would speak with her crew. Well well got coupon went back today to get two free meals and other meals, and behold i get home and missing food and wrong food packed!!!!I am so done going to this store three times wrong or missing food! You would think when a customer presents a postcard for free meal they would know to make sure it is right because customer had previous problem and to make sure customer is pleased with service!!
