It wasn't too busy but most of the booths were taken, but we were seated quickly and didn't have to wait. We knew what we wanted so we didn't even have to wait, we put our order it promptly at 6:20 pm. Let me tell you when we FINALLY got our order, keep in mind we only ordered a total of 20 boneless wings and fries. That's it!! And it came out 7:35 pm. It took an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for 20 wings!! We were 5 minutes away from leaving but luckily it came out right before leaving. The funny thing is, our waiter was the one who made our order. He saw us still waiting after telling us 5 more minutes 30 minutes ago, so he ended up walking to the kitchen and making our order himself. Which was NOT HIS JOB! I appreciate our waiter and he was great, it was only the people in the back. I want to know if it's the manager, the people they hire are not doing their job. I really could not tell you. But there's no way it wasn't even busy yet it took almost an hour and a half to receive a few orders of bones less wings. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate because there's no way this place should still be running. I am severely disappointed.

Spicy pork & chicken were not going to rip the paint off your tongue, and that may be by design for the tenderfoot farmers around here. Prices are steep. Especially for larger appetites, even though I left my large appetite back in my 40s. But, it's actually nice to have a Korean option in our little college town for people to splurge and have something different than a pizza/burger. One laughable thing....is the tiny little ban chan cups of kimchi that come with the meal. Look at my pic, and you'll get the message, haha. For the price of din-din, they can (and should) do better than that...

We came in and ordered 2 bowls and there were a few people already waiting for their food. After ordering we took a seat and waited a solid 35 min for our bowls to be done. It was an astronomically long wait time. I was by no means upset with the worker who was trying their best to manage orders and prepare everyone's food as well as the online orders. Once getting our food there was nothing special about the bowls, it was just beef on top of white rice with limited toppings/veggies. I'm not sure if this was just a day of short staffing or if it's typically 1-2 people working. I probably wouldn't return simply due to the unexpected wait times.

When you just want pizza and you don't want to pay a fortune, Domino's has you covered! We were…read morestaying at the Monarch Motel around the corner and were walking over to a very popular Italian restaurant across the street. Unfortunately when we arrived, it was so busy. Fortunately, Domino's came to the rescue. We spotted the familiar logo and decided to skip a fancy meal and the bill. So we ran across the street and the stars were in alignment because my daughter ran into an old friend who we didn't know lives and works in Moscow! We placed an order and sat and waited and chatted with the friend. Within a reasonable amount of time, the order was ready. We ordered one medium specialty pizza. It was a spinach and Alfredo sauce combination that was delicious and we ordered pepperoni cheesy bread with a Caesar salad. It was the perfect late dinner for 3 people with leftovers. Score we spent under 25 bucks for dinner!!! This Domino's had plenty of space to eat in or take out and of course you can always call and have an order delivered. What's really nice about this town is that everything's walkable and safe. So if you live or are staying nearby, it's perfectly easy to go pick up an order. We noticed a few college kids eating dinner in the Domino's dining room and that's always an option as well.

My family and I will no longer be ordering delivery from your restaurant or eating here again…read more We ordered a couple of pizzas directly through your website. We expected delivery from your restaurant, but the order was instead assigned to a DoorDash driver. A DoorDash driver, who appeared to be around 40 years old, arrived at our home with the order. My wife saw him walk up to the front door, and our 14-year-old daughter answered the door to receive the pizzas. After handing her the order, the driver turned to leave, then suddenly turned back and said, "Oh, I need to grab a picture." My wife saw him reach for his phone and immediately felt uncomfortable with an adult man taking a picture of our underage daughter. She quickly walked to the door and held the pizzas herself for the photo. When the driver looked up and saw my wife standing there instead, he said, "Oh, never mind," did not take a picture, turned around, and hurried back to his car. We spoke with a supervisor afterward, who was kind and professional, but seemed very limited in what could be done. What concerns us is why this driver appeared to want a photo of our daughter in the first place, and why he immediately abandoned the request once an adult stepped into the picture. The entire interaction felt unusual, inappropriate, and extremely uncomfortable. We understand that DoorDash may require delivery confirmation photos. However, if that was the case, why was the photo no longer needed when an adult appeared at the door? That inconsistency is what makes this interaction so concerning. While this individual may technically work for DoorDash, your restaurant chose to use DoorDash to fulfill the delivery. From a customer's perspective, that makes this part of the experience associated with your business. We are left with serious concerns about the lack of accountability and oversight for the people being sent to customers' homes.
