I went thru the drive thru ordered the $7 meal deal. I got asked what I wanted to drink. I said unsweetened ice tea. I go to pay and it was $8.35??? I asked why it cost that much. The kid told me iced tea was extra? I said then just give me a regular drink, orange soda. Gave me my change & still charged me for the iced tea. I went to pick up my order & again said I just wanted a orange drink. The manager came out, gave me my $ back, made a stink out of it and never gave me my orange drink! Everything was cold & old. Domingos Gago is the area leader for this store, he failed to put forth any effort to make my experience, right, so I'm taking this to yelp. If I could give a zero star, I would. The incompetence seems to go straight to the top. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Almost every time I visit this location I am missing something in my bag, and I'm sick of waisting my money!!!!! The total is more than 50 bucks in waisted money in the last few months alone!!! When I bring it up to staff they give me eyerolls and drag their butts. I sent a message to corporate to give them the opportunity to make it right, and it took days for a response only for a generic response to come thru, and another generic response from the area leader, Domingos Gago "Please accept my apology" does NOTHING to get me back the money I've been waisting. No offer for coupons or anything. SO PITIFUL!! You say your team is trained to double check orders, but you can't even double check to make sure you actually handle your customers complaint properly. And now I'm going to yelp publicly to call you out by name, and expose your incompetence. You had an opportunity to make this right, now I'm satisfied in embarrassing your establishment. Once again I paid for something I did not get, they charge 50 cents for cheese and this is like the 3rd or forth time they haven't given it to me, also on several different occasions they have charged me 2 different prices for the exact same order, it sucks its hard to enjoy a sausage and cheese biscuit when they forget to add the cheese but still charge you for it, its dry when it's just a sausage biscuit, like is it really that hard to give me what I paid for??? Last Friday I went to McDonalds. It smelled really good. I ordered a cheeseburger, french fries, and chicken nuggets. They were really delicious. The fries felt a little salty but they were delicious. The price and the size of everything was really good. The service was really nice when I ordered my food only one minute passed and my food was ready. The ambiance was really good. There was a playground. Overall all it was really nice. It was clean. It smelled good. Of course I recommend McDonalds because the food is amazing. read more

I'm currently waiting 20 MINUTES so far after I placed my order to get a fry and a shake. Unacceptable!

Says open 24 hours but apparently they only work during the day because i get there at 3 am and everyones just outside smoking and chillin like they at a party. No wonder this mcdonalds already has a 1 star. I waited like 10 mins and nobody even took my order or said anything. Cars behind me but nobody was in front of me. Multiple staff saw me but just sat there with a stupid look on their face. Fire that whole staff and find some people that actually want to work. read more

I went to the drive through around 1:30 on a Monday (in other words on the later side of lunch). My 1/4 pounder with cheese was disgusting. The bun was stale and tasted like cardboard. The burger was a flattened piece of blackened unidentifiable meat. The sandwich looked and felt like it has been left out since the day before. Drive thru was fast. When the guy took my order..... I ordered a fish filet. Went to pay ..... that was also fast..... he was polite & even gave the receipt which is not often a McD does that, ...... picked up my sandwich at the next window...... another polite guy. Drove into parking space. They gave napkins which was a plus. Sandwich was so messy, disgusting. Photos #2 & 3 are out of order, below. Absolutely awful, used uber eats to order food one night from here and they literally smashed all of our sandwiches, and didn't give us half the things we ordered. If you're that miserable at McDonald's you have to smash peoples' food you should probably get a different job. read more

i'd like to share this truly scarring experience i faced at this location initially, once we finally drove through the drive thru window after ten long minutes , the drive thru employee could not understand my simple order of five oreo mcflurries for my daughter and her friends. he only added one and once i calmly corrected him, he REFUSED to change it. he literally FORCED me to go inside after going all the way through the drive thru after going inside i realized i could barely even walk because the floors prevented me from doing so... MY FLIP FLOPS NEITHER FLIPPED NOR FLOOPED!!!!!! not to mention , this caused me to walk STRAIGHT out of my flip flop , and my foot touched this VULGAR flooring! i am absolutely APPALLED and ENRAGED. it truly SICKENED me to the point where i deemed it necessary to write this haiku showcasing my disgust : flip flop lost its flop bare feet on sticky tile heart stopped then and there . let's just say never order more than one item from the drive thru or wear flip flops while daring to enter this establishment. read more
