I wanted to treat my wife and my phone wasn't working so she gave me the code to use off her DQ app, that we've had loaded and used for years. When I gave the code to the drive thru attendant, she said that as my wife wasn't in the vehicle with me, we were scamming them and wouldn't be allowed to use the code. We've used the DQ app with many other DQ's and never had any issues, but she identified herself as the owner very condescendingly, stating that it didn't matter. After conceding that we weren't committing fraud, she eventually said she would honour the deal but we were so frustrated at that point that we no longer want to give our business to this DQ again. What a disgusting way to treat long term customers, and by the owner!
