Please update the signage. The door says the lobby closes at 8:30. When my husband and I started to come in and eat, an employee met us at the door and told us the lobby closes at 7:30. Close this place down! Rude employees, no people skills. Ordered online to avoid the hassle but the clown at the pickup window couldn't resist making a simple transaction stupid. Go back to the drive in window and tell your order information at the drive in she says! It's a pleasant Saturday morning, this KFC location has been open 15 minutes and no one is at the drive in until we have to go around to appease this racist. Over the speaker, she goes off again and then wouldn't show her face at the drive up, directing another employee to fill our order. But just to be sure we won't soon forget this day, we received fries instead of Cole slaw. Having lived here for over a decade, we have experienced the racial tension and unfortunately almost expect it at Walmart, fast food and convenience stores. The mayor and other leaders work diligently to bring tourism to town but some of the locals have such an attitude in encounters with others different than themselves. Hands-down the best experience I have had at a KFC in 10 to 15 years! We came in at 3 PM on a Sunday with three generations of our family. We had a large order, and the person that took the order was very polite and helpful. The food arrived quickly and was hot, which quite honestly was unexpected for 3 PM on our weekend. This location is the best example of this brand I have seen in years. read more

I'm not sure why I keep stopping here. Well I do like a KFC Buffet. But I can't seem to actually get one. Today the cashier walked away from the register and after 10 minutes still hadn't returned. The last time I was there they didn't have the buffet but my 3 piece took about 20 minutes after waiting in line for 10-15 min..The place is also filthy! My husband and I enjoy getting Vegetables on the buffet for lunch, But in Natchez KFC they evidently don't have enough employees and the ones they have don't seem to understand multi tasking and moving a little faster. It takes forever to pay for a lunch buffet. If someone ahead of you orders something other than the buffet, you have to stand and wait forever for the cashier to go fix their order before they take your order/money for the buffet. And most times there is Several compartments closed off on the buffet and very few choices of sides. This is the best KFC buffet I've ever had! Scratch that, the best fast food buffet I've ever had! Scratch that, the best buffet since Pizza Hut! The service was prompt! I was even mistaken for someone else! I hope the person I was mistaken for was good looking! The food was always available, which is a plus when you run a buffet! Seriously, the cobbler is to die for! It ain't your grandmother's peach cobbler, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! Also, the corn bread was well worth the price of admission! Some would even call it moist! Let's not forget the hot (not spicy) chicken! There were three different types available (crunchy crunchy, original recipe, and grilled)! In addition, there was okra in two forms (fried and in tomatoes)! WHAT WHAT?!? Lastly, the bathroom was obviously just cleaned because it smelled fresh and the floors were damp!
