I got exactly what I ordered. The staff was nice and pleasant. The white lightning pop is a blah pop. I wouldn't get it again. The chicken tenders were very tough and seemed like steps cut off a whole breast. Flavors were decent but, I would not go back. There are better chicken places around. read more

KFC not bad the only Thing I really dislike is the service the noise level is pretty loud and they gave me my food fast but the food was good just to greasy read more

Been to so many kfc's and not best but alway consistent. This location had the greasy's chicken ever and the drink tasted like dirty mop water it was all so bad that one bite and swallow and it ended in the garbage. Maybe they had a bad day or they are using dirty rags to cleanup. Please sanitize this location and make it better. Good lucck read more

We put in an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:16. We arrived at 6:18, and we walked into one of the employees saying "oh Jesus christ " when we told them we were here for our order. Found out that they haven't even started making our order. The lady is also getting food for others including the window. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Decided to try KFC for the very first time, and boy was I let down. Half my order was missing! I never received my sides and it's did not include my extra order of Nashville hot tenders. When I got home and realized the missing items I called up the location and explained to them what was gone. They then proceeded to tell me they had to check the cameras because they DEFINITELY did put the entire order in my bag?!?! Anyway when I told them I would drive down there to pick up the missing items they told me I had to bring my bag of food that my family had already began eating back for them to check!?! Now that's ridiculous. I live in north muskegon and it's already a inconvenience to me and my family that I have to go down there and get my missing items, but now they want me to take my food that they did back so it can get cold and my family has to wait to eat!!! I don't think so. SHAME ON YOU KFC. One good thing that I will give KFC credit for is that the corporate number gave me a voucher and was very apologetic. So five stars in that end. If you want good chicken in Muskegon I suggest just going to Lees. read more

Upon entering the building on a Sunday just before noon, I didn't see or hear anyone until I spoke in a louder-than-normal voice "hello", then there was an employee that looked surprised to see anyone. I was surprised with the price for the items I ordered but my internal calculator was working. When I got home with my order, I checked my order against the receipt and found items that I didn't order and items I didn't get. I returned to town on Wednesday and the manager called her manager and I was told that I should have come back to town on Sunday. Since it was Wednesday, they would not make any adjustments to my bill. The chicken strips were hard and near uneatable. The manager, with approximately six employees behind her, was unwilling to work with me as I talked two new customers to head down the road to Popeyes. jim read more

excellent service. treated us very professionally and went out of there way to redo our order of pot pies. not because of what we ordered but because of the workers there, the owner and higher bosses should be proud of workers like you all thank you very much for everything. made our friends feal special who had just got out of one whole week in the hospital. read more

I wanted to try the chicken tenders, it was during dinner time 5:30 pm. I ordered 6 chicken tenders, it was a bit over $9.00. They were so thin and over cooked they were like jerky. I brought them home, I wasn't going to eat them they were just too tough, I chalked it up to expensive dog food. When I looked at my dog, she had blood coming out of her mouth... those "tenders" were so tough and hard they cut my dogs mouth. I am more than upset right now. I thought I would give this location one more try. My husband and I live in North Muskegon and I just crave KFC, so sad we do not have one in Muskegon. What a horrible experience. read more

Im new to Yelp and I was not going to post anything but I saw the reviews for this particular KFC. I was shocked I been there 3 different times and each was better than the last. The ladies at the counter each times were nice the menu is very nice with alot of choices. The tables were cleans as was the floors and walls. The chicken was outstanding I order 3 different dishes but the spicy extra crispy chicken was my favorite. The only knock on my KFC experience was the drink selection they need some sweet tea.... read more

KFC - Double crispy chicken sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Muskegon, Michigan

Disappointed . 1. No WC Pepsi but I wasn't told that until I was at the window, AFTER I specifically asked at the microphone. 2. Asked for strawberry Jelly & honey. Instead I got packets of catsup (wasteful because i won't use them). 3. NO RECEIPT to use as a reference, nor was it offered. I thought it would be in the bag!? 4. NO SPORK/FORK pack!?! Ughhh. Too far to drive back now. Not happy. Not busy either so I don't understand why they got all these WRONG. Sad. read more

Service was terrible, the order taker was rude. She told me to order when I was ready, so I was looking over the menu as it's been awhile since I was last there and she proceeds to tell me again to order when I'm ready. I told her I would and she said "well get in with it, we can't hear you" read more

I have always really enjoyed this sandwich from KFC, so I was looking forward to the deliciousness. However my wife and I were very disappointed. We could taste the old oil used. Hopefully the franchise owner gets this location up to par. Sad thing is we should've known better as we've previously had poor food quality at this location several times. read more

When I got there after 730 they had 4 legs and 4 thighs. I said I called you ahead of time just for this reason and was told I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make my legs..I left and will not go back.. read more

We just finished dinner here. The restaurant was sparkling clean. Like, eat-off-the-floors clean. The staff was friendly, and the food was typical KFC. Definitely worth the drive from Whitehall. read more

Absolutely horrible attitude from a shift supervisor. We ordered food and she rolled her eyes the whole time. We ended up leaving before the food was served. Guess she needed to leave for the night. You'd expect a little better from management. read more
