I was then told that someone had already picked the order up and dismissed me. When I did not leave, she pretended to look around. Then she told me to call customer services she did not have that number. I called inside the store and was told again that I could not be helped as they didn't have food. They were totally lost for a solution. I finally told them to make my order again. They clearly had given my order to another driver. I finally said that I was not leaving without my food. It was then that they decided to make my order. The employees did not even think to remake the order but instead seemed to expect me to leave without food or refund. The experience was just unsettling. On a happy note, the food was delicious. But I would think twice before choosing this restaurant again.
